植被覆盖度是衡量植被生长状况的指标,对分析评价区域生态环境具有重要意义。以临汾市1998年、2007年和2018年Landsat遥感影像作为数据源,利用ENVI和ARCGIS软件,通过计算归一化植被指数(NDVI)值,利用像元二分模型,对临汾市近20年的植被覆盖度及其动态变化进行分析。分析结果显示:1998年、2007年和2018年临汾市的平均植被覆盖度分别为45.92%、58.76%和60.09%,处于递增的态势。在这20年间,极低覆盖度和低覆盖度的植被面积都有减少,而中等覆盖度、高覆盖度和极高覆盖度的植被面积增加。高覆盖度和低覆盖度的植被面积变化最大,高覆盖度的植被面积增加了3 063.14 km2,约占临汾市总面积的15.21%;低覆盖度的植被面积减少了3 192.38 km2,约占临汾市总面积的15.85%。说明临汾市的生态环境有所改善,这与该区水土保持项目的实施以及封禁治理有关。  相似文献

This study demonstrated the effect on microcrystalline starch (MS) with different relative crystallinity (RC) by atmospheric pressure plasma jet (APPJ) treatment for 1, 3, 5 or 7 min. The morphology of MS granules was destroyed according to Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis. APPJ treatment did not change the crystalline type of MS, but obviously decreased the RC of MS. Short-range molecular order of MS was clearly decreased after APPJ treatment though the Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and Raman spectroscopy. Notably, the effect of APPJ on crystalline and short-range order structure of MS was gradually increased with the increase of RC, which revealed that the crystalline region of MS might be destroyed by APPJ. Furthermore, the pH of MS was decreased while water binding capacity (WBC) and swelling volume (SV) of MS were increased. Therefore, the APPJ treatment could be used as an alternative physical technology for starch modification.  相似文献

In this study, a new application of needle‐punched three‐dimensional (3D) fiber matrix from regenerated collagen fiber in articular cartilage tissue engineering (TE) was developed. Scanning electron microscopy images showed that the arrangement of fibers well mimicked the transitional part of the zonal articular cartilage. The 3D matrices exhibited a high porosity (93.5 ± 2.3%) and a large pore size range from about 20 μm in the inner part to 200–300 μm on the surface. The interconnected pore structure and hydrophilicity of the fibers led to the rapid and desired water uptake capacity of the matrices. Although the tensile and compressive properties of the scaffold were slightly lower than those of the natural articular cartilage, the anisotropic and nonlinear tension–compression were highly similar. In vitro human bone marrow stromal cells proliferation and cell morphology revealed the well cytocompatibility of the matrix, indicating its great potential in articular cartilage TE. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Prolactin family 7, subfamily d, member 1 (PRL7D1) is found in mouse placenta. Our recent work showed that PRL7D1 is also present in mouse testis Leydig cells, and the expression of PRL7D1 in the testis exhibits an age-related increase. In the present study, we generated transgenic mice with Leydig cell-specific PRL7D1 overexpression to explore its function during male reproduction. Prl7d1 male mice exhibited subfertility as reflected by reduced sperm counts and litter sizes. The testes from Prl7d1 transgenic mice appeared histologically normal, but the frequency of apoptotic germ cells was increased. Prl7d1 transgenic mice also had lower testosterone concentrations than wild-type mice. Mechanistic studies revealed that Prl7d1 transgenic mice have defects in the testicular expression of steroidogenic acute regulatory protein (STAR) and hydroxy-delta-5-steroid dehydrogenase, 3 beta- and steroid delta-isomerase cluster (HSD3B). Further studies revealed that PRL7D1 overexpression affected the expression of transferrin (TF) in Sertoli cells. These results suggest that PRL7D1 overexpression could lead to increased germ cell apoptosis and exert an inhibitory effect on testosterone production in Leydig cells by reducing the expression of certain steroidogenic-related genes. In addition, PRL7D1 appears to have important roles in the function of Sertoli cells, which, in turn, affects male fertility. We conclude that the expression level of PRL7D1 is associated with the reproductive function of male mice.  相似文献

Abstract

We investigate the spontaneous emission from a V three-level atom embedded in two-band isotropic photonic crystals. The dipoles of the two transitions from the two upper levels to the lower level are parallel. Due to the quantum interference between the two transitions and the existence of two bands, the populations in the upper levels display some novel properties, such as anti-trapping and continuous oscillation, which differ from that of a two-level atom (with two bands) and also differ from that if only one band (for three-level atom) is considered. The spontaneous emission field is composed of two parts: localized field and travelling field. The localized field is composed of one or two localized modes, and the travelling field is composed of no, one, two or three propagating modes depending on different conditions. The conditions for different combinations of localized modes and propagating modes are discussed.  相似文献

High-resolution melting (HRM) analysis has been improved and applied for the first time to quantitative analysis of enzymatic reactions. By using the relative ratios of peak intensities of substrates and products, the quantitativity of conventional HRM analysis has been improved to allow detailed kinetic analysis. As an example, the ligation of sticky ends through the action of T4 DNA ligase has been kinetically analyzed, with comprehensive data on substrate specificity and other properties having been obtained. For the first time, the kinetic parameters (kobs and apparent Km) of sticky-end ligation were obtained for both fully matched and mismatched sticky ends. The effect of ATP concentration on sticky-end ligation was also investigated. The improved HRM method should also be applicable to versatile DNA-transforming enzymes, because the only requirement is that the products have Tm values different enough from the substrates.  相似文献

Chenin Blanc, cultivated in cool climate regions, was chosen to evaluate the impact of different maceration techniques on polyphenolic profiles and volatile compounds. Control with no skin contact (CK), cold maceration (CM), cryogenic maceration (CR), separate fermentation before blending (SFB) and extended skin contact during fermentation (ESF) were the five maceration techniques being studied. SFB and ESF techniques resulted in significantly increased polyphenolic compounds compared to the control (< 0.05), while CM and CR maceration techniques resulted in almost no effect. Meanwhile, for aromatic components, the maximum change was observed in ESF wine, which had significantly highest levels of terpenes, alcohols, esters and acids. However, compared with control wine, CR wine had higher levels of terpenes and esters and SFB wine had higher levels of terpenes and alcohols. This study provides information about prefermentation techniques and additional options for oenologists to produce Chenin Blanc wines with different characteristics.  相似文献

电网参数错误将影响电力系统状态估计的质量,并降低能量管理系统中其他高级应用软件的实用化程度。当存在多个遥测坏数据和参数错误时,如何保证状态估计结果的有效性非常重要。提出了一种电网可疑参数诊断方法,将参数错误和量测错误在信息空间统一建模,根据加权最小二乘方法计算各量测量的百分比残差并通过阈值比较获得可疑测点集合;计算各可疑测点以及可疑支路的相关度指标,针对各可疑支路逐一采用牛顿下山法求解可疑参数的最优估计,并更新参数集。算例仿真结果表明,该方法能够综合考虑网络参数错误和量测数据错误,并且能够适用于多个错误参数并存的情况,有效地提升了参数辨识与诊断的准确度,对于提高电网运行基础数据的质量与电网高级应用的实用化程度发挥了重要作用。  相似文献
