We have developed a fully functional reconfigurable optical add‐drop multiplexer (ROADM) switch module using a polymer integrated photonic lightwave circuit technology. The polymer variable optical attenuator (VOA) array and digital optical switch array are integrated into one polymer PLC chip and packaged to form a 10‐channel VOA integrated optical switch module. Four of these optical switch modules are used in the ROADM switch module to execute 40‐channel switching and power equalization. As a wavelength division multiplexer (WDM) filter device, two C‐band 40‐channel athermal arrayed waveguide grating WDMs are used in the ROADM module. Optical power monitoring of each channel is carried out using a 5% tap PD. A controller and firmware having the functions of a 40‐channel switch and VOA control, optical power monitoring, as well as TEC temperature control, and data communication interfaces are also developed in this study.  相似文献

A high efficiency pure white phosphorescent organic light-emitting diode was developed by combining a deep blue emitting phosphorescent dopant material with red/green phosphorescent emitting materials. A simple stack structure of blue/red:green was used and tris((3,5-difluoro-4-cyanophenyl)pyridine) iridium was used as a deep blue emitting phosphorescent dopant. A pure white emission with a color coordinate of (0.29, 0.31) and a very high current efficiency of 28 cd/A was obtained after managing the device architecture of the all phosphorescent white devices.  相似文献

The antioxidant and the tyrosinase inhibitory activities of 4 different solvents (acetone, ethanol, methanol, and water) for preparation of extracts from guava (branch, fruit, leaf, and seed) were evaluated by measuring total phenolic contents (TPC), DPPH radical scavenging activity, ABTS radical scavenging activity, reducing power (RP), and tyrosinase inhibitory activity. The extracts of branch and leaf showed relatively higher antioxidant properties than those of fruit and seed. The highest TPC (141.28 mg/g gallic acid equivalents), DPPH radical scavenging activity (IC50=34.01 μg/mL), ABTS radical scavenging activity (IC50=3.23 μg/mL), and RP (IC50= 75.63 μg/mL) were found in acetone extract of leaf, while water extract of seed had the lowest antioxidant activity. The tyrosinase inhibitory activity of ethanol extract from guava leaf was 69.56%, which was the highest activity among the extracts. These results indicate that useful bioactive substances exist in the guava branch as well as leaf extracts.  相似文献

A fine patternable quantum dots (QDs) color conversion layer (CCL) for high resolution and full color active matrix (AM) micro‐LED (μ‐LED) display is demonstrated. QDs CCL could be patterned until 10 μm using photolithography process. 3D printing has been intensively explored to fabricate customized structures of responsive materials including hydrogels, liquid‐crystal elastomers, shape‐memory polymers, and aqueous droplets. Herein, a new method and material system capable of 3D‐printing hydrogel inks with programed bacterial cells as responsive components into large‐scale (3 cm), high‐resolution (30 μm) living materials, where the cells can communicate and process signals in a programmable manner, are reported. The design of 3D‐printed living materials is guided by quantitative models that account for the responses of programed cells in printed microstructures of hydrogels. Novel living devices are further demonstrated, enabled by 3D printing of programed cells, including logic gates, spatiotemporally responsive patterning, and wearable devices.  相似文献
