加强行业技术管理推动材料技术进步

论述了制定《航空工业材料及热工艺技术工作规定》的必要性和航空材料及热工艺的内涵及其重要性，提出确保航空产品质量是航空材料及热工艺技术管理工作的永恒主题，而加强和健全航空材料及热工艺技术管理机构，完善其规章制度则是保证航空产品质量的重要措施，该机构的主要职责是技术立法、技术发展和技术归口。     

Stabilization of wave equations coupled in parallel by viscous damping

In this article, we consider stabilization of two wave equations coupled in parallel by viscous damping. Uniform exponential stabilization can be achieved when damping is presented in two equations. In general only strong stabilization can be achieved when damping is present in one equation, while uniform exponential stabilization is still possible for some special cases.     

Stability of Mixtoxantrone Hydrochloride in Solution

A stability-indicating reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the detection of mitoxantrone HC1 and its degradation products under accelerated degradation conditions. The degradation kinetics of mitoxantrone HC1 in aqueous solution over a pH range of 1.18 to 7.20 and its stability in propylene glycol-or polyethylene glycol 400-based solutions were investigated. The observed rate constants were shown to follow apparent first-order kinetics in all cases. The pH-rate profile shows that maximum stability of mitoxantrone HC1 was obtained at pH 4.01. No general acid or base catalysis from acetate or phosphate buffer species was observed. The catalysis rate constants on the protonated mitoxantrone imposed by hydrogen ion water and hydroxy ion were determined to be 3.72 × 10 min^-1 5.64 × 10-min^-1 and 1.108 × 10^-2min^-1, respectively. The degradation rate constants of mitoxantrone affected by different ionic strength systems. Irradiation with 254 nm UV light at 25±0.5°C was found when canpared with the light-protected controls. Incorporation of nonaqueous propylene glycol or polyethylene glycol in the pH 4.01 mitoxantrone solution shows an increase in its stability at 502±0.5°C.

用ＭＤＳＣ，显微镜温台熔点测定仪和固体原位反应池／快速扫描傅立叶变换红外光谱联用装置考察了硝化棉的熔化过程。ＭＤＳＣ曲线表明吸热过程是可逆的，它系由ＮＣ和部分分解凝聚相产物的混合物的固液相变所引起。由ＮＣ的ＭＤＳＣ曲线得到的熔点，熔化含，熔化熵，分解含和分解反应热温熵分别为４７６．８４Ｋ，２０５．６Ｊ．ｇ＾－１，０．４３１２Ｊ．ｇ＾－１．Ｋ＾－１，－２４７５．０Ｊ．ｇ＾－１，－５．２４２Ｊ．ｇ＾－     

新型聚丙烯酸(934P、980)树脂的制备

详细研究了以乙酸乙酯和环己烷为溶剂，丙烯酸为单体，BPO，LPO，AIBN为引发剂，聚烯基多醚为交联剂，合成增稠能力强、透明度高的聚丙烯酸树脂。于混和溶剂存在下制得的聚合物，消除了以往由二氯甲烷为溶剂的反应介质中所得产品的毒性，可广泛应用于医药及日用化工等行业。     

化学镀Ni—P镀层的X射线衍射研究

根据X射线衍射分析结果,对化学镀高P(含P>11wt％或19at％)Ni-P镀层加热时效时,镀层成分和加热温度对结构转变的影响作了研究,结果表明,高P共晶、过共晶(含P>11wt％或19at％)合金的结构转变有如下特征:(1)相同加热时效条件下,Ni-P合金的结构转变与成分有密切关系:(2)对同一成分的过共晶合金,Ni-P合金的结构转变与时效温度密切相关;(3)过共晶合金在290～360℃温度范围内时效处理,出现Ni_xP_y介稳相,X射线衍射分析认为Ni_xP_y为Ni_(12)P_5。     

