Design of an adaptive self-organizing fuzzy neural network controller for uncertain nonlinear chaotic systems

Though the control performances of the fuzzy neural network controller are acceptable in many previous published papers, the applications are only parameter learning in which the parameters of fuzzy rules are adjusted but the number of fuzzy rules should be determined by some trials. In this paper, a Takagi–Sugeno-Kang (TSK)-type self-organizing fuzzy neural network (TSK-SOFNN) is studied. The learning algorithm of the proposed TSK-SOFNN not only automatically generates and prunes the fuzzy rules of TSK-SOFNN but also adjusts the parameters of existing fuzzy rules in TSK-SOFNN. Then, an adaptive self-organizing fuzzy neural network controller (ASOFNNC) system composed of a neural controller and a smooth compensator is proposed. The neural controller using the TSK-SOFNN is designed to approximate an ideal controller, and the smooth compensator is designed to dispel the approximation error between the ideal controller and the neural controller. Moreover, a proportional-integral (PI) type parameter tuning mechanism is derived based on the Lyapunov stability theory, thus not only the system stability can be achieved but also the convergence of tracking error can be speeded up. Finally, the proposed ASOFNNC system is applied to a chaotic system. The simulation results verify the system stabilization, favorable tracking performance, and no chattering phenomena can be achieved using the proposed ASOFNNC system.     

借助Simulink及ADAM模块构建半实物仿真系统

针对基于Simulink的纯数字仿真难以精确模拟真实控制对象的现状,提出了一种实时半实物仿真系统的实施方案。该系统采用Simulink中的串行通信功能块及高性价比的ADAM-4000模块;系统利用ADAM模块构成现场接口,使用Simulink设计的控制器直接控制真实的被控对象,从而达到理想的控制器设计效果。该方案可为各种控制算法的研究和验证提供一个良好的实验平台,并能减少控制系统设计的开发周期和开发成本。     

程序控制顺序注射快测盐酸异丙肾上腺素

在碱性条件下,4-硝基重氮苯与盐酸异丙肾上腺素发生偶合反应,生成一种黄绿色产物。基于这一原理,建立了顺序注射分光光度法快速测定盐酸异丙肾上腺素的新方法。通过计算机控制系统程序,数据的采集和处理用FIAlab5.0软件进行。系统研究了顺序注射控制程序、进样顺序、反应管及流速、多种试剂的注入体积和浓度的影响以及pH值的影响。在最佳条件下,方法的线性范围是0.050～1.0μg/mL,检出限为0.03μg/mL,每小时可进样36次,每次分析仅消耗试剂0.105mL。相对标准偏差为3.0%(0.8μg/mL盐酸异丙肾上腺素,n=11)。干扰实验发现,一些常见的化学物质和药物添加剂不影响测定,本方法已用于水样、尿样、药物中异丙肾上腺素的测定,回收率在96.3%～103%之间。t-检测证明与药物标示量相符。     

DNA immobilization and SAW response in ZnO nanotips grown on LiNbO3 substrates.

DNA immobilization enhancement is demonstrated in a structure consisting of ZnO nanotips on 128 degrees Y-cut LiNbO3. The ZnO nanotips are grown by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) on the top of a SiO2 layer that is deposited and patterned on the LiNbO3 SAW delay path. The effects of ZnO nanotips on the SAW response are investigated. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy are used to analyze the ZnO nanotips, which are of single crystalline quality, and they are uniformly aligned with their c-axis perpendicular to the substrate surface. The photoluminescence (PL) spectrum of the ZnO nanotips shows strong near bandedge transition with insignificant deep level emission, confirming their good optical property. DNA immobilization enhancement is experimentally validated by radioactive labeling tests and SAW response changes. The ZnO nanotips enhance the DNA immobilization by a factor of 200 compared to ZnO film with flat surface. DNA hybridization with complementary and noncomplementary second strand DNA oligonucleotides is used to study the selective binding of the structure. This device structure possesses the advantages of both traditional SAW sensors and ZnO nanostructures.

小型CPL用高性能烧结毛细芯的研制

采用粉浆浇注工艺和氢气还原烧结工艺研制小型CPL用烧结镍毛细芯，通过优选粉浆液固比、添加剂的种类与数量、浆料pH值等参数制备了符合设计要求的烧结毛细芯。测试了毛细芯孔径、孔隙分布特征、孔径分布、孔隙度、渗透率等性能参数，分析了烧结气氛、温度、时间对毛细芯性能的影响。试验结果表明，研制的毛细芯孔隙度在68％以上，孔隙尺寸约4μm，渗透系数在10^-12～10^-13m^2之间。
