二分图最佳匹配算法在中型组Robpcup角色分配中的应用

在中型组足球机器人的决策模型中,用状态自动机模型实现了Robocup中机器人各个角色的决策过程,形成了决策知识库。根据比赛场上的信息,调用知识库,利用二分图最佳匹配算法的思想来实现角色分配,提高队伍的成绩。     

漫射红外技术的智能家居无线局域网设计

分析了红外技术在短距离无线通信中的优势,并将其应用在智能家居局域网中;结合安华高科技公司的HSDL-3020红外收发模块搭建了硬件电路,构成网络的主从节点;介绍了网络组建的过程,包括IrDA协议栈结构、数据编码格式、链路连接、网络管理机制等。本设计实现了对家居设备的统一管理,具有较高的应用价值。     

Feedback predictive control for constrained fuzzy systems with Markovian jumps

In this paper, a feedback model predictive control method is presented to tackle control problems with constrained multivariables for uncertain discrete‐time nonlinear Markovian jump systems. An uncertain Markovian jump fuzzy system (MJFS) is obtained by employing the Takagi‐Sugeno (T‐S) fuzzy model to represent a discrete‐time nonlinear system with norm bounded uncertainties and Markovain jump parameters. To achieve more generality, the transition probabilities of the Markov chain are assumed to be partly unknown and partly accessible. The predictive formulation adopts an on‐line optimization paradigm that utilizes the closed‐loop state feedback controller and is solved using the standard semi‐definite programming (SDP). To reduce the on‐line computational burden, a mode independent control move is calculated at every sampling time based on a stochastic fuzzy Lyapunov function (FLF) and a parallel distributed compensation (PDC) scheme. The robust mean square stability, performance minimization and constraint satisfaction properties are guaranteed under the control move for all admissible uncertainties. A simple and cost-effective method for fabrication of integrated electronic-microfluidic devices using a laser-patterned PDMS layer

We report a simple and cost-effective method for fabricating integrated electronic-microfluidic devices with multilayer configurations. A CO₂ laser plotter was employed to directly write patterns on a transferred polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) layer, which served as both a bonding and a working layer. The integration of electronics in microfluidic devices was achieved by an alignment bonding of top and bottom electrode-patterned substrates fabricated with conventional lithography, sputtering and lift-off techniques. Processes of the developed fabrication method were illustrated. Major issues associated with this method as PDMS surface treatment and characterization, thickness-control of the transferred PDMS layer, and laser parameters optimization were discussed, along with the examination and testing of bonding with two representative materials (glass and silicon). The capability of this method was further demonstrated by fabricating a microfluidic chip with sputter-coated electrodes on the top and bottom substrates. The device functioning as a microparticle focusing and trapping chip was experimentally verified. It is confirmed that the proposed method has many advantages, including simple and fast fabrication process, low cost, easy integration of electronics, strong bonding strength, chemical and biological compatibility, etc.

基于DSP嵌入式技术的无刷直流电动机智能控制系统的研究

本文以TI公司的数字信号处理器TMS320F2812作为核心控制芯片,设计出了一款低成本具有足够功能的无刷直流电动机的调速控制系统实验平台。详细介绍了该控制系统的软硬件结构及控制策略。通过对该控制系统实验结果的分析,表明该系统的动态性能和稳态性能好,抗干扰能力强的特点,且在该实验平台上可进行一些先进控制算法的研究。     

LOW TEMPERATURE FRICTION WELDING OF ALUMINUM TO COPPER

经过分析铝-铜摩擦焊接头脆断特点及其原因,在试验的基础上,提出了铝-铜低温摩擦焊工艺。通过降低转速及适当提高摩擦压力,使接头的摩擦加热焊接表面的温度低于铝-铜系统平衡图的共晶点548℃,并保证铝、铜焊接表面金属充分的塑性变形。采用低温摩擦焊消除了铝-铜接头的脆断,提高了接头的强度、塑性、韧性和锻压性能。接头的热稳定性、老化及实际运行试验表明,其质量完全满足技术条件的要求。
