Nonlinear Optic Nanocomposites Based on Oxide Glasses

The first nonlinear optic nanocomposite based on a low-melting vitreous matrix and a ferrielectric crystal has been obtained. The matrix consists of lead-borate glass and the filler is single-phase powder of ferrielectric KNbSi₂O₇. The quadratic optical nonlinearity of composites was studied depending on temperature and time of dissolution of crystals in the glass matrix. Conditions for producing transparent nanocomposites that generate the second optic harmonic are identified.     

Product composition of the dynamic conversion of brown coal in supercritical water

The product composition of the dynamic conversion of brown coal, which was continuously supplied as a water-coal slurry to a flow reactor at 30 MPa, was studied. The temperature of water and coal particles was increased from room temperature to 400°C (top part of the reactor). The conversion of the organic matter of coal was ～48%, and the products collected at the reactor outlet consisted of solid tar components, substances dissolved and emulsified in water, and volatile substances, whose major constituent was CO₂. The composition of solid tar components and oils was determined.     

Dependence of the normal rate of combustion of methane-air and hydrogen-air mixtures on pressure and composition

Numerical methods were used to study the normal combustion rate of methane-air and hydrogen-air mixtures as a function of pressure in the range 0.005–2.0 MPa and composition. It was found that the closer the composition of the fuel mixture is to the limiting composition, the lower the pressure index of the normal combustion rate. It is shown that chemical reactions in the preflame zone have no appreciable effect on the normal combustion rate of a lean methane-air mixture. Balashikha. Effect of high-temperature heat treatment on the properties of sealant Viksint U-2-28

The dependence of the ultimate shear strength of a lithium aluminosilicate ceramic-to-metal adhesive joint with the sealant Viksint U-2-28 on the thermal history of the samples was studied. A temperature threshold for a change in the strength of the adhesive joint was established. Possible mechanisms for the appearance of this threshold in terms of a change in the contribution of different components of the sealant to its adhesion properties, depending on the thermal aging regimes, are discussed.

对稀释剂十二烷基缩水甘油醚的合成及影响产品质量的因素进行了研究,并以十二、十四混醇为原料进行了对比试验。     

Reaction kinetics study of asymmetric polymer-polymer interface

In this study, the reaction kinetics of asymmetric polymer-polymer interface was experimentally and theoretically studied. A new rheological method correlating the change of rheological property of reactive system with the conversion of the in situ formed copolymers was applied to study the reaction kinetics of PBT/epoxy reactive system. Then, the new method was proved to be useful by comparing its results with that obtained from the conventional endgroup determination method. Moreover, the conversion of PBT/epoxy reactive system from rheological method could be well fitted by the numerical analysis, from which the kinetic constant and the diffusion constant of epoxy in PBT could be determined simultaneously.     

沉淀铁催化剂上F-T合成反应的研究

制备了物相组成为 Quartz- Si O2 ,Hermatite- Fe2 O3 和 Fe2 O3 - Iron Oxide的沉淀铁催化剂 ,研究了该催化剂作用上固定床积分反应器中费托合成反应特性 .发现 2 .6MPa,80 0 h-1,H2 /CO=2 /3,2 60℃～ 2 90℃时 ,随着温度的升高 ,CO和 H2 的转化率增大 ,CO2 选择性减小 ;40 0 h-1,65 0 h-1,80 0 h-1低空速和 2 4 0 0 h-1,32 0 0 h-1,40 0 0 h-1,640 0 h-1高空速时 ,随着空速的升高 ,H2转化率、CO转化率选择性下降 ,CO2 的选择性升高 ;2 80℃ ,2 .6MPa,H2 /CO进料比 2 /3,1 /1 ,2 /1时 ,随着 H2 /CO进料比的增加 ,CO转化率 ,H2 /CO利用比和 CH4选择性都增加 ,H2 转化率和 CO2选择性减小 .     

基于BPNN-PID的风电机组桨距控制分析

变桨控制技术是风力发电机组的核心技术之一,开展对风力发电机组变桨控制方面的研究具有重要的理论和应用价值。根据风力发电机组在额定风速以上如何保持输出功率稳定和降低风轮转速波动的控制技术进行研究,在传统的变桨距控制策略基础上,提出了基于BP神经网络(Neural Network,NN)整定PID的控制策略,并在Matlab/simulink环境下对PID控制和BP神经网络控制相结合的复合控制系统进行建模与分析。对1.5MW风电机组的仿真验证了BPNN-PID算法的有效性,提出算法不仅能够解决传统PID控制器参数整定困难的问题,而且优化效率更高,可以得到优良的控制性能。     

厦门杏林湾排涝泵站跨管线围堰设计方案探讨

针对厦门杏林湾泵站围堰需2次跨过三根市政管线的特点,结合工程区的地质条件、水文条件、围堰结构型式选择、现有施工水平等因素,对土、充灌砂、混凝土、浆砌块石、钢板桩等围堰型式进行分析,经多方案综合比选,提出了"桩基+盖板"的水上管线加固方案,不但可以有效控制管线变形,而且施工可操作性较强。
