Transparent, conductive, and ultrathin graphene films, as an alternative to the ubiquitously employed metal oxides window electrodes for solid-state dye-sensitized solar cells, are demonstrated. These graphene films are fabricated from exfoliated graphite oxide, followed by thermal reduction. The obtained films exhibit a high conductivity of 550 S/cm and a transparency of more than 70% over 1000-3000 nm. Furthermore, they show high chemical and thermal stabilities as well as an ultrasmooth surface with tunable wettability.  相似文献

Silicon solar cells with cover glass irradiated by 1 MeV electron beams at various fluences were investigated using photocarrier radiometry (PCR) combined with lock-in carrierography (LIC, spectrally gated dynamic photoluminescence). The minority carrier transport properties (i.e., minority carrier lifetime τ, diffusion coefficient D, surface recombination velocities S) and the degradation of these properties were studied using PCR. The relative damage coefficient obtained by LIC was consistent with the PCR measurement. The local series resistance of the solar cell before and after irradiation was characterized by LIC. The results showed that the series resistance increased with electron fluences.  相似文献

Iron powders with two different particle size distributions were compacted by high velocity compaction. The influences of particle size distribution and impact velocity on green properties, including green density, springback, tensile strength and bending strength etc., were studied with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and a computer controlled universal testing machine. The results show that the particle size distribution and the impact velocity strongly affect its properties. Wider size distribution results in green compact with higher density and better strength. Furthermore, springback of compacts is lower produced by the powder with wider size distribution, especially for radial springback. As impact velocity increases, its green density and green strength gradually increases, but the increasing rate of density decreases gradually. No special relation is found between springback and impact velocity. In addition, the axial springback and the bending strength are higher than the radial springback and the tensile strength, respectively.  相似文献

以磨细生石灰和硅质原料的混合物为前驱物,采用动态水热合成方法制备了水化硅酸盐纳米粉体.借助SEM、TEM及氮吸附等测试方法,分析了制得的水化硅酸盐粉体的形貌、粒径和比表面积.将制得的水化硅酸盐纳米粉体压制成块状固体.采用正交设计方法研究了成型压力、水泥掺量、纤维掺量、聚合物掺量等因素对块体材料力学性能的影响.结果表明:由该粉体压制成的块体材料立即具有强度和耐水性,且表观密度低;成型压力是影响其力学性能最显著的因素.  相似文献

声学 -结构设计灵敏度分析揭示了结构振动引起的辐射声压与结构设计变量之间的关系。分别用有限元法和边界元法计算结构设计灵敏度和声学灵敏度。将两个灵敏度结合得到最终的声学 -结构设计灵敏度。在边界元计算中 ,采用退化元处理奇异积分问题 ,对特征频率不唯一问题采用CHIEF方法处理。以脉动球和箱体为例 ,验证了算法的可行性和精确性。  相似文献

A new electrical resistance tomography system has been designed using the single drive electrode method. The bidirectional pulse current is adopted in this system as the exciting current. The model of this new method has been set up in ANSYS and validated by simulation and actual measured data. Based on this model, the influence of medium resistivity and connected resistance as well as the influence of medium distribution on the measured data is studied. The experimental results and the reconstructed images are presented at last to testify to the reliability of the new system and the feasibility of the new method.  相似文献

This paper proposed two robust scheduling formulations in real manufacturing systems based on the concept of bad scenario set to hedge against processing time uncertainty, which is described by discrete scenarios. Two proposed robust scheduling formulations are applied to an uncertain job-shop scheduling problem with the makespan as the performance criterion. The united-scenario neighbourhood (UN) structure is constructed based on bad scenario set for the scenario job-shop scheduling problem. A tabu search (TS) algorithm with the UN structure is developed to solve the proposed robust scheduling problem. An extensive experiment was conducted. The computational results show that the first robust scheduling formulation could be preferred to the second one for the discussed problem. It is also verified that the obtained robust solutions could hedge against the processing time uncertainty through decreasing the number of bad scenarios and the degree of performance degradation on bad scenarios. Moreover, the computational results demonstrate that the developed TS algorithm is competitive for the proposed robust scheduling formulations.  相似文献

A novel carbon nanotube-patterned sapphire substrate (CPSS) has been utilized for the growth of GaN material and fabrication of a InGaN/GaN light emitting diode (LED) by metal-organic vapor phase epitaxy. Different lateral strain distributions and stress reductions were observed in a GaN thin film on CPSS compared with those on a conventional sapphire substrate. Nanoheteroepitaxy induced by small size nucleation islands of about 50 nm is ascribed to this significant strain modulation. The crystalline quality of the GaN thin film was also improved, as illustrated by X-ray diffraction. Performances of 1 mm × 1 mm LEDs on CPSS were also enhanced, with an operational power increase of 37.5% and higher saturation current.   相似文献

On the basis of a novel phase modulation method by in-plane diffraction processes, a well-designed nanoarray on metal surface is proposed to realize a broad band focusing (bandwidth ~100 nm) and a demultiplexing element (resolution ~12 nm) of surface plasmon polariton (SPP) waves. Moreover, sublattice arrays are developed to achieve an improved demultiplexer and confocal SPP beams. The proposed scheme with implemented functionalities is designed totally in planar dimension, which is free of the SPP coupling process and indicates more practical application in photonic integrations.  相似文献
