铝合金铁相团球化熔剂的研制

研制了一种铝合金铁相团球化熔剂，在含铁量较高（１．０％－４．０％Ｆｅ）的铝合金中加入该熔剂后，可使针片状的铁相变为团球状或颗粒状组织。从而大幅度提高原合金的机械性能，δｂ和δ分别提高２０％－９０％和４０％－１００％。生产实验表明：该熔剂团球化效果好（具有长效性），极便于在生产中推广应用。

介绍了开发的全数字交流伺服系统的组成、基本原理及软、硬件结构。通过与模拟交流伺服系统的比较，说明了全数字交流伺服系统可编程能力强、系统稳定性好、系统性能提高等特点。     

Extraction of halide quaternary salts in an organic solvent/water system: Hydrodynamics and mass transfer

The hydrodynamic characteristics and mass transfers of halide quaternary salts between two immiscible phases in a stirred membrane permeation cell were investigated. The concentration of quaternary salt, temperature, solvent and the four kinds of halide quaternary salts were evaluated to achieve the extractive optimum condition. The diffusivity, overall mass‐transfer coefficients and individual mass‐transfer coefficients were determined and correlated in terms of the conventional Sh‐Re‐Sc relationship. The transfer time of quaternary salts across the membrane and the thickness of the hydrodynamic diffusion boundary layer were determined as well, so as to characterize the extractive phenomenon of quaternary salts between the two phases that is useful in phase‐transfer catalysis.     

铜蒸汽激光器双闸流管触发系统的研究

研制成用于钢蒸汽激光器的双间流管触发系统。用两个闸流管并联进行交替触发，总输入电功率达7．8kW。低功率运行时，激光器的效率为0．6％与单间流管激光器的效率一致。     

Polyimines from terephthalaidehyde and aliphatic diamines

Summary A series of liquid crystalline copolyimines based on terephthalaldehyde, 1,7-diaminoheptane and 1,9-diaminononane is synthesized. Both melting and isotropization temperatures of the copolyimines are depressed compared to homopolymers P17 and P19. The copolyimines show wider liquid crystalline temperature ranges than the parent homopolyimines.     

二烷基硫代磷酸铵的捕收性能

本文研究了二烷基硫代磷酸铵（ＲＯ）２ＰＳＯＮＨ４（Ｒ＝乙基、丁基、己基、烯丙烯）系列捕收剂对非硫化矿孔雀石、锡石、赤铁矿、白铅矿、方解石和菱锌矿的浮选性能，并就药剂结构与性能关系进行了分析讨论．     

用基团贡献法预测纯物质蒸气压

对应状态原理与基团贡献法结合，提出一个新的蒸气压估算方程（ＲＬＹＭ）。通过对烷烃、烯烃、炔烃、环烷烃、环烯烃、醇、环醇、酮、醚、芳烃、酚、萘在内的１７４种有机物质蒸气压实验数据的关联，获得了３０种基团的贡献参数值。新模型的预测精度优于现有的对应状态法，并且对高碳分子仍有较好的估算精度。总的关联误差小于１．１７％。     

浅谈制浆和混凝土搅拌机

水泥浆通常作为预应力孔道的灌浆材料,是防止预应力筋锈蚀和部分传递预应力的一种常用建筑材料,一般采用水泥浆搅拌机现场拌制。在我们工程实践中,由于工地条件有限,经常会遇到一些施工单位为了省事,要求用混凝土搅拌机替代专用制浆设备而进行制浆     

高性能2.5Gb／s用的DFB—LD／EA单片集成器件

报导了采用全ＭＯＣＶＤ生长的１．５５μｍ的单片集成ＤＦＢ＝ＬＤ／ＥＡ组件的 在ＤＷＤＭ系统上的传输测试结果，出纤功率Ｐｆ≥２．５ｍＷ＠Ｉｆ＝７５ｍＡ，边模抑制比ＳＭＳＲ〉３５ｄＢ，调制器反向偏压为２．５Ｖ时的消光比为１４ｄＢ，该发射模块在２．５Ｇｂ／ｓＤＷＤＭ系统上进行了传输试验，传输２４０Ｋｍ后无误码，其通道代价≤１ｄＢ＠ＢＥＲ＝１０＾－１２。
