考虑到无线光通信的捕获、瞄准和跟踪(ATP)系统对信标光斑实时、准确跟踪的需求,采用具有高频、大幅度补偿能力的音圈电机作为精跟踪执行部件,以此搭建了基于PC机控制的无线光通信演示实验系统。进行了不同速度下的非机动模拟跟踪实验,分别采集、分析并评价了粗跟踪和精跟踪的跟踪误差,并实时采集了通信光光功率。实验结果表明:ATP系统的跟踪误差标准差随着模拟目标运动速度的增加而增大,误差变化范围却无较为明显的规律,系统可长时间保持通信链路;此外,粗跟踪误差曲线中多次出现的误差尖峰可能与粗大值有关。 相似文献

A three-stage 4.8-6 GHz monolithic power amplifier(PA) compatible with IEEE 802.11a/n designed based on an advanced 2μm InGaP/GaAs hetero-junction bipolar transistor(HBT) process is presented.The PA integrates input matching and closed-loop power control circuits on chip.Under 3.3 V DC bias,the amplifier achieves a ~31 dB small signal gain,excellent wide band input and output matching among overall 1.2 GHz bandwidth,and up to 24.5 dBm linear output power below EVM 3%with IEEE 802.11a 64QAM OFDM input signal. 相似文献

Polycrystalline silicon (poly-Si) thin films were deposited on quartz substrates by rapid thermal chemical vapor deposition (RTCVD) under nonideal conditions. Then, crystallographic defects in the poly-Si films were investigated by using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and optical microscopy combined with defect etching. We found that as-deposited poly-Si films contain a lot of twin crystals, including first-order, second-order, third-order, and higher-order twinned crystals. Besides twinned crystals, stacking faults, dislocations, dislocation nets, dislocation loops, extended dislocations, and dislocation line arrays were also found. Finally, the origins of the defects were analyzed, being attributed to the peculiarities of the RTCVD-quartz growth system, stress caused by lattice and thermal mismatch, a huge temperature ramp, and nonideal deposition conditions. Although our experimental results cannot represent the crystallographic quality of poly-Si films prepared by RTCVD, they at least indicate what kinds and how many defects exist in poly-Si films when deposition conditions severely deviate from the optimum. 相似文献

In this paper, we focus on the Look-up Table (LUT) technique for the compensation of HPA nonlinear distortion. An improved LUT method is proposed with better performance compared with conventional LUT technique in terms of convergence speeds, BER and total degradation (TD). It can get over 8 dB gain in out-of-band spectrum re-growth suppression and about 0.3 dB BER performance gain than conventional LUT technique with the same iteration times. Also, we propose an actual application of HPA with pre-distorter in OFDM transmitter.
Ai Bo was born in Shannxi Province in China on February 7, 1974. He received a BSc. Degree from Engineering Institute of Armed Police Force in 1997, a Master and Dr. degree from Xidian University in 2002 and 2004 in China respectively, and now working as a post dr. in Dept. of E&E, state of key lab. on microwave and digital communications in Tsinghua University in China. He has once participated in the key research project on HDTV in TEEG (Team of Engineering Expert Group) of China. He is an editorial committee member of journal of “Computer Simulations”, “Information and Electronic Engineering”, an IEEE member and a senior member of Electronics Institute of China (CIE). He has published over 60 scientific papers in his research area till now. His current interests are the research and applications of OFDM techniques with emphasis on synchronization and HPA linearization techniques.
Yang Zhi-Xing graduated from Tsinghua University, P.R. China in 1970. He is now a Professor and Deputy Director of State Key Lab. on Microwave and Digital Communication at the Department of Electronic Engineering and the Director of the DTV R&D Center in Tsinghua University. As a DTV technical expert for the Chinese government, Professor Yang has also been a member of the DTV standardization Committee of China and a leader of the DTV Standardization Harmonizing Group in Ministry of Information Industry of China. His major research interests include broadband information transmission technologies and DTV broadcasting systems.
Pan Chang-Yong received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from the Department of Electronic Engineering in Tsinghua University, P.R. China, in 1996 and 1999, respectively. He is now an associate professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering and a member of the DTV R&D Center in Tsinghua University. His research interests are in the areas of broadband wireless transmission systems and satellite communications.
Zhang Tao-Tao was born in Shandong Province in China in 1982, he received BSc. degree from Tsinghua University in 2004 and now pursing his Master degree in Dept. of E&E, state of key lab. on microwave and digital communications in Tsinghua University in China. His research interests is the power amplifier linearization techniques.
Wang Yong was born in Shannxi Province in China in 1976. He received a BSc., a Master and a Dr. Degree from Xidian University in China in 1997, 2002 and 2005, respectively, and now is an associate professor in Xidian University. He has once participated in the key research project on HDTV in TEEG (Team of Engineering Expert Group) in China and is an IEEE Member. His interests are broadband multimedia communications.
Ge Jian-Hua was born in September, 1961 in JiangSu Province in China. He received the B.Sc., Master and Ph.D. degree from Xidian University in 1982, 1985 and 1989, respectively. He is now the professor in both Xidian University in Xi’an and Shanghai Jiaotong University in Shanghai. He is the senior member of Chinese Electronics Institute. A micromachined reconfigurable metamaterial is presented, whose unit cell consists of a pair of asymmetric split‐ring resonators (ASRRs); one is fixed to the substrate while the other is patterned on a movable frame. The reconfigurable metamaterial and the supporting structures (e.g., microactuators, anchors, supporting frames, etc.) are fabricated on a silicon‐on‐insulator wafer using deep reactive‐ion etching (DRIE). By adjusting the distance between the two ASRRs, the strength of dipole–dipole coupling can be tuned continuously using the micromachined actuators and this enables tailoring of the electromagnetic response. The reconfiguration of unit cells endows the micromachined reconfigurable metamaterials with unique merits such as electromagnetic response under normal incidence and wide tuning of resonant frequency (measured as 31% and 22% for transverse electric polarization and transverse magnetic polarization, respectively). The reconfiguration could also allow switching between the polarization‐dependent and polarization‐independent states. With these features, the micromachined reconfigurable metamaterials may find potential applications in transformation optics devices, sensors, intelligent detectors, tunable frequency‐selective surfaces, and spectral filters. 相似文献
