AZO powders were sensitized through chemisorption method by octa-iso-pentyloxy phthalocyanine lead and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results showed that after sensitization process AZO photo physical properties improved greatly in visible regions. Photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue was studied under visible irradiation in aqueous solution and the pseudo first order model was used to obtain kinetic information of the photocatalytic degradation. The results indicated that photocatalytic activities of PbPc(iso-PeO)8-AZO were better than of AZO powders.  相似文献

采用交联改性的方法对较低分子量的乙烯基硅橡胶进行了改性研究,制备了高通量的富氧膜,结合单因素实验法和Design-expert正交实验设计,考察了原料配比、交联反应时间、固化温度和固化时间等因素对富氧膜性能的影响,确定了最佳富氧性能膜的制备条件:原料配比4.3,反应时间2.15h,固化温度86.25℃,固化时间1.75h;获得了富氧浓度为28.68%,透气量为4696.33 barrer的富氧膜,该膜的富氧浓度与常规商品化膜相当,透气量为常规商品化膜的2~4倍,有应用于发动机富氧进气系统的前景。通过扫描电镜检测、机械性能检测等手段对复合膜进行了进一步表征。  相似文献

The asphalt community seeks a solvent-free method to determine the properties of RAP binder and those of its blends with virgin binders. A promising approach is to test mortars composed of fine fractions of RAP and a virgin binder, and to calculate grade change rate (GCR) to predict blended binder true grade at any binder replacement rate (BRR). However, the existing mortar approach underestimates the effect of RAP on binder grade, particularly at high temperatures. This study identified the use of a shift factor in the existing method as the source of underestimations. An alternative data analysis method was developed, which eliminates the shift factor by using the relationship between binder and mortar properties. Dynamic shear rheometer tests were conducted on a total of 12 mortar combinations, including 4 virgin binders and 3 RAP sources at a BRR of 15%, and then, RAP GCR values were determined by following both the existing and the alternative methods. Satisfactory comparisons were only observed between grades predicted with the alternative method and measured values of manual RAP binder blends: the average difference was lower than 1 °C for BRR of 15 and 30%, and < 4 °C for BRR of 100%. This not only validated the alternative method but also substantiated that RAP GCR is constant, i.e., the grade of RAP blends linearly increased with BRR. Further evaluation of the enhanced mortar approach is recommended at intermediate and low temperatures as well as with blends including recycled asphalt shingles.  相似文献

Laser shock forming (LSF) technology employs shock waves to form sheet metal into three-dimensional complex parts, and has application potential in manufacturing sheet metal parts. In this paper, the forming of 2024 aluminum alloy sheet with LSF was investigated through numerical and experimental methods. The numerical model was established with the commercial code ABAQUS/Explicit. The formed conical cup was obtained from the simulation, and validated by the experiment. With the verified numerical model, the deformation behaviors, including deformation velocity, sheet thickness variation and strain distribution, were studied. In addition, the influence of different shock wave pressures on the forming precision was also investigated. The experimental and numerical results show that the metal sheet loaded by shock wave can take the shape of the mold, and the non-uniform thickness is distributed in the formed cup. The investigations also display that there exists reverse deformation at the central region of deforming sheet owing to severe collision during LSF. In order to obtain formed part with better quality, an appropriate pressure of applied shock waves is required.  相似文献

Owing to the strong affinity of thiols to Au and Ag, they are often employed to modify the surfaces of nanoparticles (NPs). Recently, these strong ligand-interface interactions have been employed to control NP growth, and this technique has emerged as a unique modulation strategy for creating unconventional plasmonic hybrid nanostructures. In these systems, the roles of the non-mercapto components of the thiol molecules and their structures are still unknown. Therefore, we herein present our investigation into this phenomenon. Primary amino (–NH2) groups in thiols are found to play a key role in regulating growth kinetics, i.e., in accelerating Ag deposition on Au NPs. The–NH2 groups are thought to bring Ag ions to the particle surface by coordinating to them, and thereby assist their reduction. The effect of molecular structure is non-trivial and thus provides the possibility of selective thiol detection. Based on the dependence of kinetic modulation on the non-mercapto components and molecular structures of molecules, we demonstrate the highly sensitive and specific detection of cysteine (limit of detection: 6 nM) in a mixture of 19 natural amino acids based on Ag growth on Au nanospheres. In addition, based on this modulation effect, we reveal the entrapping of chiral thiols within the growth layer through their plasmonic circular dichroism (PCD) responses. We believe that thiol-based growth regulation has great potential for creating plasmonic nanostructures with novel functionalities.

Inspired by the process of self-healing of biological damage, high technology materials with self-healing and self-repairing mechanisms have been developed for high reliability and long lifetime. Therefore, the reliability modeling on intelligent systems with healing performance has become a research hotspot. Based on the diversity of healing mechanisms, this paper proposes a two-phase reliability model method on self-healing and self-repairing systems. Impacts of environments, shock loads, self-healing, and self-repairing mechanisms are taken into account in this novel model. Besides, system lifetime and some reliability indexes under two shock models are derived, respectively. Moreover, Monte Carlo simulations are conducted to verify the accuracy of reliability under two models. Finally, an engineering case of metallized film capacitor is provided to illustrate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed models by comparing numerical results and simulation results.  相似文献
