不同干燥方法对茉莉花品质影响分析

根据茉莉花的生物学特性，通过试验研究了吸香或未吸香茉莉花浸膏的芳香组分，并对比研究茉莉花花蕾、吸香鲜花及未吸香鲜花经自然干燥、烘箱干燥、微波干燥、真空干燥或真空冷冻干燥后的干花品质，为茉莉花干花产业化提供了有价值的数据。     

Particle filter with one-step randomly delayed measurements and unknown latency probability

In this paper, a new particle filter is proposed to solve the nonlinear and non-Gaussian filtering problem when measurements are randomly delayed by one sampling time and the latency probability of the delay is unknown. In the proposed method, particles and their weights are updated in Bayesian filtering framework by considering the randomly delayed measurement model, and the latency probability is identified by maximum likelihood criterion. The superior performance of the proposed particle filter as compared with existing methods and the effectiveness of the proposed identification method of latency probability are both illustrated in two numerical examples concerning univariate non-stationary growth model and bearing only tracking.     

高强绝缘绳用保护滑轮的设计及应用

指出高强绝缘绳在线路施工中越来越被广泛地应用,施工中减少损伤高强绝缘绳,延长使用次数,直接关系到线路工程的施工效益.为了避免高强绝缘绳在使用过程中因工器具原因造成的高温和损伤,设计了高强绝缘绳用保护滑轮.     

Enzymatic synthesis of medium‐ and long‐chain triacylglycerols–enriched structured lipid from Cinnamomum camphora seed oil and camellia oil by Lipozyme RM IM

Medium‐ and long‐chain triacylglycerols (MLCTs)–enriched structured lipid (SL) was synthesised through enzymatic interesterification from Cinnamomum camphora seed oil (CCSO) and camellia oil (CO) using Lipozyme RM IM from Rhizomucor miehei as a biocatalyst. Effects of different reaction conditions including substrate molar ratio, reaction time and reaction temperature were investigated. Results showed that 55.81% of total MLCT species (CCO/LaCL, LaCO/LCL, COO/OCO and LaOO/OLaO) was obtained in the interesterified product under the optimal conditions of substrate molar ratio of 1:1.5 (CCSO/CO) at 60 °C for 3 h. Thereafter, fatty acid profiles, tocopherol contents and physiochemical characteristics of the interesterified product and physical blend were comparatively investigated. The fatty acid composition of the interesterified product consisted of capric acid (26.33%), lauric acid (21.29%) and oleic acid (42.33%). It should be mentioned that the interesterified product contained predominantly oleic acid (88.69%) at Sn‐2 position, while MCFAs (68.05%) at Sn‐1,3 positions. Compared with physical blend, the reduction in tocopherol contents and changes of physiochemical characteristics occurred in SL. The smoke point of the interesterified product was much higher than that of the physical blend, which meant that such MLCTs‐enriched SL could be better for cooking purpose.     

Effect of tunnel structure on the specific capacitance of etched aluminum foil

The morphology of etched aluminum foil was observed using scanning electron microscopy, which led to the establishment of a cylindrical model and two merged models, considering the fixed weight loss of etching. The maximum of specific capacitance and the cor- responding optimum values for tunnel sizes at various anodization voltages were predicted. The increased size distribution and taper of tun- nels were demonstrated to decrease the specific capacitance, whereas the addition of polymeric additive into the ttmnel widening solution was demonstrated to increase the capacitance. The formation of merged tunnels on the etched aluminum surface, irrespective of the presence of row-merged tunnels or cluster-merged tunnels, resulted in a dramatic decrease in the specific capacitance. It is concluded that, enhancing the uniformity of turmel size and distribution and avoiding the formation of merged tunnels are the effective approach to achieving the higher capacitance for the tunnel etched and formed aluminum foil.
