中国宪法文化缺失的反思

由于多方面的原因,中国长期不具备实施宪政的基础,而宪政秩序的建成必须有相应的文化加以支撑。从宪法文化的概念入手,结合宪法文化在我国缺失的现状,分析了我国宪法文化缺失的深层原因,在此基础上立足中国的实际情况,论证了培育中国宪法文化的途径。     

企业慈善——新时期我国企业与社会的双赢选择

企业慈善是企业与社会的双赢选择。企业慈善可促进慈善事业的发展，达到整合社区资源、促进社区发展的目的，在更为广阔的社会系统中表达一种“关爱与和谐”的理想与信念。同时，企业慈善有利于提升企业自身形象，增进企业内部凝聚力，培养优秀的企业文化。当前我国企业慈善的发展现状不容乐观。我国企业应该大力参与慈善事业，开创社会主义和谐社会下企业与社会的双赢局面。     

A continuous-wave hybrid AlGaInAs-silicon evanescent laser

We report a novel laser architecture, the hybrid silicon evanescent laser (SEL), that utilizes offset AlGaInAs quantum wells (QWs) bonded to a silicon waveguide. The silicon waveguide is fabricated on a silicon-on-insulator wafer using a complimentary metal-oxide-semiconductor-compatible process, and is subsequently bonded with the AlGaInAs QW structure using low temperature O/sub 2/ plasma-assisted wafer bonding. The optical mode in the SEL is predominantly confined in the passive silicon waveguide and evanescently couples into the III-V active region providing optical gain. The SEL lases continuous wave (CW) at 1568 nm with a threshold of 23 mW. The maximum temperature for CW operation is 60/spl deg/C. The maximum single-sided fiber-coupled CW output power at room temperature is 4.5 mW.

高校学报目前的发展受到诸如学术导向性定位缺失的影响、管理因素的影响和其它非正常因素的影响，而改变这一状况的最有效的方法是科学化的管理，包括准确的特色风格定位、优化的系统要素关系和良好的编者素质等。经济规律和系统理论则表明实行科学化管理是高校学报生存与发展的唯一选择。     

钢丝圈的失效分析

对72B纺织用钢丝圈进行失效分析，发现钢丝圈使用性能不合格的主要原因是热处理炉仪表指示温度偏差太大及热处理工艺规范不合理，使得球化退火后的金相组织出现粗晶铁素体，淬火和回火后的金相组织出现铁素体、粒状渗碳体，使材料塑性增加，满足不了使用性能。     

Dielectric breakdown of a residual SF6 plasma at 3000 Kunder diatomic equilibrium

A residual plasma at 3000 K and under diatomic equilibrium is left inside an axially blown gas blast SF₆ circuit breaker after the thermal extinction of an arc. The breakdown of such a residual plasma depends on the electron generation and loss mechanisms. Altogether six ionization and chemical reactions relevant to the time scale of breakdown have been taken into account. It has been found that the critical field strength for breakdown is proportional to the pressure and is equal to 2.0 V/(m.Pa). This field strength is in agreement with the experimental results     

SYSNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF A NEW COMPOUND K_6Ti_2Nb_(14)O_(42)IN K_2O-TiO_2-Nb_2O_5SYSTEM

A new compound K_6Ti_2Nb_(14)O_(42)was found inthe ternary system K_2O-TiO_2-Nb_2O_5.The compound was char-acterized and investigated by electron,probe,X-ray powderdiffraction and differential thermal analysis.The transpar-ent crystal of light yellow color in form of hexagon-thinplate can be grown by flux method.Further,its crystal struc-ture was determined by four-circle diffratometer K_6Ti_2Nb_(14)O_(42)crystallizes in he(?)(?)(?)onal system with unitcell parameters a=9.1106(5)×10~(-10)m·c=12.0136(9)×10~(-10)m,Z=l andspace.group P6_3/mcm(193).     

基于参考轨迹的自适应模糊Smith控制器

本文提出一种基于参考轨迹的自适应模糊Smith控制器,其模糊决策依据系统响应的参考轨迹,实现对Smith控制器参数的自整定.研究表明,该系统有较高的稳态精度和较强的鲁棒性.
