本介绍一种新的基于开放系统环境的计算机监控系统软件的开发研究及其设计目标、实现方法及应用情况。     

铌酸锂γ射线辐照色心缺陷的研究

对铌酸锂晶体进行γ射线辐照处理，吸收光谱显示基础吸收边紫移，４８０ｎｍ波长附近出现一明显吸收峰，这是由空位色心Ｖ０和Ｎｂ＾４＋缺陷引起的，Ｎｂ＾４＋的存在进一步被ＥＰＲ实验所证实。本文对上述辐照缺陷的产生机理进行了讨论。     

微机监控技术 一

本文系统地讲述了以微型计算机为中心的微机监控系统的工作原理、系统组成和应用方面的有关技术。分为监控系统的功能和结构、硬件系统和软件系统三个部分。本文为第一部分。     

A Built-in Self-Test Scheme with Diagnostics Support for Embedded SRAM

In this paper we propose a novel built-in self-test (BIST) design for embedded SRAM cores. Our contribution includes a compact and efficient BIST circuit with diagnosis support and an automatic diagnostic system. The diagnosis module of our BIST circuit can capture the error syndromes as well as fault locations for the purposes of repair and fault/failure analysis. In addition, our design provides programmability for custom March algorithms with lower hardware cost. The combination of the on-line programming mode and diagnostic system dramatically reduces the effort in design debugging and yield enhancement. We have designed and implemented test chips with our BIST design. Experimental results show that the area overhead of the proposed BIST design is only 2.4% for a 128 KB SRAM, and 0.65% for a 2 MB one.     

试论降低成本的设计技术

一个新产品的功能和成本水平基本上已在产品设计阶段就确定了。研究降低成本的设计技术就是为了给设计师提供一套行之有效的降低和优化成本的辅助设计工具。降低成本设计的技术内涵是与设计过程并行的成本估算、知识基系统的建立和质量及成本的综合优化。论述了各国对此项技术研究应用的状况、技术分析、发展特点和研究前沿的项目及内容 ,如对此技术研究应用的迫切性、对降低成本的最佳时机和产品的全成本概念等的探讨和认识 ;对成本扩展到产品寿命全周期、对目标成本控制法和成本优化设计等的研究和应用。     

国外农用非织造布覆盖材料的应用

非织造布在现代农业生产中占有重要地位 ,非织造布作为农用覆盖材料在柑橘、草莓、茶叶、花卉、水稻和玉米育苗以及人参栽培等多方面应用较为广泛 ,本文对国外农用非织造布覆盖材料的特点、性能以及应用情况作了介绍     

一种在Kalman滤波中引入径向速度测量的新方法

研究在距离和径向速度测量噪声统计相关的情形下把径向速度测量引入Kalman滤波的新方法。分析了径向速度测量噪声与位置测量更新后状态滤波误差的统计相关性,根据Gauss-Markov定理导出了对应于径向速度测量的滤波方程由此而得到一种序贯滤波算法。两个不同的蒙特卡罗仿真表明,通过采用这一新算法引人径向速度测量,不仅可以大大提高状态估计的精度,而且其估计性能和计算效率优于传统的EKF。     

High char‐yielding poly[acrylonitrile‐co‐(itaconic acid)‐co‐(methyl acrylate)]: synthesis and properties

Polyacrylonitrile terpolymers of various compositions consisting of acrylonitrile (AN), itaconic acid (IA) and methyl acrylate (MA) were synthesized by solution polymerization in dimethylsulfoxide. Increase in concentration of either IA or MA retarded the overall polymerization rate and the polymer molecular weight. The system consisting of AN + MA and varying IA concentration was more prone to retardation in comparison with the system composed of AN + IA with variable MA concentration. The retardation factors were quantified. Minor quantities of MA boost the reactivity of IA in the terpolymer system. The terpolymer was richer in MA vis‐à‐vis the feed. The thermal characteristics of the terpolymer were examined as a function of its composition. In contrast to the copolymer of AN and IA requiring 1–1.5 mol% IA, the terpolymer required an IA content of approximately 2.5 mol% for optimum thermal stability. The polymer with 90 mol% AN, 2.5 mol% IA and 7.5 mol% MA exhibited reasonably good char‐forming characteristics and thermal stability. The overall crystallinity and crystallite size of the polymers were found to decrease on incorporation of the comonomers. The ‘aromatization index’ of the copolymer increased with the temperature of pyrolysis through re‐organization of the tetrahydropyridine ladder structure. Toughening mechanism for a rubber-toughened epoxy resin with rubber/matrix interfacial modification

For a rubber-toughened piperidine-DGEBA epoxy resin, the interface between the rubber particle and the epoxy resin matrix was modified by an epoxide end-capped carboxyl terminated butadiene and acrylonitrile random copolymer (CTBN). The end-capping epoxides used were a rigid diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A (Epon 828), a short-chain flexible diglycidyl ether of propylene glycol (DER 736), and a long-chain flexible diglycidyl ether of propylene glycol (DER 732). The microstructures and the fracture behaviour of these rubber-modified epoxy resins were studied by transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Their thermal and mechanical properties were also investigated. In the rubber-modified epoxy resins, if the added CTBNs were end-capped by a flexible diglycidyl ether of propylene glycol (DER 732 or DER 736) before curing, the interfacial zone of the undeformed rubber particle, the degree of cavitation of the cavitated rubber particle on the fracture surface and the fracture energy of the toughened epoxy resin were all significantly increased. The toughening mechanism based on cavitation and localized shear yielding was considered and a mechanism for the interaction between cavitation and localized shear yielding that accounts for all the observed characteristics is proposed.
