The Ru-1232 compounds have been synthesized in the (Ru1?xNb x )Sr2(GdCe1.8Sr0.2)Cu2O z system, and effects of Nb substitution for Ru on superconductivity and ferromagnetism of the Ru-1232 compounds have been investigated. First, X-ray powder diffraction study shows that nearly the single 1232 phase samples can be obtained in the x composition range from 0.0 to 0.3. Then, from the electrical resistivity study, it is found that each of the samples shows resistivity dropping phenomenon at two temperatures of T c l and T c h, which originates from superconductivity of the Ru-1232 phase and the Ru-1222 one, respectively. Both of the starting temperatures are lowering with increasing Nb content x. Lastly, from the magnetic susceptibility study, it is found that superconducting transition temperature T c is 20 K for the Ru-1232 sample with x = 0.0 and the ferromagnetic transition temperature T m is about 90 K. This study also shows that both of the values of T c and T m become low with increasing x from 0.0 to 0.3.  相似文献

Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) has an absolute majority of all oral cancer. We used proteomic technology to analyze the protein expression profile in OSCC tissues and accompanying surrounding normal tissues in four oral locations (buccal mucosa, gingival mucosa, oral floor, and tongue). Ten protein spots were overexpressed more strongly in cancer tissues than normal ones, and were identified as proliferating cell nuclear antigen, 14-3-3 ε, 14-3-3 σ, proteasome subunit α type 5, translationally controlled tumor protein, eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit, macrophage capping protein, and mitochondrial isocitrate dehydrogenase subunit α. Macrophage capping protein and mitochondrial isocitrate dehydrogenase subunit α had two spots. Especially, we focused on 14-3-3 σ protein, one of the eight identified proteins, and assessed its expression level in four oral locations of OSCC by using differential display methods. The expression level of 14-3-3 σ protein was upregulated in four locations of oral cavity. Eight proteins which we identified in this study may play an important role in OSCC carcinogenesis and progression and could be used as diagnostic biomarkers of OSCC.  相似文献

There have been no report about synthesis of the Bi-2212 compound in the Bi–r–La–Cu–O system. We have succeeded in synthesizing the Bi-2212 compound by partial substitution of Pb for Sr and/or Bi in the Bi–Sr–La–Cu–O system. Two samples of nearly the single 2212 phase have been obtained at a nominal composition of Bi1.5Pb0.5Sr2.5La0.5Cu2O z . Both of the samples crystallize in a psedotetragonal lattice, and their lattice parameters are a = 0.5476 nm and c = 3.085 nm or a = 0.5479 nm and c = 3.055 nm. They are both superconductors. The sample with longer lattice parameter c shows an onset of the resistivity drop and zero resistivity at higher temperatures of about 40 K and about 13 K, respectively. This sample also shows a diamagnetic signal starting at about 35 K with lowering temperature.  相似文献

The Pariser–Parr–Pople (PPP) method with the variable (3, yapproximation has been used to calculate the ^–electronic excitation energy of 1, 4–disubstituted benzo– and dibenzo–anthraquinone dyes. A good linear correlation between the observed and calculated values for the first –* excitation was found for a series of benzo AQ dyes. The effect of annelation on the colour of benzo AQ dyes was studied on the basis of the calculated results. It was concluded that 2, 3–annelation differs from 5, 6– and 6, 7–annelation because the 2, 3–benzo ring is also included in the donor moiety.  相似文献

The photooxidation of NO with oxygen over Hycom TiO2 and zeolite (A and Y form zeolite: TiO2-AZ and TiO2-YZ) composite catalysts was studied to remove NOx in the atmosphere. The photocatalytic oxidation activity of the titania in the composite catalyst in a proportion of AZ:TiO2=3:7 is about three times larger than that in the bare titania. The adsorption behaviors of NO and NO2 for the bare titania sample obey Langmuir adsorption equations of NO and NO2, respectively. In the titania–zeolite composite catalysts, the adsorption data indicate the increase in the amount of NO adsorption on the TiO2 phase and the decrease in the amount of NO2 adsorption, compared with the bare titania. The acceleration of NO photooxidation rate, resulting from the increase in the amount of NO adsorbed and the decrease in the amount of NO2 adsorbed, thus occurs on the TiO2 phase. IR spectra, when irradiating the catalysts with UV, showed the immediate formation of nitrate and NO2 species on the catalyst. The results lead to the conclusion that the zeolites promote the photocatalytic oxidation of NO over the titania.  相似文献

