采用电极感应熔炼气雾化(EIGA)法制备了激光3D打印用TA15钛合金粉末,研究了熔炼功率对粉末收得率、粒径分布、粉末形貌、松装密度和流动性等特征的影响。结果表明,随着感应熔炼功率增大,粉末收得率和平均粒径减小,当熔炼功率为65kW时,粉末收得率超过62%,中值粒径D_(50)小于100μm,松装密度为2.731g/cm3,流动性为22.46s/50g。对粒径50~180μm的粉末采用激光3D打印,激光直接沉积成形的TA15钛合金样品表面无宏观裂纹和气孔等缺陷,金相组织为细晶网篮组织,制备的TA15钛合金粉末具有良好的可打印性。 相似文献

A multiple access chaos shift keying cooperative communication (MA-CSK-CC) system over Rayleigh fading channels and in the presence of Gaussian white noise is investigated in depth in this paper. The simplified half-duplex with a single relay decode-and-forward (DF) cooperative strategy is proposed to illustrate and analysis as an example. Exact and approximation bit-error-ratio (BER) performance expressions are derived. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed system has a prominent advantage of high BER performance over the conventional multiple access CSK systems that have a single path to transmit signal at the same data rate over Rayleigh fading channels with additive Gaussian white noise. Bundle adjustment (BA) is the problem of refining a visual reconstruction to produce jointly optimal 3D structure and viewing parameter (camera pose and or calibration) estimates, and it is almost always used as the last step of feature-based 3D reconstruction algorithm. Generally, the result of Structure from Motion (SFM) mainly relies on the quality of BA. The problem of BA is often formulated as a nonlinear least squares problem, where the data arises from keypoints matching. For 3D reconstruction, mismatched keypoints may cause serious problems, even a single mismatch will affect the entire reconstruction. Therefore, to further impove the robustness of BA algorithm is very necessary. In this paper, we propose a robust Bundle Adjustment (RBA) algorithm to optimize the initial 3D point-clouds and camera parameters which are produced by the SFM system. In the proposed RBA algorithm, we firstly use the Huber loss function to potentially down-weight outliers. Secondly, we split a large-scale bundle adjustment problem into some small ones by making use of the sparsity between 3D points and the cameras for reducing the requirements of memory. Thirdly, according to the inherent property of the matrix after it spare decompose, we use a fast matrix factorization algorithm to solve the normal equation to avoid calculating the inverse of large-scale matrix. Finally, we evaluate the proposed RBA method and compare it with the state-of-the-art methods on the synthetic dataset, BAL benchmark and real image datasets, respectively. 为解决高寒地区高铁运用安全冗余问题,应用基于抗蛇行频带吸能机制的稳定新理论提出转向架优配方案.针对三大扰动或摄动影响,即蛇行振荡参振质量摄动、抗蛇行减振器性能摄动以及风荷侧向扰动,该转向架优配方案合理挖掘欧系车辆技术优势,因此高速列车具有十分理想的稳定鲁棒性能,经济时速可以达到350~380km/h.考虑到SACHS抗蛇行减振器的技术可靠性,高寒车最佳商业速度不得不降至300km/h.尽管如此,高寒车的运用必须是个积极稳健的推进过程,即由200km/h逐步提速,最终达到300km/h运用. 相似文献

CSMA is the predominant distributed access protocol for wireless mesh networks. Originally designed for single-hop settings, CSMA can exhibit severe performance problems in multi-hop networks in terms of stability and end-to-end throughput. To ensure a smoother flow of packets, we examine an enhancement referred to as Extra Back-off (EB) flow control. In this enhanced scheme a node remains silent for a certain extra back-off time (imposed on top of the usual back-off time that is part of CSMA) after it has transmitted a packet, to give both the downstream and upstream neighbors the opportunity to transmit. EB flow control entails only a small modification to CSMA, preserving its distributed character. In order to examine the performance of EB flow control, we analyze a novel class of Markov models at the interface between classical tandem queues and interacting particle systems. The results demonstrate that EB flow control provides an effective mechanism for improving the end-to-end throughput performance. 相似文献

A two-step silica deposition process, including prefunctionalization with poly(vinylpyrrolidone) and the following silica deposition, has been used to fabricate silica layer on the surface of nanoscaled silver shell. The influencing parameters of silica coating process were optimized to prevent the precoated silver nanoparticles from desquamating from silica spheres, finally to obtain mono-dispersed silica spheres with silver and silica multilayer films. The resulted silica layer was dense and uniform, its thickness was controllable in the range of 20–50 nm. The formation mechanism of stoichiometry Ti5Si3 by mechanical alloying (MA) from elemental powders has been investigated. The results of XRD and SEM analyses of the powder show that Ti5Si3 can be synthesized by MA in a planetary mill with two different formation mechanisms. Ti5Si3 was formed gradually with the mechanical collusion reaction (MCR) mechanism under a lower impact energy, and the Ti5Si3 was formed abruptly with the self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) formation mecha-nism under a higher impact energy. 相似文献
