Dielectric and piezoelectric properties of Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3–PbTiO3–PbZrO3 ceramics modified with bismuth and zinc substitutions

The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the (Pb_0.985Bi_0.01)(Ni_1/4Zn_1/12Nb_2/3)_x- (Zr_σTi_1-σ)_1-xO₃ piezoelectric ceramic system (0.2 ≤ x ≤ 0.7, 0.1 ≤ σ ≤ 0.9) were systematically investigated. The results showed that, after poling, the dielectric constant, ε ₃₃ ^T , increased for the tetragonal compositions but decreased for the rhombohedral compositions. Furthermore, high values of ε ₃₃ ^T and piezoelectric modulus, d ₃₁ were found for the compositions along the extension of the morphotropic phase boundary. The highest values of the planar electromechanical coupling factor, K _p, and the piezoelectric modulus, d ₃₁, were found to be 0.70 and − 274 × 10^-12 C N^-1, respectively. The Curie temperature, remanent polarization, coercive field and the lattice constants of the a and c axes in relation to the Pb(Ni_1/3Nb_2/3)O₃ content and the Zr/Zr + Ti ratio were also determined. Multimode parameter extraction for multiconductor transmissionlines via single-pass FDTD and signal-processing techniques

We present two approaches to extract the broadband multimode parameters of guided wave structures from a single-pass finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) simulation. They include a two-dimensional (2-D) Fourier transform (FT) algorithm and a super-resolution estimation of signal parameters via rotational invariance technique (ESPRIT) algorithm. Comparison is made to show the superiority of the super-resolution approach. As a typical application, a three-line coupled microstrip structure is studied. After a single-pass FDTD simulation, broadband multimode parameters such as propagation constants, modal-field templates, and modal impedances are extracted and verified against published data obtained by the spectral-domain method. The main feature of this parameter-extraction methodology is that it decouples the computational electromagnetics engine (in this case, the FDTD simulator) from the post-processing parameter-extraction algorithm, thus providing more flexibility and connectivity among the various simulation tools     

溅射——气体——聚集共沉积法制备金属／金属（介质）复合团簇镶嵌薄膜

提出了溅射－气体－聚集共沉积制备金属／金属（介质）复合团簇镶嵌薄膜的新方法，并利用该方法成功地在方华膜衬底上制备了系列Ｆｅ／Ａｇ及ＣａＦ２复合团簇镶嵌薄膜样品。透射电镜分析结果表明，样品中Ｆｅ（Ｃｕ）团簇都较好地镶嵌于Ａｇ（ＣａＦ２）基质中，其结构为两种材料的多晶共存形态。进一步分析发现，与块材相比，Ｆｅ／Ａｇ样品中Ｆｅ团簇晶格常数呈现出不同程度的收缩，而Ｃｕ／ＣａＦ２样品中Ｃｕ团簇晶格常数则呈现出不同程度的膨胀。运用附加压力的模型对该现象进行了解释。     

Viterbi译码器的硬件实现

介绍了一种Vkerbi译码器的硬件实现方法。设计的基于硬判决的Viterbi译码器具有约束长度长（9)、译码深度深（64)的特点。为了兼顾硬件资源与电路性能两个方面，在设计中使用了4个ACS单元，并根据Xilinx Virtex系列FPGA的结构特点．利用FPGA内部的BlockRAM保存汉明距离和幸存路径，提高了译码速度。     

西北地区节水灌溉市场与技术需求

西部开发需要大量的生态用水，从节水灌溉设备市场分析，节水灌溉专用泵阀、新型输水管材、高效低能喷微灌设备及材料的需求量很大，技术需求与亟待研究开发的关键技术和设备也很多。从西北地区水资源状况与需求看，节水灌溉市场有很大潜力。     

高可靠镀Ni／Au工艺及其在微波PTFE电路上的应用

介绍了高可靠电镀Ｎｉ／Ａｕ工艺在ＰＴＦＥ微波印制电路上的应用，并分析了氨基磺酸盐镀软镍和亚硫酸盐镀软金工艺的影响因素及提高Ｎｉ／Ａｕ镀层之间附着力的措施。通过实验及应用证明了与直接镀金工艺相比，在软基材ＰＴＦＥ敷铜箔板上镀Ｎｉ／Ａｕ工艺能大大提高微波电路的可焊性，高温稳定性和长期可靠性，并且用其所制作的微波器件的高频性能也优于直接镀金工业。     

X波段及DBS接收用PHEMT单片低噪声放大器

报道了X波段及DBS接收用单片低噪声放大器的研制结果。利用CAD软件对单片电路进行优化设计，设计工作包括MBE材料、PHEMT器件和单片电路三部分。在研制过程中，开展了关键工艺的专题研究。研究结果为：单级单片放大器在10：5－11．6GHz范围内，NF≤1．82dB，G≥7.72dB；在11．7－12．2GHz范围内，NF≤1．80dB，G≥6．8dB；双级放大器在10．4－11．1GHz范围内，NF≤1．96dB，G≥15．3dB，最低噪声系数为1．63dB，最高增益为16．07dB。
