The role of human leukocyte antigen in susceptibility and clinical manifestations of sarcoidosis

To investigate the association of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) with susceptibility and clinical manifestations of sarcoidosis. Fifty-five patients with sarcoidosis were studied by using allele group specific polymerase chain reaction technique (PCR). Our data show that: (1) the gene frequency of HLA-DR5 is significantly increased in patients with sarcoidosis, but that of HLA-DR7 decreased. (2) Gene frequencies of HLA-DR9 and HLA-DR5 are relatively increased in male patients and in patients with stage I and stage IIa, respectively. The results suggest that HLA-DR gene might contribute to the susceptibility as well as to the difference of clinical manifestations in sarcoidosis.     

镨掺杂分布对1.3μm光纤放大器特性影响

对掺氟化镨玻璃光纤放大器的小信号增益，用广义的高斯近似公式可获得精确的分析表达。文中研究了限制光纤芯层中央部分的镨掺杂对光纤放大器特性的影响，结果发现限制镨掺杂分布能改进光纤放大器的工作效率，且截止波长比芯层全部均匀掺镨的光纤更长。     

The influence of the alloying elements upon the transformation kinetics and morphologies of ferrite plates in alloy steels

A series of Fe-C-X and Fe-C-X₁-X₂ alloys in which X, X₁ and X₂ either raise or depress the activity of C iny were investigated by autodilatometer, optical microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to reveal the relations among the chemical composition, transformation kinetics, and morphology of ferrite plates. The incubation time of austenite decomposition at the nose temperature in the time-temperature-transformation (TTT) diagrams, the concentration of C in y in contact with theα/gg boundary, and the growth rate of ferrite were evaluated to estimate the magnitude of the solute drag-like effect (SDLE) for the different alloying elements used. All the results are consistent qualitatively with the SDLE hypothesis. 一种新型润滑油添加剂的质谱研究

采用独特的分离方法和途径，综合使用多种质谱分析技术，如电子轰击谱（ＥＩ／ＭＳ）、场解吸谱（ＦＤ／ＭＳ）、快速原子轰击谱（ＦＡＢ／ＭＳ）、色／质联用等，对高档齿轮油的主剂－含磷极压剂的结构组成进行了较为详尽的分析研究，提出了复酯胺盐的结构组成。     

改善减一线和减二线间的分离效果是增产裂解料的有效途径

根据燕化炼油厂1995年裂解料生产实际，借助Aspen Plus流程模拟软件，侧重模拟分析了减一线油利用上存在的问题，提出减一线和减二线的分离效果差是目前制约裂解料增产和炼厂经济效益的重要原因。通过对减压塔减一至减二段实施改造，可以使减一线直接产出较好的裂解料，而且减一线收率会有明显增加。     

Continuously chirped DFB gratings by specially bent waveguides fortunable lasers

We have implemented and studied a new type of tunable multiple-section semiconductor distributed feedback (DFB) laser using tailored chirped DFB gratings. Arbitrarily and continuously chirped DFB gratings are defined by bent waveguides on homogeneous grating fields with ultrahigh spatial precision. The mathematical bending functions are optimized in this case to provide enlarged wavelength tuning ranges. We present the results of model calculations, the technological device realization and experimental results of the DFB laser characterization e.g. a tuning range of 5.5 nm without wavelength gaps and high side mode suppression ratio
