燃烧合成AlN粉体的放电等离子烧结及其导热性能   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
利用放电等离子烧结(spark plasma sintering,SPS)工艺研究了燃烧合成法制备的2种具有不同形貌的AlN粉以及1种碳热还原氮化法制备的市售亚微米级AlN粉的烧结性能、致密化机理以及导热性能。结果表明:燃烧合成法制备的AlN纳米晶须状粉末具有与亚微米级标准市售AlN粉末同样优异的烧结性能,都能够在无烧结助剂情况下在1600℃的较低温度下烧结致密。在烧结过程中,由于燃烧合成AlN粉自身的高化学活性和SPS产生的等离子体活化作用,使得AlN粉以自身的分解-再结晶-凝聚机制进行致密化,导致晶界强度很高,断裂时以穿晶断裂为主;而在市售AlN粉末烧结过程中以表面扩散机制致密化,在晶界处形成了AlON相,降低了晶界强度,因此以沿晶断裂为主。AlN原料的氧含量对热导率的影响很大。由于燃烧合成AlN粉体的氧含量较碳热还原法制备的市售AlN粉体略高,导致其烧结试样热导率略低。  相似文献

The spatial frequency contained in visual objects is known to affect human psychophysiology. In our previous study, we showed that event‐related potentials are affected by spatial frequency during a simple calculation task. In that study, however, we did not investigate the contribution of oscillatory neural activities. The purpose of the present study is to characterize the changes in oscillatory neural activity associated with cognitive processes, and to investigate how these signals are affected by the spatial frequency of a visual stimulus during simple calculation tasks. We investigate these issues by analyzing our previously collected electroencephalography (EEG) dataset using the same visual stimulus, tasks, subjects, and EEG recordings. In that study, four types of vertically striped visual stimuli were used. The visual stimuli contained embedded numbers (from 0 to 9) that possessed the following frequency (f) characteristics: white noise, 1/f, 1/f2, and 1/f3. The subjects were instructed to perform two tasks: ‘add numbers’ (addition task) and ‘do not add numbers’ (reference task). EEG data were recorded, and event‐related synchronization (ERS) and desynchronization (ERD) for each visual stimulus were analyzed on the basis of the intertrial variances of wavelet coefficients for theta, alpha, low‐beta, and gamma band activity. Eight healthy men (21–23 years) were recruited to participate in the study. Our results suggest the presence of a frequency discrimination function in the theta band activity in the fronto‐central area at the latency of 198 ms during the addition task. The alpha‐band ERD during completion of the reference task also showed a spatial frequency dependency. This phenomenon was observed in the left temporal‐parietal area at a latency of 376 ms, and is thought to be related to the perceptual filter. We conclude that the observed changes in oscillatory neural activity associated with cognitive processes are affected by spatial frequency. © 2014 Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan. In this paper, we propose a novel method to extract keyframes from motion capture data. A hybrid approach, which combines a curve‐simplification algorithm with an initialization procedure including principal component analysis, is adopted. The developed method automatically extracts an appropriate number of keyframes at high speed without performance degradation. Heat conduction properties in Si nanostructures are analyzed using a Monte Carlo method developed for solving the phonon Boltzmann transport equation. The thermal resistances are evaluated for the systems with various sizes, and the transition from the diffusive to the ballistic heat conduction are investigated. We compare the two different phonon dispersion models (the realistic dispersion relation based on the adiabatic bond charge model and the analytically approximated model), and it is shown that the correct implementation of the phonon dispersion relation is essential to accurately simulate the quasi-ballistic heat conduction properties, which becomes obvious in the structures smaller than the phonon mean free path.  相似文献

S2 p and O1 s photoelectron spectra were obtained for the 95(0.6Li2S0.4SiS2)5Li4SiO4 oxysulfide glass prepared by twin-roller quenching. A four-peak deconvolution technique was used to separate the S2 p peak of the glass into the components of bridging and nonbridging sulfur atoms. As a result of the deconvolution of the S2 p peak, we found that ∼92% of the sulfur atoms were present as nonbridging atoms. The O1 s peak of the glass was separated into two components: bridging and nonbridging oxygen atoms. This separation of the O1 s peak indicated that ∼85% of the oxygen atoms were present as bridging oxygen atoms.  相似文献

The effects of the position and the type of carboxyl anchor group in double rhodanine-type indoline dyes on the performance of a zinc oxide dye-sensitized solar cell were examined. The optimum position for the carboxymethyl group was on the inner rhodanine moiety; a carboxymethyl group gave optimum results among carboxymethyl, -ethyl, and -propyl derivatives.  相似文献

A systematic investigation has been carried out to determine both the γ liquidus and solidus surfaces above the Ni solid solution in the Ni-Al-X ternary phase diagrams successively by differential thermal analysis. Each of the group IV elements in the periodic table, Ti, Zr, and Hf, was chosen as the ternary additive X in the present study. As a basis, γ liquidus and solidus temperatures in the Ni-Al binary system were reinvestigated and evaluated. The γ solvus was also taken into account to determine a temperature range for a solid-solution treatment above the γ solvus, generally called “the window,” as well as the maximum solubility limit of γNi solid solution.  相似文献

Thermal cis–trans conversion has been examined in oligothiophene single molecules encapsulated in the molecular vessels of cyclodextrin and Na-mordenite. At high temperatures, optical absorption intensities are enhanced in bithiophene, terthiophene and quinquethiophene, while the intensity of quarterthiophene is temperature independent. Optical absorption comes from uncompensated transition dipole moment due to the thermal torsion between cis and trans forms.  相似文献

A potential energy function for unsaturated hydrocarbons is proposed and is shown to agree well with experiment, using molecular dynamics simulations of a water/octene interface and a dioleoyl phosphatidylcholine (DOPC) bilayer. The simulation results verify most of the assumptions used in interpreting the DOPC experiments, but suggest a few that should be reconsidered. Comparisons with recent results of a simulation of a dipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine (DPPC) lipid bilayer show that disorder is comparable, even though the temperature, hydration level, and surface area/lipid for DOPC are lower. These observations highlight the dramatic effects of unsaturation on bilayer structure.  相似文献

From a series of 176 patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), we have identified 11 patients with HLA-DR-negative AML excluding acute promyelocytic leukemia. All patients showed not (15; 17) or consistent chromosomal abnormalities. According to the French-British-American criteria, seven, three, and one patients were classified into M1, M2, and M4, respectively. Blasts from these patients were CD33+, HLA-DR-, and lymphoid-antigen-. All patients entered complete remission after induction therapy. Of these, blasts from four patients had strikingly invaginated nuclear membrane and finely granular peroxidase activity. The phenotype of the blasts was CD33+, CD34-, CD2-, and HLA-DR-. All four patients showed hyperleukocytosis on initial presentation. One patient received all-trans retinoic acid at relapse, however, the drug did not induce the differentiation of the blasts. These four patients were suspected to have acute myeloid/natural killer (NK) leukemia because of the prominent morphological feature of the blasts and the initial hyperleukocytosis, although NK cell activity of the blasts was not examined. Since HLA-DR-negative AML is heterogeneous, it is necessary for identifying acute myeloid/ NK leukemia within the disorder.  相似文献
