Parameters evaluation of SOLA algorithm for time scale modification

Successful operation of the Synchronous Overlap and Add (SOLA) algorithm for Time Scale Modification (TSM) of speech is closely tied to the proper choice of parameters. This paper investigates the quality of time scale modified speech under different values of primary parameters. Based on Mean Opinion Score (MOS) tests and Bark Spectral Distortion (BSD) measure, the proper choices of synthesis shift (Ss) and the duration of the shift search interval (K _max?) are given experimentally. The conclusions can be helpful for operating the SOLA algorithm for time scale modification of speech.     

JOINING MECHANISMS OF β''''-Al2O3 CERAMIC AND PYREX GLASS TO Al MATRIX COMPOSITE

The bonding of β'-Al2O3 and pyrex glass to Al matrix composites by anodic bonding process is achieved. The microstructure of the bonded interface and the joining mechanisms are analyzed with scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (EDX). It is observed that the bonding region across the interface consists of the metal layer, oxide transitional layer and the ceramic layer, with the transitional layer composed of surface region and sub-surface region. The bonding process can mainly be categorized into anodic bonding process and solid state diffusing process. The pile-up of the ions and its drift in the interface area are the main reasons for anode oxidation and joining of the interface. The temperature, voltage and the drift ions in the ceramic or glass during the bonding process are the essential conditions to solid state diffusing and oxide bonding at the interface. The voltages, temperature, pressure as well as the surface state are the main factors that influence the anodic bonding.     

ADI-FDTD Method With Fourth Order Accuracy in Time

This letter presents an unconditionally stable alternating direction implicit finite-difference time-domain (ADI-FDTD) method with fourth order accuracy in time. Analytical proof of unconditional stability and detailed analysis of numerical dispersion are presented. Compared to second order ADI-FDTD and six-steps SS-FDTD, the fourth order ADI-FDTD generally achieves lower phase velocity error for sufficiently fine mesh. Using finer mesh gridding also reduces the phase velocity error floor, which dictates the accuracy limit due to spatial discretization errors when the time step size is reduced further.     

Perceived risk and trust associated with purchasing at electronic marketplaces

Understanding consumer behaviour is of vital importance to consumer-oriented e-business models today. In this paper, we study the relationships between consumer perceptions of risk and trust and the attitude towards purchasing at a consumer-to-consumer electronic marketplace (EM). Typical for EM settings is that consumer behaviour is subject to perceptions of the selling party as well as of the institutional structures of the intermediary that is operating the EM. Building upon the well-established literature of trust, we consider the concepts of intermediary trust and seller trust. We extend this categorisation by introducing the concepts of intermediary risk and seller risk. We developed measurement instruments for intermediary risk and seller risk. All measurement scales have acceptable alphas and are unidimensional. An empirical study is conducted to explore the relationships between the risk and trust types and consumer purchase attitude. The results reveal significant, direct effects of seller trust and seller risk. Second-order effects of intermediary trust and intermediary risk are investigated and reported. The paper concludes with general observations and recommendations for research and practice.     

新型超微晶软磁合金FePCCuMoSi微观结构缺陷的正电子湮没研究

用正电子湮没方法研究了新型超微晶软磁合金的微观结构缺陷，样品选用的是在不同温度下退火的Ｆｅ８１Ｐ１２Ｃ３Ｃｕ１Ｍｏ０．５Ｓｉ２．５合金，结果表明，合金的微观结构构陷大小，密度随退火温度有规律地变化，这种现象可能与非晶的晶化过程有关。     

一个矢量形式的双圆弧插值算法

本文在分析数控插补最常用的双圆弧插值算法特点的基础上，将以局部坐标系中的三角运算为核心的传统双圆弧插值算法，改造成为以整体坐标系中的线性运算为核心的矢量形式的双圆弧插值算法，从而减少了计算的复杂性和程序的复杂性，提高了效率和可靠性。     

重馏分油加氢脱氮反应动力学模型的研究

简要地介绍了一些典型的模型氮化物的ＨＤＮ反应规律。根据胜利ＶＧＯ在３７２２Ｂ催化剂上的大量ＨＤＮ实验数据，提出了如下的ＨＤＮ基本反应动力学方程：ｄＣＮｄｔ＝－ｋ１＋Ｋ＊ＣＮＣＮＰＨ２为了扩大上式的应用范围，详细分析了各种因素（如原料油种类和馏程及Ｈ２Ｓ等）对ＨＤＮ的影响，并开发了相应的经验关联式，从而得到了一个较完整的馏分油ＨＤＮ反应动力学模型。验证实验表明，该模型是成功的。     

CIMS装配和拆卸生产线的可靠性分析

本文对ＣＩＭＳ装配线和拆卸线的可靠性问题进行研究。文中分析了它们的运行状况，求出了两种生产线的稳态可用度，并用一个例子加以说明。
