Red blood cells (RBCs), the “innate carriers” in blood vessels, are gifted with many unique advantages in drug transportation over synthetic drug delivery systems (DDSs). Herein, a tumor angiogenesis targeting, light stimulus‐responsive, RBC‐based DDS is developed by incorporating various functional components within the RBC platform. An albumin bound near‐infrared (NIR) dye, together with a chemotherapy drug doxorubicin, is encapsulated inside RBCs, the surfaces of which are modified with a targeting peptide to allow cancer targeting. Under stimulation by an external NIR laser, the membrane of the RBCs would be destroyed by the light‐induced photothermal heating, resulting in effective drug release. As a proof of principle, RBC‐based cancer cell targeted drug delivery and light‐controlled drug release is demonstrated in vitro, achieving a marked synergistic therapeutic effect through the combined photothermal–chemotherapy. This work presents a novel design of smart RBC carriers, which are inherently biocompatible, promising for targeted combination therapy of cancer. 相似文献

The effect of the presence of unreacted PbI2 on the perovskite solar cells efficiency is reported. N,N‐Dimethylformamide vapor treatment is introduced to study the influence of complete conversion to a power conversion efficiency of the device. It is discovered that the optimized morphology of the PbI2 under layer is essential to form a dense perovskite layer preventing recombination by direct contact between TiO2 and a hole transporting layer, and to increase the charge collection efficiency. The present findings provide an insight into the morphology and growth mechanism of perovskite layer, the correlation between the device performance, and the film deposition process. 相似文献

This work demonstrates a simple‐structured, low‐cost magnetically modulated micromotor of MnFe2O4 pot‐like hollow microparticles as well as its facile, versatile, and large‐scale growing‐bubble‐templated nanoparticle (NP) assembly fabrication approach. In this approach, the hydrophobic MnFe2O4@oleic acid NPs in an oil droplet of chloroform and hexane assembled into a dense NP shell layer due to the hydrophobic interactions between the NP surfaces. With the encapsulated oil continuously vaporizing into high‐pressured gas bubbles, the dense MnFe2O4 NP shell layer then bursts, forming an asymmetric pot‐like MnFe2O4 micromotor by creating a single hole in it. For the as‐developed simple pot‐like MnFe2O4 micromotor, the catalytically generated O2 molecules nucleate and grow into bubbles preferentially on the inner concave surface rather than on the outer convex surface, resulting in continuous ejection of O2 bubbles from the open hole to propel it. Dexterously integrating the high catalytic activity for H2O2 decomposition to produce O2 bubbles, excellent magnetic property with the instinctive surface hydrophobicity, the MnFe2O4 pot‐like micromotor not only can autonomously move in water media with both velocity and direction modulated by external magnetic field but also can directly serve for environmental oil removal without any further surface modification. Pedestrian attribute recognition is often considered as a multi-label image classification task. In order to make full use of attribute-related location information, a saliency guided sel-attention network ( SGSA-Net) was proposed to weakly supervise attribute localization, without annotations of attribute-related regions. Saliency priors were integrated into the spatial attention module ( SAM ). Meanwhile,channel-wise attention and spatial attention were introduced into the network. Moreover, a weighted binary cross-entropy loss ( WCEL) function was employed to handle the imbalance of training data. Extensive experiments on richly annotated pedestrian ( RAP) and pedestrian attribute ( PETA) datasets demonstrated that SGSA-Net outperformed other state-of-the-art methods. 相似文献

Potassium‐ion batteries (PIBs) are currently drawing increased attention as a promising alternative to lithium‐ion batteries (LIBs) owing to the abundant resource and low cost of potassium. However, due to the large ionic radius size of K+, electrode material that can stably maintain K+ insertion/deintercalation is still extremely inadequate, especially for anode material with a satisfactory reversible capacity. As an attempt, nitrogen/carbon dual‐doped hierarchical NiS2 is introduced as the electrode material in PIBs for the first time. Considering that the introduction of the carbon layer effectively alleviates the volume expansion of the material itself, further improves the electronic conductivity, and finally accelerates the charge transfer of K+, not surprisingly, NiS2 decorated with the bifunctional carbon (NiS2@C@C) material electrode shows excellent potassium storage performances. When utilized as a PIB anode, it delivers a high reversible capacity of 302.7 mAh g?1 at 50 mA g?1 after 100 cycles. The first coulombic efficiency is 78.6% and rate performance is 151.2 mAh g?1 at 1.6 A g?1 of the NiS2@C@C, which are also notable. Given such remarkable electrochemical properties, this work is expected to provide more possibilities for the reasonable design of advanced electrode materials for metal sulfide potassium ion batteries. 相似文献
