High-performance X8R dielectric materials could be sintered at 1150°C by doping calcium borosilicate (CBS) glass ceramic into
the BaTiO3-Nb2O5-ZnO system, with a dielectric constant greater than 1800 and a dielectric loss lower than 1.0%. The effects of CBS, Nb2O5, and ZnO on the dielectric properties were discussed in this article. The X8R specification was achieved with the content
of CBS ≥ 4 wt.%, Nb2O5 ≥ 1.0 mol%, and ZnO ≤ 2.0 mol%. The sample doped with 4 wt.% CBS exhibited the highest density and lowest dielectric loss
in our experiment. A reduction in grain size was observed in the specimens with 4 and 7 wt.% CBS as compared with CBS-free
specimen, whereas the abnormal growth of rectangle-shaped grains took place in the 10 wt.% CBS-doped specimen. The Curie point
progressively moved to higher temperatures with CBS content up to 7 wt.%. However, T
c of the sample decreased slightly in the case when 10 wt.% CBS was doped. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis indicated that
the crystal structure of sintered ceramics changed from tetragonal to pseudocubic symmetry as increasing CBS content. 相似文献

An objective normalization procedure has been developed to create image mosaics of radiometric equalization radiometric normalization for image mosaics (RNIM). The procedure employs a band-specific principal component analysis for overlap areas to achieve accurate and consistent radiometric transforms in each spectral band. It is demonstrated that the result of radiometric equalization is independent of the order of images to be mosaicked after the radiometric normalization adjustment is made. The selection of corresponding pixel pairs in the overlap area is controlled by using band-specific linear correlation coefficients, and the criteria for rejecting the cloudy and land-cover changed pixels. The final result is controlled quantitatively by employing the first and second principal components for the input data, which in turn depend on the selection of corresponding pixel pairs in the overlap area. In general, the radiometric resolution of input images can be conserved as long as gain ⩾1 and offset ⩾0 because of the stored format of the unsigned integer. The RNIM procedure accommodates these conditions. To take the best advantage of the data in the overlap areas, a pixel-based composite technique is employed in the production of the final mosaic. The selection of corresponding pixel pairs and the final result can be controlled and assessed with quantitative criteria. Therefore, this approach produces an objective, analyst-independent result and can be automated. The major disturbances in self-servo track writing are identified and modeled. Based on the disturbance models, an H/sub 2/ controller together with a feedforward compensator is designed via linear matrix inequality approach to minimize the propagation tracking error from one track to the next. Furthermore, the error propagation containment effectiveness of the optimal H/sub 2/ control is compared with that of proportional-integral-derivative (PID) and proportional-derivative (PD) feedback controls with the feedforward compensators. 在存在大角度姿态机动的场景中,航天飞行器通常采用基于姿态四元数的姿态运动模型,同时又多以欧拉角形式给定其期望姿态,因此研究四元数到欧拉角的转换关系十分必要.但是,姿态四元数与欧拉角之间并不存在一一对应的关系.以飞行器姿态为纽带,依据姿态四元数和欧拉角与飞行器姿态之间的内在关系,对各种可能出现的情形进行分析,在控制所对应的期望姿态的牵引下,确定出符合姿态控制利益的姿态四元数到欧拉角的转换关系.鉴于姿态四元数到欧拉角转换关系的复杂性,在飞行器进行大角度姿态机动控制时,建议采用基于四元数的姿态运动模型. 相似文献

This paper addresses the following relay sensor placement problem: given the set of duty sensors in the plane and the upper
bound of the transmission range, compute the minimum number of relay sensors such that the induced topology by all sensors
is globally connected. This problem is motivated by practically considering the tradeoff among performance, lifetime, and
cost when designing sensor networks. In our study, this problem is modelled by a NP-hard network optimization problem named
Steiner Minimum Tree with Minimum number of Steiner Points and bounded edge length (SMT-MSP). In this paper, we propose two approximate algorithms, and conduct detailed performance analysis. The first algorithm has
a performance ratio of 3 and the second has a performance ratio of 2.5.
Xiuzhen Cheng is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the George Washington University. She received her MS
and PhD degrees in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities in 2000 and 2002, respectively. Her current
research interests include Wireless and Mobile Computing, Sensor Networks, Wireless Security, Statistical Pattern Recognition,
Approximation Algorithm Design and Analysis, and Computational Medicine. She is an editor for the International Journal on
Ad Hoc and Ubiquitous Computing and the International Journal of Sensor Networks. Dr. Cheng is a member of IEEE and ACM. She
received the National Science Foundation CAREER Award in 2004.
Ding-Zhu Du received his M.S. degree in 1982 from Institute of Applied Mathematics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and his Ph.D. degree
in 1985 from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He worked at Mathematical Sciences Research Institutea, Berkeley
in 1985-86, at MIT in 1986-87, and at Princeton University in 1990-91. He was an associate-professor/professor at Department
of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Minnesota in 1991-2005, a professor at City University of Hong Kong in
1998-1999, a research professor at Institute of Applied Mathematics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1987-2002, and a Program
Director at National Science Foundation of USA in 2002-2005. Currently, he is a professor at Department of Computer Science,
University of Texas at Dallas and the Dean of Science at Xi’an Jiaotong University. His research interests include design
and analysis of algorithms for combinatorial optimization problems in communication networks and bioinformatics. He has published
more than 140 journal papers and 10 written books. He is the editor-in-chief of Journal of Combinatorial Optimization and
book series on Network Theory and Applications. He is also in editorial boards of more than 15 journals.
Lusheng Wang received his PhD degree from McMaster University in 1995. He is an associate professor at City University of Hong Kong. His
research interests include networks, algorithms and Bioinformatics. He is a member of IEEE and IEEE Computer Society.
Baogang Xu received his PhD degree from Shandong University in 1997. He is a professor at Nanjing Normal University. His research interests

Cu-doped Ga2O3 thin films were deposited by electron beam evaporation with subsequent annealing at 1000 °C in N2 and O2 for 1 h. The influence of the annealing atmosphere on the crystal structure, surface morphology and optical properties of Ga2O3:Cu films was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and transmittance and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. The optical bandgap deduced from the absorption spectrum was greater for the O2 annealed than for N2 annealed samples. In both cases the bandgap was wider than for bulk β-Ga2O3. The grain size and surface roughness were sensitive to the annealing atmosphere. Results confirmed that the annealed samples were polycrystalline β-Ga2O3 with some amorphous phase. We hypothesize that annealing in oxygen led to recrystallization of the Ga2O3:Cu film. Annealing treatment improved the crystal quality of Ga2O3:Cu films and the PL intensity of the samples increased. 相似文献
