电机转子线圈焊接工艺及设备研究

本文就电机转子线圈采用电阻钎焊的可行性进行了论述,并就几种焊接方法的接头性能进行了分析对比,同时还阐述了电机转子线圈电阻钎焊机的结构原理。

Relating the molecular structure and crystallization behavior of polypropylene

The crystallization behavior of two polypropylene (PP) resins as used for biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) and general injection mold applications, respectively, has been intensively investigated and compared by means of polarized light optical micrography (POM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), conventional transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). It is found that both molecular weight distribution and isotacticity of polypropylene strongly affect its crystallization characteristics, e.g., the number of crystal nuclei at the initial stage, crystallization dynamics, the morphology, size and perfection of crystals in the final product, and so on. STUDY ON PERMEATION OF ACETONE/NITROGEN MIXED GAS THROUGH AL2O3 MICROPOROUS MEMBRANES: MOLECULAR DYNAMICS

In this work, by applying Materials Studio 2.2 software package, molecular dynamics (MD) was performed to investigate the dynamic processes of 1:4 acetone/nitrogen mixed gas permeating through different Al₂O₃ microporous membranes. Three systems were modeled by considering different box lengths, microporous sizes, and textures of Al₂O₃ membranes to compare different permeation behaviors. In each system, initial mixed gas contained 20 acetone molecules and 80 nitrogen molecules, and its density was set to 0.1 g/cm³. Analysis on the concentration profiles of nitrogen molecules (N2) and acetone molecules (Ace) in each system at different sampling times was implemented to discuss the permeation behaviors of smaller N2 and larger Ace. The results showed that adsorption and diffusion occurred synchronously but adsorption was dominant for acetone molecules and that the adsorption on the floor surface of the feed gas region more easily reached equilibrium (local equilibrium) than the diffusion and the adsorption on the ceiling of the initially vacuum region. Furthermore, for nitrogen, adsorption followed diffusion. Higher temperature is in favor of the enrichment of acetone on the floor surface of the feed gas region but against the adsorption of nitrogen. The adsorptive layer was found to be a double-layer with COMPASS force field and to be a monolayer with PCFF force field.

电子产品的日益普及使得电磁干扰成为一个突出问题,应用电磁屏蔽涂料是消除电磁干扰简单而有效的方法,本文介绍了电磁屏蔽涂料的组成、效能评价方法、技术思想、存在的问题以及发展趋势。复合型以及水性屏蔽涂料具有广阔的研发前景,高效能、宽频带、寿命长的电磁屏蔽涂料将会受到市场欢迎。     

远红外丙纶的性能研究

系统测试了采用共混纺丝法研制出的远红外丙纶及织物的物理机械性能、远红外发射性能、保温性能、耐洗涤性能和抗菌性能，并对用远红外丙纶加工的护腿的医疗保健作用进行了临床检测。进而讨论了远红外丙纶及织物的医疗保健作用机理。     

陶瓷热压铸成型的超临界CO2流体脱蜡

利用超临界CO2流体萃取技术从陶瓷热压铸成型坯体中萃取有机粘合剂。对陶瓷热压铸成型中所使用的有机载体组分进行研究，对陶瓷热压铸成型超临界CO2流体脱蜡工艺条件进行了探索。研究了陶瓷坯体厚度、萃取压力，温度及时间对萃取率和陶瓷坯体脱蜡质量的影响。结果表明：由60％(质量分数，下同)非极性分子石蜡(熔点57℃)和40％极性分子蜂蜡(熔点58℃)组成的混合蜡作为热压铸浆料的有机载体，在压力为30MPa，温度为45℃的超临界CO2流体中脱脂可获得无缺陷的陶瓷热压铸成型生坯，脱蜡时间从34h减少到3h。由超临界CO2流体脱蜡后烧成的陶瓷试件具有小的变形及高的致密度。     

氧化钕填充尼龙6的结晶行为

利用示差扫描量热仪（ＤＳＣ）研究了氧化钕（Ｎｄ２Ｏ３）对尼龙６（ＰＡ６）等温结晶行为的影响。结果表明，Ｎｄ２Ｏ３在ＰＡ６体系中起到了异相成核作用，提高了ＰＡ６的晶体增长速率。     

实施国库集中支付制度存在问题与建议

按照财政部国库管理制度改革统一要求，鄂尔多斯市开展了国库集中支付试点工作。运行过程中，一些阻碍改革运行的问题引起笔者的思考。文中介绍了笔者当地实施改革试点存在的突出问题，如电脑网络不完善情况下国库集中支付操作难以运行、预算编制不能满足国库支付的基本要求、国库支付系统与银行业务收支不兼容、财政收支进度不一致、财政财力供给不足给集中支付造成瓶颈制约、政策法规出台滞后、改革现行的财政支出管理体系阻力很大、政府采购项目及资金审批程序不规范等。笔者并结合问题大胆提出了自己对推进的改革的措施和建议，即加强组织领导、强化理论学习借鉴、彻底清理银行账户、加强网络建设、制定切实可行的改革方案及配套办法、加快行政审批服务制度的改革、改革传统发放工资制度、进一步规范政府采购制度。     

BaTiO_3粉体中Ti/Ba比分析方法的比较

提出了用ＫＯＨ熔融分解ＢａＴｉＯ３粉体〔１〕，再用浓ＨＣｌ酸化后，用感应耦合等离子体发射光谱法（ＩＣＰ—ＡＥＳ法）测定试样中的Ｔｉ／Ｂａ比，并与化学分析法的结果作了比较，显示出ＩＣＰ—ＡＥＳ法简便，快速，结果更好。
