Polymer light-emitting diodes (PLEDs) with staking layered structures are prepared by the evaporative spray deposition using ultradilute solution (ESDUS) method, which has enabled forming a polymer layer onto another polymer layer even if both polymers are soluble in a solvent used for the preparation. By this method, polymers having various HOMO and LUMO levels can be stacked as a hole transport layer, an emitting layer and an electron transport layer as commonly employed in small molecule-based organic light emitting diodes. Here we demonstrated that a PLED having a tri-layer structure using three kinds of polymers showed significant improvement in quantum efficiency compared with those having a single or bi-layer structure of corresponding polymers.  相似文献

A concept of nitride core and recycling system in relation to SCNES(1) has been investigated and it has been found that the safety of intact core is enhanced by zero burnup reactivity and negative feedback at ULOF (Unprotected Loss of Flow) and ULOHS (Unprotected Loss of Heat Sink). The self-actuating modules are examined so as to eliminate recriticality of degraded core. The nitride core can employ transuranics-added fuels and burn long life radioactive fission products after isotope-separation of FPs. The enrichment of 15N and the laser isotope separation seem to need about 2.4% of produced electric energy in the preliminary evaluation.  相似文献

The catalytic steam reforming of dimethyl ether (DME) in an electric field was carried out and the effects of proton hopping induced by the electric field on a Pd-supported CeO2 catalyst surface were investigated. The hydrolysis of DME was promoted even on Pd/CeO2 catalyst by the application of the electric field at low temperatures (in the range of 423–623 K), while the direct decomposition of DME was suppressed. The apparent activation energy in this temperature range was much lower with (17.2 kJ mol?1) than without (79.0 kJ mol?1) the electric field. Kinetic analyses demonstrated that the effect of the reactant partial pressures was also markedly different with and without the electric field. The effect of the partial pressure of water and electrochemical impedance spectra strongly suggest that surface proton hopping promotes the steam reforming of DME in an electric field at low temperatures.  相似文献

In the course of a study of cell wall proteins from the salt-tolerant yeast Zygosaccharomyces rouxii, a protein that increased its expression as the NaCl concentration of the culture medium increased was identified. Several degenerate primers were constructed based on partial amino acid sequences of this protein and were used in PCR amplification of a gene termed ZrATP2. The amino acid sequence deduced from nucleotide sequence of the gene revealed that ZrATP2 encodes the beta subunit of mitochondrial F1 ATPase. Northern blot analysis demonstrated that NaCl shock induced an elevation in ZrATP2 expression, which corresponded with the resumption of Z. rouxii cell growth after salt shock.  相似文献

The flow conditions of undular jumps for fully developed inflow condition have been investigated systematically. If the inflow Froude number is larger than 1.2, an undular jump has lateral shock waves near the toe of the jump. For a narrow channel, the shock waves cross upstream of the first wave crest, and the flow conditions of undular jumps depend on the aspect ratio and the inflow Froude number. In contrast, for a wide channel the shock waves do not cross upstream of the first wave crest, and the flow conditions of undular jumps are independent of the aspect ratio. The flow conditions of undular jumps are classified by considering the cross position of the lateral shock waves and the inflow Froude number. Also, the hydraulic conditions for the formation of nonbreaking and breaking undular jumps are determined. The effect of the Reynolds number on undular-jump formations is discussed, and changes of the flow conditions with the Reynolds number are described.  相似文献
