电工实践教学改革与实践

电工实践教学是培养大学生电类工程能力的重要环节，本文介绍我们以培养人才为中心在电工实习基地建设；实践教学内容，方法和手段等方面进行的改革与实践。     

AutoCAD二次开发及在包装机械中的应用

针对包装机械的特点，从二次开发的定义出发，分析比较了AutoCAD二次开发的各种手段形式，给出了应用实例。     

Storage Stability of Antioxidant-Washed Myofibrils From Chicken White and Red Muscle

Oxidation and gel-forming ability of chicken white (breast) and red (leg) muscle myofibrillar proteins during storage at 0°C were examined. Breast myofibril gels exhibited greater shear moduli than leg myofibril gels throughout 8 days storage. Shear moduli of both breast and leg gels in the intermediate temperature zone (45–55°C) decreased during storage, but at >55°C, they either increased or remained unchanged. Lipid oxidation was inhibited by washing myofibrils with antioxidants propyl gal-late, ascorbate, and tripolyphosphate. However, these antioxidants did not affect the content of protein carbonyls, and only slightly decreased the amine content during storage. Storage affected the kinetic process of myofibril gelation independently of antioxidant treatments.     

Uniaxial tensile response of microfibre reinforced cement composites

Microfibre reinforced cement composites reinforced with high volume fractions of carbon, steel and polypropylene fibres were tested in uniaxial tension. Composites investigated included those with only one type of fibre (mono-fibre composites) and those with two or more types of fibres (hybrid-fibre composites) in the same mix. Considerable strengthening, toughening and stiffening of the host matrix due to microfibre reinforcement were observed. In the hybrid-fibre composites, different fibres appear to act as additive phases; i.e., they maintain their individual reinforcing capabilities. The composites were also impact tested in uniaxial tension using a newly designed instrumented impact machine. When compared with static test results, considerable sensitivity to stress rate was noted; composites were found to be stronger and tougher under impact and the improvements were more pronounced at higher fibre volume fractions. The potential of these composites for use in thin sheet products and other similar applications is recognized, and the need for continued research is stressed.     

马来酸酐在乙丙橡胶上的接枝共聚

马来酸酐在乙丙橡胶上的接枝共聚,用过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂的效果优于偶氮二异丁腈。研究了温度、马来酸酐用量和引发剂用量等对接枝率的影响。用红外光谱和薄层色谱证明了接枝物的存在。用接触角技术测定了接枝物的表面性能。     

Effects of chronic U50,488H treatment on binding and mechanical responses of the rat hearts

The effects of chronic injection of U50,488H (trans-3,4-dichloro-N-[2-(1-pyrrolidinyl)cyclohexyl]benzeacetamidel++ +), a selective kappa opioid agonist, on the properties of the binding sites of tritiated U69593 [(5 alpha,7 alpha,8 beta)-(-)-N-methyl-N-(7-(1-pyrrolidinyl)-1-oxaspiro (4,5)dec-8-yl)benzeneacetamide], another selective kappa opioid agonist, and mechanical responses to U50,488H of the heart were studied. Rats received injection twice a day with U50,488H for 4 days. Binding studies on the crude membrane homogenates revealed that there was no change in maximum binding, but a significant increase in Kd after the treatment, indicating that the number of kappa binding sites remained unchanged whereas the affinity of the binding sites to kappa-agonist decreased. The study on the mechanical responses to U50,488H in the isolated perfused heart preparation showed that although the agonist at 10(-6) M caused MR2266 reversible reductions in heart rate and force of contraction as well as ventricular ectopic beat in the heart of rats in the control group, its effects were absent in the U50,488H-treated group, indicating the development of tolerance to the mechanical effects of U50,488H on the heart. The results indicate that the development of tolerance to the mechanical effects of a kappa-agonist after chronic treatment with the agonist was not accompanied by down-regulation, but only a slight and significant reduction in affinity of kappa binding sites in the rat heart.     

专用超大规模集成电路在LED显示系统中的应用

自1976年蒙特利尔奥运会采用了第一块黑白视频显示屏以来，各种大屏幕特别是LED显示屏得到了迅猛发展，在现代信息社会中更是随处可见。在这些显示系统中，应用了大量的不同种类的集成电路作为驱动芯片。本文叙述了运用于LED显示系统中的超大规模集成电路的强大功能。     

清代皇家园林规划设计控制的量化研究——以圆明三园、清漪园为例

本文通过量化分析探索了清代皇家园林规划设计的控制规律及相关理论。     

准噶尔盆地腹部超压层分布研究

准噶尔盆地腹部普遍发育深层（大于4000m）超压系统，很多钻井都钻遇超压。通过对超压段钻井、地质、测井、地震特征系统研究发现，超压段泥浆密度大幅增加，具有高声波时差、低电阻率以及地震低速的超压响应特征。利用Dix公式计算地震层速度和利用Fillippone公式计算地层压力，得到超压数据体。准噶尔盆地腹部超压在白垩系及其以下沉积地层中均有分布，超压层的深度范围不同。分1井西凹陷边缘以及昌吉凹陷西南有空层现象。超压顶面分布的层位由北往南、从东到西逐渐变浅，从三叠系顶部到白垩系底部。深部超压对油气分布和富集有着重要的控制作用，准噶尔盆地腹部超压层分布的研究将对本区油气勘探起积极的推动作用。     

p型碲镉汞液相外延材料Ag掺杂的研究

利用SIMS和变温霍尔测量手段对P型Hg0.77Gd0.23Te液相外延材料的Ag掺杂技术、机理及掺杂碲镉汞材料的性能进行了研究。结果表明采用AgNO3溶液直接浸泡方式对该材料进行掺Ag是成功的，掺杂浓度与被掺杂材料中的汞空位浓度是一致的，掺杂后，P型碲镉汞材料的受主能级比掺杂前有明显的减小，从实验结果可看到掺Ag碲镉汞材料的电学性能在室温下保持稳定。