用αβ谱仪测量人工αβ放射性气溶胶体积活度的试验研究

本文介绍了用αβ谱仪系统同时测量αβ谱、实现Ｒｎ／Ｔｈ子体补偿、确定超铀α核素气溶胶体积活度及人工放射性气溶胶总β体积活度的技术途径。利用ＲａＡ、ＲａＣ′ａ峰的二段时间计数可确定空气中ＲａＡ、ＲａＢ、ＲａＣ的气溶胶体积活度，相应的，也能给出ＲａＢ、ＲａＣ对总β计数的贡献。根据一般环境条件下的平衡比，用ＴｈＣ′的。计数修正Ｔｈ子体对αβ测量的影响。￣［２３９］ｐｕ或／和￣［２４１］Ａｍ人工核素的α计数，可通过两段时间分别扣除ＲａＡ、ＲａＣ′拖尾的方法确定；β计数分别扣除Ｒｎ／Ｔｈ子体β贡献即可确定。在本文规定的测量条件下，对室内天然Ｒｎ子体水平在１５Ｂｑ／ｍ￣３以下，超铀α核素气溶胶体积活度的测量下限可达到０．１Ｂｑ／ｍ￣３；即使在７５Ｂｑ／ｍ￣３环境下，人工核素总β的测量下限也可达ｌＢｑ／ｍ￣３以下。     

Gene amplification as a prognostic factor in primary and secondary high-grade malignant gliomas

ND10 are recently characterized nuclear domains that are composed of 0.5 microm sized, precisely circumscribed dots in cultured human cell lines. To investigate the distribution and number of ND10 on various types of normal and neoplastic human tissues, we carried out immunostaining and immunoprecipitation analyses with monoclonal antibodies 138 and 1150. The number of ND10 varied from 1 to 10 or more in various tissues as did their size. ND10 were diffusely located in early embryonic and normal tissues, except for the exocrine and endocrine cells of the pancreas and for hepatocytes. In normal squamous mucosa, basal cells had more ND10 than did differentiated superficial squamous cells. The number and size of ND10 were markedly increased in malignant neoplasms but were similar in benign tumors and corresponding normal tissues. Sex hormone-related normal tissues, such as the endometrium or myometrium, and neoplasms strongly stained for ND10. The distribution pattern of ND10 in human tissues indicates that they are conserved nuclear substructures that are closely associated with cellular differentiation, hormonal stimulation, and oncogenesis.     

Responses of somatostatin, beta-endorphin and dynorphin A to a glucose load in two groups of women with polycystic ovarian syndrome

Since the late 1980s, the eight-component model of the comprehensive school health program (CSHP), has been adopted widely in the United States and internationally. While it is acknowledged that the eight program elements should be delivered in a coordinated, interactive manner, numerous issues regarding how this integration best can be achieved, including who at the school level should have this responsibility and how the eight components relate conceptually and logistically, have not been addressed adequately. In essence, a CSHP transforms several solo performers into an orchestra. This article proposes the school health coordinator as an essential element in the eight-component model of the CSHP--the maestro, without whom there can be no symphony. The coordinator's principal responsibilities include administration, integration of personnel and programs, evaluation, and direct intervention. Three program elements--staff wellness, healthy environment, and community/family involvement--are subsumed within the coordinator's role, effectively reducing the number of program elements from eight to five. Potential benefits in addition to issues regarding feasibility of the SHC, are discussed and studies examining the effectiveness of the SHC model are recommended.     

Amulti-channel model for initial and handoff accesses in a mobile computing environment

The communication infrastructure of a mobile computing environment can be based on the structure of a cellular/microcellular telephone system or a PCS network. In such a system, the occurrence of handoffs cannot be avoided and when handoffs occur, wireless links held by mobile computers crossing cell boundaries may be forced to terminate. The probability that a handoff access request will result in forced termination has a significant effect on the performance of a mobile computing environment, as does the probability that an initial access request will be blocked. Although some research has been done on initial and handoff accesses in cellular/microcellular telephone systems and PCS networks, the analytical models used in this research are not appropriate for mobile computing, since unlike a telephone, a mobile computer may use several channels at once. In this paper, we develop an analytical model to study initial and handoff accesses in a mobile computing environment. The model is based on a multi-dimensional continuous time Markov chain. The accuracy of the model is verified by comparison with simulation results. We then use the model to find a practical approach to balancing the initial access blocking probability and avarage forced termination probability of a connection in a mobile computing network.This research was supported by the National Science Council, ROC, under grant NSC 85-2213-E-009-063.
