The effect of surface modification of vulcanized rubbers on the adhesive strength

Results of a study are reported on the utilization of ground vulcanizate, which is a waste product of rubber prcoessing plants. Loaded stocks of various commercial rubbers act as objects for the study. Talc, kaolin, silicon dioxide, and furnace carbon black are used as fillers. According to the results of a study on the effect of the amount of rubber crumb, an increase in the content of unmodified crumb leads to a decrease in tear resistance that is associated with poor wettability. To increase wettability, we use organosilicon couplings. It is shown that the addition of vulcanizate to rubber stocks, together with highly dispersed fillers treated with organosilicon couplings, leads to a significant increase in tear resistance and makes it possible to significantly reduce the cost of production and utilization.     

辽宁省节水工作存在问题及对策

辽宁省是水资源严重短缺的省份之一，水资源不足已成为制约全省经济社会可持续发展的瓶颈。通过对全省大型取用水户的调查分析，找出了辽宁省节水工作中存在的问题，提出了节约用水工作的对策和建议。     

不同品位高钛渣对沸腾氯化工艺的影响

分别以94％品位高钛渣和90％品位高钛渣为原料，采用沸腾氯化工艺制备粗TiCl4，分析了两种品位高钛渣对沸腾氯化工艺的影响。结果表明：94％品位高钛渣由于其活性低而对沸腾氯化工艺的影响较大。     

Deformability of ShKh15 steel during cold plastic deformation

The effect of anomalous structural constituents in ShKh15 steel on its technological ductility during cold deformation has been studied. Additional high tempering of hot-rolled billets subjected to spheroidizing annealing is shown to remove retained lamellar pearlite and needle carbides, increasing the technological ductility of this ball-bearing steel.     

Analysis of the high-frequency spectrum of acoustic emission signals and its relationship to the wear resistance of filled polytetrafluoroethylene

We have performed tribotechnical tests of carbonaceous filled polytetrafluoroethylene in a wide range of loads with the recording of acoustic emission signals. Based on a spectral analysis of the sequence of rms deviations of acoustic emission signals using a discrete Fourier transform, we have constructed a normalized energy spectrum. We show that the mass wear of the material can be determined from the power of the high-frequency component of the spectrum obtained.     

Chromoaluminizing of cooled blades of gas turbines by circulation method

The process of chromoaluminizing of external and internal surfaces of cooled blades of gas turbine engines from refractory alloy ZhS6U is studied. Raising the accuracy of operative monitoring by using a variable pressure differential of the flow rate of material and energy carriers in the liquid and gaseous states

Means are considered for reducing the systematic errors in calculating the flow rate of material. Special features of failure of multilayered structures in local dynamic loading

The authors present the results of numerical modeling of penetration of a rigid indentor into multilayer barriers made of concrete, steel and sand.
