On the J-integral in periodically layered composites

When a heterogeneous elastic material is represented by an effective homogeneous elastic solid, average stress and strain fields are used. The meaning of the J-integral in the effective homogeneous solid is investigated. A periodically layered medium is considered. The relation between the J-integrals in the original layered medium and the effective medium is derived.     

An alternative gibbs-duhem method for the calculation of activities from the redox data for iron oxide in ternary oxide systems

An alternative approach is presented in this article for the calculation of the activity of FeO, Fe₂O₃, and the other component in ternary oxide slags when the redox behavior of iron oxides is known. The approach avoids the use of the “tangent intercepts” to the iso-oxygen activity curves as required in Schuhmann's method. Favorable comparisons were obtained for the systems of FeO-Fe₂O₃-CaO and FeO-Fe₂O₃-SiO₂ between the isoactivity curves derived using this method and those established in previous work using Schuhmann's method. Direct calculation of the free energy of mixing from the redox data is also possible. An example is given for the FeO-Fe₂O₂-CaO system.     

矩形板压电振子振动有限元分析

利用有限元法，对具有四个凸起的矩形板压电振子的振动状态进行了解析计算，并根据其振动特点，重新选择结构参数制作了超声矩形板马达，结果大大提高了这种马达的转速和效率等性能。     

Modified atmosphere packaging of a mixed prepared vegetable salad dish

The aim of this study was to design a modified atmosphere package for a mixed vegetable salad consisting of 75 g of cut carrot, 55 g of cut cucumber, 20 g of sliced garlic and 50 g of whole green pepper. Respiration data of all the components were combined with film permeability data to predict package atmospheres and design optimal packages for experimental testing for improved shelf-life of the produce. The optimal package avoided minimum O₂ and maximum CO₂ tolerance limits, and chilling injury temperatures for any component. A pouch form package made of 27 mm low density polyethylene developed a modified atmosphere of 2.0–2.1% O₂ and 5.5–5.7% CO₂, which was beneficial for all components and provided better quality retention than other test packages.     

Full Or-Parallemism and Restricted And-Parallelism in BTM

BTM is a new And/Or parallel execution model for logic programs which exploits both full Or-parallelism and restricted And-parallelism.The advantages of high parallelism and low run time cost make BTJ,an experimental execution system of BTM implemented on a nonshared-memory multiprocessor system,achieve significant speedup for both And-paralled and Or-parallel logic programs.

本法采用同一色谱条件反相高效液相色谱法测定棉铃宝中甲基对硫磷和辛硫磷的含量，方法简单易行，具有较高的精密度和准确度，其回收率分析为甲基对硫磷９９．５９％，辛硫磷１０１．０％。     

电磁波在包含各向异性媒质多层介质中传播的分析

对电磁波在包含各向异性媒质多层介质中的传播进行分析，给出了闭合形式的解，该结构可用作法拉第旋转器，与其它准光元件组合构成的准光环行器或隔离器。也可用作辐射口径，通过改变磁化场方向和强度实现波束扫描或极化变化，给出了法拉第旋转角计算结果和实验结果。
