The effect of lecithin on jejunal absorption of fatty acids and octadecenoylglycerol was studied in healthy volunteers with
a jejunal perfusion system which excluded pancreatic and biliary secretions from the test segment. Lecithin significantly
reduced the absorption of oleic acid (P<0.05) and octadecenoylglycerol (P<0.01), while it had no effect on the absorption
of ricinoleic acid. In vitro, lecithin reduced monomer activities of all three lipids; the changes were greater for oleic
acid and octadecenoylglycerol than for ricinoleic acid (P<0.02). From these data it is concluded that lecithin reduces monomer
activity of fatty acids in mixed micellar solutions and that it can thereby reduce the absorption rates of micellar lipids.
Intact lecithin is not absorbed under these conditions. Maldigestion of lecithin in pancreatic insufficiency may, therefore,

A method of graft copolymerization of hydrophilic monomers, such as 1-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone, acrylonitrile, acrylic acid, and acrylamide, onto irradiated polypropylene fibers has been studied. γ ray as well as electron beam were employed for the irradiation processes. Graft-copolymerization kinetics and the properties of grafted fibers have been investigated. Moisture regain, dyes absorption, and melting point of the grafted fibers were found to increase with the increasing of the degree of grafting. Polypropylene for 1-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone grafted fibers showed excellent dye absorption for almost all kinds of dyes such as direct, basic, acid, reactive, disper, and naphthol dyes. However, for polypropylene acrylic acid grafted fibers, the colorfastness to washing was found to be unsatisfactory. The colorfastness to washing for polypropylene 1-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone grafted fibers was found to be fairly good for certain types of dyes such as vat and naphthol dyes. 相似文献

An apparatus for investigating pulsed turbulent liquid flow in a 2 in. diameter, 80 ft. pipeline is described. The pulsation unit was powered by compressed air with a consumption of up to 2.7 std. cu.ft./min. at 35 lb/in2 gauge. The pressure drop for water flowing at mean velocities of 7.66 to 12.28 ft./sec. has been measured, both for steady flow and for pulsed flow, at frequencies between 0.48 and 0.82 Hz. The experimentally measured pressure versus time curves for pulsed flow can be matched fairly closely by a solution of Euler's equation employing the friction factors measured under steady flow conditions. 相似文献

Conclusions The martensitic base of the surface hardened layer is inhomogeneous in phase composition. Despite complicating concepts post-hardening tempering does not cause homogenization of the martensitic phase. Decomposition of the martensite has a heterogeneous character. In the hardened layer and the transition zone together with the low-carbide constituent there is formed a high-carbon one. The presence of high-carbon -martensite may not inpoint of concepts on homogeneous martensite, the degree of tetragonality of which is close to unity, it is difficult to explain the phenomenon of high hardness of rolling mill rolls. Undoubtedly the high-carbon constituent is one of the factors causing an increase in hardness in tempering of type 9KhMF steel. The two martensites manifest themselves differently in rolling. Concepts of the heterogeneous nature of maratensite may be used for improving the service conditions of rolling rolls.Kramatorsk Industrial Institute.
