MS方法的一个新证明及其结构优化算法

本文给出Ｍｉｌｎｅ－Ｓｉｍｐｓｏｎ（ＭＳ）预测─校正法新的导出方法，并以结构优化思想设计出通用性和可靠性较强的算法。     

罐笼承接装置的研究

为矿井提升系统提出了一种新型罐笼承接装置──托罐摇台。它兼有罐座和摇台两者的优点，克服了两者的缺点。文中阐述了结构原理并对其运行理论作了分析和研究。     

双柱塞砂浆泵中工作机构的设计和仿真研究

本文介绍了双柱塞砂浆泵的工作原理，根据机构替代原理建立起双柱塞砂浆泵工作机构的运动分析模型，然后在MatLab环境下，详细介绍了工作凸轮曲线的设计程序，利用计算机设计程序可以方便地分析工作缸活塞以及工作凸轮机构的位移、速度、加速度，利用SIMULINK仿真工具箱进行运动学仿真，为工作机构设计提供相应的理论分析依据。     

A Study of the Compatibility Between Asphalt and SBS

In this article, the compatibilities between different components of a base asphalt and styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) have been analyzed from microscopic structures. Specifically, the asphalt was separated into three components: saturates, aromatics, and resins, by Solvent Recycled Absorption Chromatography Separation Technology (SRACST). The compatibilities between these different components and the polymer were compared with the help of Fluorescence Microscope (FM) with which the existing state of the polymer SBS in these different components could be examined obviously. The modified effects indicated that aromatics could cause SBS swollen and, resins dissolved SBS better than saturates, though both the two components could partially dissolve SBS and the two mixtures presented two immiscible phase systems. In order to further investigate the compatibility between aromatics and SBS, from macroscopic properties, an additive rich in aromatics was added to the SBS/asphalt mixture, and the result was satisfactory.     

Particle distribution and interfacial reactions of Al–7%Si–10%B<Subscript>4</Subscript>C die casting composite

Aluminum–boron carbide particle reinforced composite is an advanced material which can be used in applications such as neutron-shielding components, aircraft, and aerospace structures. In the microstructural characterization of an Al–7%Si–10%B₄C die casting, attention is particularly focused on particle distribution and interface reaction products between B₄C particles and the aluminum matrix. The quantitative analysis results show that, in a cross-section of the cast part, more particles concentrate in the center and fewer particles are present in the wall regions. Moreover, some particle segregation bands have been observed. The mechanisms of the particle migration are proposed to describe the phenomenon. However, the average particle fraction in any cross-section of the cast part is almost the same. A barrier layer consisting of several sublayers was detected on the surface of B₄C particles. Using electron diffraction in selected areas, it is found that these sublayers are composed of Al₃BC crystals, TiB₂ crystals, Si crystals, and coarse stick-shaped TiB₂ particles. In addition, it is observed that Si plays an important role in the formation of a dense barrier layer. The barrier layer can limit B₄C decomposition and improve B₄C stability in the aluminum melt.     

对油田企业建设和执行内部控制体系的思考

内部控制是一个由企业董事会、管理层和其他员工实施的,为实现企业经营的效果和效率目标、财务报告的可靠性目标和舍规性目标提供合理保证的过程。有效地建设以及有力地执行内控制度,对石油企业发展过程中有效地避免风险的发生起着非常重要的作用。但是,由于种种原因,油田企业目前的内部控制体系还不成熟,还存在着一些建设上的不足和执行上的不力。同时,企业员工普遍对内部控制还存在着一些认识误区,这就要求我们必须努力学习内控知识,加强内控知识培训,充分调动企业全体员工建设和雏护内部控制体系的积极性和自觉性,使得内控可以真正发挥其防范风险的作用。     

分段线性材料桁架的位移灵敏度

本文推导了分段线性材料桁架结构的位移对截面积的灵敏度，并给出三杆桁架实例。指出了在材料性质发生突变处位移对截面积的灵敏度不连续、位移等值面不光滑：讨论了，采用准则法求解优化问题时的灵敏度计算和迭代公式，旨在指出文献中的错误。     

新型引线热浸镀锡合金的研究

分析比较了进口锡与国产锡的成分和性能。设计出了新型的引线热浸镀锡合金，它具有较低的工作温度、优良的抗氧化性、流动性和可焊性。     

收尽铁路油槽车底油的措施

介绍了造成铁路油槽车底油收不尽的原因，一是节约意识差；二是设备设施陈旧或维护不够；三是操作不当。提出了增强节约意识，挖掘设备潜力，采用合理的吸油方法的对策。     

Study on phase behavior–impact strength relationship of unsaturated polyester/polyurethane hybrid polymer network

The phase behavior of a hybrid polymer network (HPN) composed of poly[(propylene glycol maleate)-co-(propylene glycol phthalate)] crosslinked with styrene and polyester–urethane crosslinked with methylene-bis-ortho-chloroaniline was examined. The correlation between phase separation and impact strength of the HPNs is discussed. The composition of HPNs has an effect on their properties.
