In the present report, cadmium sulfide (CdS) colloidal quantum dots (CQDs) with average diameter of 6 nm were synthesized by using oleylamine as ligand and solvent. The insulating oleylamine ligands form barriers around the CdS CQDs to decrease carrier mobility. In order to remove the ligands and improve the photoelectrical properties of the closed-packed film, ethanedithiol, mercaptopropionic acid and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) were applied for solid state ligand exchange. CTAB treated film had the fastest 3 dB bandwidth of 144.7 Hz and yielded the highest detectivity of 1.37 × 108 Jones. The excellent properties of ligand passivation have important application in nanocrystals based electronic and optoelectronic devices. 相似文献

A main challenge to broaden the biomedical application of CRISPR/Cas9 (clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat (CRISPR) associated protein 9) genome editing technique is the delivery of Cas9 nuclease and single‐guide RNA (sgRNA) into the specific cell and organ. An effective and very fast CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing in vitro and in vivo enabled by bioreducible lipid/Cas9 messenger RNA (mRNA) nanoparticle is reported. BAMEA‐O16B, a lipid nanoparticle integrated with disulfide bonds, can efficiently deliver Cas9 mRNA and sgRNA into cells while releasing RNA in response to the reductive intracellular environment for genome editing as fast as 24 h post mRNA delivery. It is demonstrated that the simultaneous delivery of Cas9 mRNA and sgRNA using BAMEA‐O16B knocks out green fluorescent protein (GFP) expression of human embryonic kidney cells with efficiency up to 90%. Moreover, the intravenous injection of BAMEA‐O16B/Cas9 mRNA/sgRNA nanoparticle effectively accumulates in hepatocytes, and knocks down proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 level in mouse serum down to 20% of nontreatment. The leading lipid nanoparticle, BAMEA‐O16B, represents one of the most efficient CRISPR/Cas9 delivery nanocarriers reported so far, and it can broaden the therapeutic promise of mRNA and CRISPR/Cas9 technique further. 相似文献

In this study we prepared nanocarrier of erythropoietin (EPO) and the curative effect of the EPO-containing nanoparticles for periventricular leukomalacia (PVL) model was validated. Organic electronics based on poly(vinylidenefluoride/trifluoroethylene) (P(VDF‐TrFE)) dielectric is facing great challenges in flexible circuits. As one indispensable part of integrated circuits, there is an urgent demand for low‐cost and easy‐fabrication nonvolatile memory devices. A breakthrough is made on a novel ferroelectric random access memory cell (1T1T FeRAM cell) consisting of one selection transistor and one ferroelectric memory transistor in order to overcome the half‐selection problem. Unlike complicated manufacturing using multiple dielectrics, this system simplifies 1T1T FeRAM cell fabrication using one common dielectric. To achieve this goal, a strategy for semiconductor/insulator (S/I) interface modulation is put forward and applied to nonhysteretic selection transistors with high performances for driving or addressing purposes. As a result, high hole mobility of 3.81 cm2 V?1 s?1 (average) for 2,6‐diphenylanthracene (DPA) and electron mobility of 0.124 cm2 V?1 s?1 (average) for N ,N ′‐1H,1H‐perfluorobutyl dicyanoperylenecarboxydiimide (PDI‐FCN2) are obtained in selection transistors. 提出一种能够应用于认知无线电网络中的新型协作频谱感知方法--双阚值能量检测,该方法同时利用了次要用户的接收信号能量和局部判决结果两种信息,由判决中心结合次要用户的局部判决结果和接收信号能量,做出最终判决从而确定主要用户存在与否.该方法在通信流量增加不多的情况下能够充分提升检测性能.仿真结果表明当接收信号能量落入延迟判决区间的概率较大时,该算法能够显著地改善认知无线电网络的协作频谱感知能力. 相似文献
