对含Nb与不含Nb的Cr-Ni-Mo-V系高强钢进行880℃×1 h淬火+300℃×3 h回火处理,并采用SEM、EBSD、TEM和物理化学相分析等技术分别对其微观组织和析出相进行观察分析。结果表明,添加了0.035%Nb的试验钢组织得到细化,马氏体板条块尺寸从3.1μm下降至2.9μm,且Nb的添加使得MC型析出相的含量增加,析出相尺寸分布得到优化,尺寸在18~200 nm的析出相含量明显增加。由于析出相含量的增加,固溶C含量有所下降,加之含Nb试验钢中的原始C含量稍低,导致含Nb钢的强度稍有下降,但仍达到2000 MPa水平。而马氏体组织的细化及析出相尺寸分布的优化使含Nb试验钢韧性明显提升,室温和-40℃低温冲击吸收能量(KU2)均提高至44 J。 相似文献

基于GPS和罗兰C导航系统的原理及信号传播特点,在考虑地球曲率、大气折射、电磁衰减、地波损耗等因素条件下,研究大功率干扰机对2种导航系统压制式干扰效果的问题。介绍GPS系统和罗兰C系统,通过计算GPS接收机最低干扰功率和GPS接收机的干扰距离分析GPS干扰机作用模型,同时,研究罗兰C干扰机作用模型,并对2种系统进行算例分析。研究结果表明:在相同干扰距离上,要达到同样的干扰效果,对罗兰C系统的压制干扰功率要远大于GPS系统;因此,用罗兰C作为GPS导航系统的备份可在一定程度上解决GPS导航系统抗干扰能力弱的问题。 相似文献

Polyethylene (PE) is one of the most produced synthetic resins in the world. Functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) is a potential nanoscale filler to realize the next generation strong and multifunctional PE composites. We demonstrate that MWCNTs grafted with short n‐alkyl groups are effective nanofillers for mechanical reinforcement of PE composites. At 1 wt% filler loading, the yield stress and Young's modulus improve significantly up to 54 and 63% compared with neat PE, respectively. Among ductile properties, tensile strength increases up to 30%; ultimate strain is preserved; and toughness increases up to 33%. More important, we show that short n‐alkyl groups can be grafted on MWCNTs much easier than long chain polymers. Further, we find that alkyl groups of C14–C18 chains have the optimum length for reinforcement. The optimum density of grafted alkyl groups is around 0.390–0.423 μmol/mg when the C14 alkyl groups are used. Overall, the results manifest that MWCNTs grafted with n‐alkyl groups with suitable length and density are efficient nanoscale fillers for high‐performance PE composites. POLYM. ENG. Radiotherapy is a definitive treatment for early-stage cervical cancer; however, a subset of this disease recurs locally, necessitating establishment of predictive biomarkers and treatment strategies. To address this issue, we performed gene panel-based sequencing of 18 stage IB cervical cancers treated with definitive radiotherapy, including two cases of local recurrence, followed by in vitro and in silico analyses. Simultaneous mutations in KRAS and SMAD4 (KRASmt/SMAD4mt) were detected only in a local recurrence case, indicating potential association of this mutation signature with radioresistance. In isogenic cell-based experiments, a combination of activating KRAS mutation and SMAD4 deficiency led to X-ray resistance, whereas either of these factors alone did not. Analysis of genomic data from 55,308 cancers showed a significant trend toward co-occurrence of mutations in KRAS and SMAD4. Gene Set Enrichment Analysis of the Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia dataset suggested upregulation of the pathways involved in epithelial mesenchymal transition and inflammatory responses in KRASmt/SMAD4mt cancer cells. Notably, irradiation with therapeutic carbon ions led to robust killing of X-ray-resistant KRASmt/SMAD4mt cancer cells. These data indicate that the KRASmt/SMAD4mt signature is a potential predictor of radioresistance, and that carbon ion radiotherapy is a potential option to treat early-stage cervical cancers with the KRASmt/SMAD4mt signature. 相似文献

本文以去离子水为实验介质,对截面为3 mm×43 mm的三面加热窄矩形通道内充分发展的弹状流进行实验研究。借助高速摄影仪对弹状流进行可视化实验观察,观察到弹状流的4种演变行为:弹状流充分发展、夹心型弹状流的形成、小汽弹合并成大汽弹、大汽弹合并成加长型弹状流。分析了部分热工参数对弹状流截面含气率的影响,通过引入雷诺数,对三面加热窄矩形通道内弹状流的实验数据进行非线性回归分析,得到适用于三面加热窄矩形通道内弹状流截面含气率的计算关系式。结果表明,新拟合得到的关系式能较准确地预测三面加热窄矩形通道内弹状流的截面含气率,其预测值相对误差为12.36%。 相似文献

Fe-2Cu-0.8C powder mixes were prepared by a wet mixing and spray-drying process using iron, copper, graphite and zinc stearate as main raw materials, and stearic acid, alcohol wax and amide wax as binders. The properties of the as-prepared binder treated powder mixes were investigated. The bonding efficiency of the binders was tested by measure the retention of graphite and copper in the powder mixes after dusting resistance test. The test results show that the wet mixing and spray-drying process can realise the bonding of different particles and improve processing properties of the powder mixes. A flow rate of 30.6?s/50?g and an apparent density of 3.18?g/cm3 were obtained for powder mixes with alcohol wax as binder. The results of dusting resistance test demonstrated that alcohol wax and amide wax have better bonding effect for Cu and graphite powders, respectively, which was reflected by the difference value of electronegativity between Fe, Cu, C elements and functional groups. Compared with mechanically mixing powder mixes, using binder treated powder mixes can also reduce the friction coefficient during compaction by 0.012–0.026.
