A test method for the non-destructive determination of bolt length, anchoring length, and bolt body force is described. This addresses the problems of low accuracy, limited number of data, and untimely warning signs encountered with existing test methods. Numerical simulations of the bolt, resin, and rock system show that the length accuracy when using the velocity wave is lower than when using the acceleration wave. It is accepted practice to use the acceleration wave for length tests because of improved signal to noise ratios of the waveforms. Laboratory and in situ underground tests showed that the precision of the measurements meets field requirements. Using this method the anchor properties of each single bolt and, thus, the safety of the entire roadway support may be evaluated.  相似文献

In breast cancer research, it is of great interest to identify genomic markers associated with prognosis. Multiple gene profiling studies have been conducted for such a purpose. Genomic markers identified from the analysis of single datasets often do not have satisfactory reproducibility. Among the multiple possible reasons, the most important one is the small sample sizes of individual studies. A cost-effective solution is to pool data from multiple comparable studies and conduct integrative analysis. In this study, we collect four breast cancer prognosis studies with gene expression measurements. We describe the relationship between prognosis and gene expressions using the accelerated failure time (AFT) models. We adopt a 2-norm group bridge penalization approach for marker identification. This integrative analysis approach can effectively identify markers with consistent effects across multiple datasets and naturally accommodate the heterogeneity among studies. Statistical and simulation studies demonstrate satisfactory performance of this approach. Breast cancer prognosis markers identified using this approach have sound biological implications and satisfactory prediction performance.  相似文献

Neural tree model has been successfully applied to solving a variety of interesting problems. In most previous studies, optimization of the neural tree model was divided into two steps: first structure optimization, then parameter optimization. One major problem in the evolution of structure without parameter information was noisy fitness evaluation. In this paper, an improved breeder genetic programming algorithm is proposed to the synthesis of neural tree model. The effectiveness and performance of the method are evaluated on time series prediction problems and compared with those of related methods. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is a potential method with better performance and effectiveness.  相似文献

To investigate the effects of OA on the portland cement using oleic acid (OA) as grinding aid and the effects of OA on the portland cement, we characterized the different perfermances of the cement, discussed the characteristics of properties. The results reveal that the OA can reduce the water requirement of normal consistency. With the content of OA added, setting time was extended. The OA can significantly improve the rheological properties of cement-based materials, while the compressive strength decreases.  相似文献

Polyoxometalates (POMs) are useful catalysts in both redox and acid catalysis reactions since its catalytic features can be controlled at a molecular level. We investigated POM (POM = H3PW12O40) on tantalum pentoxide (Ta2O5) via hydrolysis of tantalum pentachloride (TaCl5) in the presence of POM using the sol-gel method for acid catalytic reaction. All obtained amorphous materials have been characterized by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra, Raman scattering spectroscopy, 31P magic-angle spinning (MAS) NMR, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), and nitrogen adsorption/desorption analysis, in order to confirm the structure integrity of the Keggin unit in as-prepared composites and investigate the morphology and surface textural property of the composites. Catalytic activity of the catalysts has been evaluated for esterification of acetic acid with ethanol as a model reaction with different catalytic reaction parameters such as POM loading, reaction time, catalyst dose, molar ratio of the reactants, etc. The conversion of ethanol reached 87.4 % and the turnover frequency (TOF) was 2.9×103.Meanwhile, it is easy to separate and recover POM/Ta2O5 from the reaction system.  相似文献

Reproducible and stable p-type ZnO thin films have been prepared by the N–Al codoping method. Secondary ion mass spectroscopy measurements demonstrate that N and Al are incorporated into ZnO. The resistivity, carrier concentration, and Hall mobility are typically of 50–100 Ωcm, 1×1017–8×1017 cm−3, and 0.1–0.6 cm2/Vs, respectively, for the N–Al codoped p-type ZnO films. Hall measurement, X-ray diffraction, and optical transmission were carried out to investigate the changes of the properties with the storage period. Results show that the p-type characteristics of the N–Al codoped ZnO films are of acceptable reproducibility and stability. In addition, the N–Al codoped p-type ZnO films have good crystallinity and optical quality. The properties are time independent.  相似文献

The size effect of optical properties of the polycrystalline Ge/Si films prepared by pulse laser deposition (PLD) is investigated by photoluminescence (PL) and photocurrent (PC) spectra. The size of Ge nanocrystals is precisely controlled by the pulsed deposition time and then observed by the atomic force microscopy (AFM). The average size of Ge nanocrystals is about 2, 5 and 25 nm for 1, 2 and 3 min deposited sample, respectively. The size effect on optical properties of Ge nanocrystals has been analyzed by photoluminescence (PL) and photocurrent (PC) spectra. The PL peaks shift from 0.799 eV for 1 min to 0.762 eV for 3 mins; at the same time, the photocurrent peaks of the films sharply changes from 0.781 eV to 0.749 eV, the shifts of PL and PC are contributed to the quantum size effect of Ge nanocrystals.  相似文献
