氢蚀对Cr-Mo钢断裂韧性和裂纹行为的影响

选用经４００℃，２０ＭＰａ，１０５ｈ氢暴露后的Ｃｒ－Ｍｏ钢进行了拉伸试验、疲劳试验和断裂韧性试验。结果表明，氢蚀使Ｃｒ－Ｍｏ钢强度、塑性和断裂韧性均降低，也使断裂机制由韧窝型转变为解理脆性，氢蚀使疲劳裂纹扩展速率增加，门槛值降低。Ｃｒ－Ｍｏ钢氢蚀后，随应力比Ｒ的增加，疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值大幅度降低。     

一个基于语义的图像检索系统:VisEngine

介绍了一个基于语义的图像检索系统——VisEngine，该系统采用基于图像主要区域的图像分割方法，分别提取图像前景、背景和全局的视觉和抽象语义内容，构造相应的语义模板。接着把这些特征导入到一个面向对象的中间信息结构中，在此基础上进行多种方式的相似性匹配和检索。系统支持多种查询方式，用户交互界面自然友好。实验表明，VisEngine系统能有效地提高首次用户查询的正确性。     

三次Bézier曲线的自适应降阶

提出了一种基于选择分割点的三次B啨ｚｉｅｒ曲线的自适应降阶方法 ,并讨论了降阶后的误差计算方法 该方法的特色为依照拐点、曲率极大点的优先次序选择分割点 实验结果表明 ,该方法除了具有传统方法的端点插值和GC1连续的特点外 ,还具有得到的二次B啨ｚｉｅｒ曲线段数较少的优点     

Effect of AlP master alloy on grain refinement of primary silicon in eutectic Al-Si alloys

To obtain the finer primary silicon crystals, the proprietary Al-P master alloy was adopted to modify the eutectic Al-Si alloys and the most suitable modification process was made in the experiments. The SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) and DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimeter) analysis indicate that the Al-P modifier has more advantages over Cu-P and Fe-P modifier in easily addition, no elemental alteration and less undercooling of primary silicon′s solidification, which suggests the Al-P master alloy is an effective modifier of eutectic Al-Si alloys.

Thin Film Assembly of Gold Nanoparticles for Vapor Sensing via Droplet Interfacial Reaction

A facile approach to prepare a thin film vapor sensor is demonstrated through droplet interfacial reaction on an IDA microelectrode.Scanning electron microscopy,atomic force microscopy and transmission electron microscopy analyses show that the film of the vapor sensor is composed of self-assembled gold nanocrystals in an average diameter of about 4.3 nm.The as-prepared sensor was examined by potential step method and impedance measurement,which exhibited significant A/?//?,responses and excellent cycle performance to the volatile organic compound(VOC) vapors of acetone,methanol,styrene,benzene,toluene and ethanol.The selectivity to the VOCs with benzene ring or organic solvents suggests that the sensor is probably in line with the swelling and dielectric sensing mechanisms.     

Overexpression of PRL7D1 in Leydig Cells Causes Male Reproductive Dysfunction in Mice

Prolactin family 7, subfamily d, member 1 (PRL7D1) is found in mouse placenta. Our recent work showed that PRL7D1 is also present in mouse testis Leydig cells, and the expression of PRL7D1 in the testis exhibits an age-related increase. In the present study, we generated transgenic mice with Leydig cell-specific PRL7D1 overexpression to explore its function during male reproduction. Prl7d1 male mice exhibited subfertility as reflected by reduced sperm counts and litter sizes. The testes from Prl7d1 transgenic mice appeared histologically normal, but the frequency of apoptotic germ cells was increased. Prl7d1 transgenic mice also had lower testosterone concentrations than wild-type mice. Mechanistic studies revealed that Prl7d1 transgenic mice have defects in the testicular expression of steroidogenic acute regulatory protein (STAR) and hydroxy-delta-5-steroid dehydrogenase, 3 beta- and steroid delta-isomerase cluster (HSD3B). Further studies revealed that PRL7D1 overexpression affected the expression of transferrin (TF) in Sertoli cells. These results suggest that PRL7D1 overexpression could lead to increased germ cell apoptosis and exert an inhibitory effect on testosterone production in Leydig cells by reducing the expression of certain steroidogenic-related genes. In addition, PRL7D1 appears to have important roles in the function of Sertoli cells, which, in turn, affects male fertility. We conclude that the expression level of PRL7D1 is associated with the reproductive function of male mice.     

Cryptanalysis and improvement of a quantum private set intersection protocol

A recent Quantum Private Set Intersection (QPSI) scheme is crypt-analyzed. The original claimed communication overhead is shown to be not accurate. And the original security definition is passive and not fair. To ensure fairness, a passive third party is introduced. It is also shown that unconditional fairness of QPSI protocol is impossible. Since otherwise, it would violate a well-known impossible quantum cryptography result.     

恶臭假单胞菌铜抗性操纵子生物信息学分析

用生物信息学方法对恶臭假单胞菌铜抗性操纵子基因相似性,蛋白质的亲疏水性,蛋白质高级结构,蛋白质的功能进行分析。结果表明:恶臭假单胞菌铜抗性操纵子与丁香假单胞菌有较高的同源性,而与大肠杆菌距离较远,这意味着该操纵子可能来源于丁香假单胞菌。