We have already reported on substitution effects of Ba for Sr in the sulfur contained Pb-based 1212 compound with the composition of (Pb0.75S0.25)(Sr2−x Ba x ) (Y0.4Ca0.6)Cu2O z . It was found that each sample with x=0.3–0.6 showed a resistivity drop originating from superconductivity, and the highest onset temperature of the drop was about 32 K for a sample with x=0.5, but the volume fraction was very small. More recently, we have investigated effect of high-pressure O2 annealing on superconductivity of the Ba-substituted samples with x=0.4–0.6. As a result, the sample with x=0.5 is found to show an onset of the resistivity drop at the highest temperature of about 41.7 K and it shows an onset of the diamagnetic signal at about 42.0 K. These transition temperatures are higher by ∼10 K than those of the previously reported sample with x=0.5. Moreover, the superconducting volume fraction is increasing more by the high-pressure O2 annealing. These results indicate that the high-pressure O2 annealing effectively promotes superconductivity of the present (Pb0.75S0.25)(Sr2−x Ba x )(Y0.4Ca0.6)Cu2O z system.  相似文献

Electrical stability of a polyimide siloxane (PSI) film for ultra-large scale integrated circuit (ULSI) multilevel interconnections is studied. The PSI films, modified by p-aminophenyltrimethoxysilane (APTMS), are designed to have three-dimensional polymer structures through Si–O bonds. It has been revealed that the PSI films are more stable in electrical properties at higher temperatures than 150°C, as compared to the conventional polyimide (PI) films. The electrical conduction mechanism study for the PSI films has revealed that Schottky emission is dominant. Barrier height φB obtained from the electrical property for the PSI film was 0.460 eV in the temperatures ranging from 25–250°C. On the other hand, barrier height of 0.422 eV at lower temperatures than 150°C and activation energy of 1.09 eV at higher temperatures than 150°C were obtained for the conventional PI film. The difference in polymer structure is very sensitive to the electrical conduction at high temperature, due to sodium ion migration. The ideal band diagrams of metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) structures were also discussed. The optical band gaps for PSI and conventional PI films were 3.320 eV and 3.228 eV, respectively. This result suggests that the band gap of PI films can be enlarged by modification with Si–O components. The differential barrier height between the PSI and conventional PI films is 0.038 eV, and is close to the difference in half of optical band gaps (0.046 eV).  相似文献

Aluminum orthophosphate (AlPO4) samples were synthesized by high-temperature (200-300°C) hydrolysis of a mixture of aluminum triisopropoxide and triethyl phosphate with a small amount of water dissolved in an organic solvent from the gas phase. At 250°C, cristobalite-type AlPO4, which is the metastable phase at that temperature, was first crystallized from the amorphous phase and then transformed to stable quartz-type AlPO4 (berlinite) with a prolonged reaction time. When the amount of water charged into the system was increased, berlinite was formed immediately. The formation of the metastable phase could be attributed to the low solubility of AlPO4 in the organic solvent containing a small amount of water.  相似文献

Perovskite-type lanthanum iron oxide (LaFeO3) powders were synthesized by glycothermal reaction at 300°C of a precursor that had been previously prepared by solvothermal decomposition of a mixture of lanthanum(III) isopropoxide and iron(III) butoxide (or methoxide) in toluene. Direct glycothermal reaction of the mixture yielded no double oxide, indicating that preparation of the precursor was important for crystallization of LaFeO3 by the glycothermal method.  相似文献
