Valuation of photovoltaic devices depends strongly on the measured power output of the device. This quantity is usually determined under artificial sunlight in production line measurement systems or industrial or research test labs. A practical calibration chain is realized essentially with measurements at solar simulators. The measurement conditions are defined in the IEC 60904 series of standards. An important part of the standard testing conditions is the definition of a specific spectral distribution of the sunlight (AM1.5 global). The inevitable deviations of the spectrum of artificial light sources from the standard spectrum have to be taken into account by a spectral mismatch factor. The uncertainty of this crucial correction is spectrally dependent, in most cases unknown and complex and inconvenient to evaluate. In this article a randomizing method is proposed which allows one to calculate the uncertainty of the mismatch factor from the uncertainties of the input parameters determined with high spectral resolution. Based on a range of different spectral responses of solar cells on the one hand and variations of the solar simulator spectral distribution on the other, we are able to generalize the results to a broad set of measurement configurations. A sensitivity analysis reveals the crucial wavelength regions and thus allows the systematic optimization of simulator spectra and selection of reference cells. An intracellular endopeptidase was purified from cell-free extracts of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus B14 by anion exchange chromatography on DEAE-Sepharose, hydroxyapatite chromatography, second anion exchange chromatography on Mono-Q, and metal-chelating affinity chromatography. The endopeptidase was a monomer with a molecular mass of approximately 70 kDa determined by SDS-PAGE and gel filtration. Various oligopeptides (e.g. Met-enkephalin, bradykinin) were hydrolysed by the endopeptidase. Exopeptidase activity and cleavage of dipeptides or tripeptides was not observed. The KM value for the cleavage of Metenkephalin was 1.2 mM. Temperature and pH optima were 47 °C and pH 7.7, respectively. The endopeptidase was inhibited by the classical agents for metal-dependent (EDTA) and serine (DFP) enzymes. Activity was increased by Co2+ and Mg2+, no effect was observed with Ca2+. After inhibition with EDTA, enzyme activity could be restored fully by Co2+. Activity was inhibited by Zn2+, Mn2+, Fe2+, Cu2+, Cd2+ and Hg2+. The N-terminal sequence of the endopeptidase was determined as: H2N-Val-Arg-Gly-Gly-Ser-Gly-Asp-Thr-Thr-Val-0H. 相似文献

In the present study, we investigate the two-dimensional laminar flow through a one-sided constriction of a plane channel with a ratio of h:H=1:4 (where h is the step height and H is the channel height). We account for this singularity by a geometric mesh refinement strategy that was proposed in a hp-FEM context. A detailed numerical study of the FFS flow reveals that length and height of the recirculation zone in front of the step are almost constant for creeping flow. It has been well established that the cytoskeleton is an essential modulator of cell morphology and motility, intracytoplasmic transport and mitosis, however cytoskeletal linkage to the organelles has not been unequivocally demonstrated. Indeed, cytoskeleton appears to be essential in determining and modulating gene phenotype as a function of cellular environment. According to recent studies, the organization of the cytoskeleton network together with associated protein(s) could be essential in regulating mitochondrial function and particularly the permeability of the mitochondrial outer membrane to ADP. Distraction-lengthening technique is quite useful in a variety of congenital hand deformities with hypoplastic, or primary normal but secondary shortened (constriction ring syndrome) finger rays. It appears that around the age of two years is the earliest practical time to start distraction; certainly distraction and secondary surgical procedures to improve function should be completed before school entry age whenever possible. Between June 1990 and March 1993, nine distraction lengthening procedures (5 thumbs, 1 index, 3 little fingers) in five patients presenting with congenital hand deformities, were carried out. Although restoring length to the finger, lengthening does not provide normal circumference or, of course, interphalangeal joint motion. Amelioration in function seems to be more important than the esthetic gain. Distraction lengthening tolerates only few errors of indication, operative technique, and/or postoperative management. A high compliance of the patient and her/his parents as well as a close follow-up by an experienced surgeon, are mandatory for a good result. A variety of possible complications have been described. Generally, complication risk increases in cases of simultaneous and multiple level lengthening. Provided adequate operative technique and postoperative care, superficial pin infection and fracture in the region of distraction are the major complications. Contrary to adults, sufficient bone formation by distraction is the rule in children. Therefore, the distraction-lengthening technique is preferred to the distraction-interposition technique in the treatment of congenital hand deformities. The latter should only be used as a salvage procedure in the rare cases of insufficient callus formation. Because of the missing growth potential and reduced joint mobility, distraction lengthening is the therapy of second choice when compared to microvascular second toe transplantation. 相似文献
