混合电解质NaBr+NaAc十H_2O体系的活度系数的测定

用电势法测定了298.15K以及I为0.1、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5和3.0 mol/kg时,NaBr在混合电解质溶液NaBr+NaAc+H_2O中的活度系数.实验结果用Harned、SRJ和Pitzer方程拟合,得到各种方程的相互作用参数,由拟合的标准偏差得知,Pitzer方程的拟合精度略好于前2个方程.用Pitzer混合参数θ_(Br-Ac)和ψ_(Br-Na-Ac)计算了NaAc在该混合体系中的活度系数和体系的过量Gibbs自由能.

Effect of puerarin on the P13K pathway for glucose transportation and insulin signal transduction in adipocytes

To explore the effect of puerarin on insulin receptor (IR), insulin receptor substrate-1 (IRS-1) and protein expression of protein kinase B(PKB) in the P13K pathway of the glucose consumption, transportation and insulin signal transduction in 3T3-L1 adipocytes with insulin resistance. The insulin resistance 3T3-L1 adipocytes model was established by free fatty acid induction. The model cells were managed with puerarin in different concentrations. Glucose consumption was detected with glucose oxidase method, glucose transportation rate was determined by 2-deoxy-3H glucose ingesting method, and the IR, IRS-1 and PKB expression were determined by Western blot. Glucose consumption and transportation were significantly decreased in the model adipocytes, but increased after treated with puerarin (P<0.01). Moreover, the level of tyrosine phosphorylation of IR subunit β was higher in the puerarin treated groups, and that of IRS-1 was higher in the group treated with low dose puerarin than that in the model group. The 3T3-L1 adipocytes of insulin resistance model could be induced by free fatty acid successfully, puerarin could promote the glucose utilization in them to alleviate the insulin resistance, which may be related with the action in advancing the tyrosine phosphorylation of IR and IRS-1.     

Application of scanning tunnelling microscopy to the quality control of tungsten carbide (WC-Co) ball bearings

Scanning tunnelling microscopy (STM) has been applied to the topographical study of tungsten carbide (with 6% Co) ball bearings in air. It is shown that, for this material, scanning tunnelling microscopy can provide not only general topographical information on the surface microtexture with a resolution of nearly 0.1 nm if required, but also quantitative information for the measurement of surface roughness. Thus, scanning tunnelling microscopy has utility as a quality control tool of particular relevance in the submicron range. The STM topographical results from specific tungsten carbide ball bearings are presented, and the limitations and applicability of the STM technique when used as a quality control tool are discussed.     

国外武器装备电磁环境适应性试验与评价技术及能力发展综述

武器装备的电磁环境适应性已成为制约武器装备能打仗、打胜仗的一个重大问题;西方军事强国非常重视面向复杂电磁环境的武器装备试验与评价技术研究和能力建设,通过相关投资计划的长期持续投入,支持突破其中的关键技术、方法,以及构建相应的试验与评价设施能力;文章从标准规范和研制程序、技术方法、试验设施、科研和能力建设投资计划等几方面综述了国外武器装备复杂电磁环境适应性试验与评价技术和能力发展情况,并在此基础上,提出了对我国武器装备电磁环境适应性试验与评价能力的发展建议.     

Color segmentation robust to brightness variations by using B-spline curve modeling

Color segmentation takes a great attention because color is an effective and robust visual cue for characterizing an object from the others. However, color segmentation suffers from color variations incurred by irregular illumination changes. We propose a reliable color modeling approach in hue–saturation–intensity (HSI) color space while considering intensity information by adopting the B-spline curve fitting to make a mathematical model for statistical characteristics of a color with respect to intensity. It is based on the fact that color distribution of a single-colored object is not invariant with respect to brightness variations even in the HS (hue–saturation) plane. The statistical characteristics contain the mean and standard deviation of hue and saturation with respect to intensity. They are mathematically expressed as four bar graphs. In order to fit the bar graphs to continuous curves, we use B-spline curve fitting procedure. From several experimental results, we verify that the proposed algorithm is successfully applied to color segmentation under various illumination conditions.     

Logic Programs,Compatibility and Forward Chaining Construction

Logic programming under the stable model semantics is proposed as a non-monotonic language for knowledge representation and reasoning in artificial intelligence. In this paper, we explore and extend the notion of compatibility and the Λ operator, which were first proposed by Zhang to characterize default theories. First, we present a new characterization of stable models of a logic program and show that an extended notion of compatibility can characterize stable submodels. We further propose the notion of weak auto-compatibility which characterizes the Normal Forward Chaining Construction proposed by Marek, Nerode and Remmel. Previously, this construction was only known to construct the stable models of FC-normal logic programs, which turn out to be a proper subclass of weakly auto-compatible logic programs. We investigate the properties and complexity issues for weakly auto-compatible logic programs and compare them with some subclasses of logic programs.     

高职计算机类课程改革设计

传统的按章节顺序的授课方式已不再适合高职的人才培养模式。各个高职院校纷纷开展教学改革,探索创新人才培养方案、教学方法。高职教育的出路在哪里?高职计算机教学改革将走向何方?行业专家已经指明了方向,本文以计算机教学中Web开发类课程为例,按照"工作过程系统化"的思路对课程进行了概要设计。     

一种改进Otsu法在Kirsch边缘检测中的应用

针对灰度图像的Kirsch边缘检测特征不明显以及Otsu方法自动获取最佳阈值耗时等缺点,探讨了一种改进的Otsu法,并将其应用到Kirsch边缘检测中。首先通过Kirsch算法初步检测出图像边缘,然后运用蚁群算法与Otsu算法相结合求取最佳阈值并进行二值化处理。对试验结果和数据的分析,得出所提出的方法能够有效地检测出图像边缘,同时节约运算时间,具有一定的自适应性。
