Research on the comprehensive traffic state evaluation model linked with drivers’ perception under the vehicle networking

Unified judgment standards and methods are often adopted to identify traffic state in certain road network based on traffic flow parameters. However, drivers often have different perceptions about the traffic state on different road sections, since their expectations on traffic state vary more or less from each other on different road sections. In particular, under the vehicle networking, out of considerations for safety and other relevant factors, requirements for the correlation and coordination of running vehicles have also raised significantly. Therefore, it is necessary to take driver’s perception about the driving conditions of certain road sections into consideration to adjust the release of traffic state. This paper has provided a comprehensive traffic state evaluation model linked with driver’s perception under the vehicle networking. The authors first establish an ANFIS model based on the T–S model and then conduct statistical analysis on drivers’ perceptions about certain traffic state. At last, the authors use the results of statistical analysis as regulatory factors to amend the parameters input through ANFIS. Through simulation, this paper has demonstrated that the model established has a high rate of convergence, a high identification precision and the generalization ability to conduct researches on the identification of traffic state.     

广角摄像机在机器人视觉定位中的应用

为了保证广角摄像机在现代机器人视觉定位应用中的准确性,以广角摄像机像素坐标的反畸变过程为研究对象,提出一种在畸变对应表的基础上使用中心迭代法以及区域插值法确定物体实际位置的方法。通过实验证明了该方法能够测量物体的位置,其精度能够满足工业使用要求。     

扎赉诺尔褐煤制取高炉喷吹料和中热值煤气研究 (Ⅰ)煤气、焦油产率及性质

本文是在10kg／h固体热载体干馏实验装置上用扎赉诺尔褐煤制取高炉喷吹料和中热值煤气的研究结果。在干馏温度450℃～650℃范围制得煤气110Nm3/t～400Nm3/t，煤气热值为14．7MJ／Nm3～17．5MJ／Nm3，属中热值煤气。可供民用，也可用于补充钢铁企业燃气不足，平衡能源。得低温焦油2％～9％，可加工成化工产品和燃料油。半焦可用于高炉喷吹。     

甲缩醛空气氧化制甲醛催化剂的研制和工艺条件探讨

考察了铁钼催化剂对甲缩醛空气氧化制甲醛的催化性能。制备了多种不同钼铁比和第三、第四组分的催化剂,进行了活性评价和筛选,探讨了适宜的工艺条件范围。对于所选定的催化剂(钼铁比为1.82～1.88;铬铁比为0.1～0.38)在适宜的工艺条件(甲缩醛进料浓度4.5～5.5％;甲缩醛和氧气进料比1:2.0±0.2;空速12000～22000h~(-1);热点温度370～390℃)下,甲醛收率可达85％左右。     

Inspection of Remanent Polarization in the Ferroelectric Ceramic PZT 95/5 Through Pyroelectric Effect

Shock-induced depoling of the ferroelectric (FE) ceramic PZT 95/5 is utilized in a number of pulsed power devices. Nondestructive testing of remanent polarization of PZT 95/5 is developed by pyroelectric effect in this paper. Approximately linear relation between the change of polarization during low- to high-temperature rhombohedral FE phase and the remanent polarization was found through pyroelectricity of a single piece of PZT 95/5 ceramics. The change of polarization of a prototype for shock-driven pulsed power during the FE_HT↔FE_LT phase transformation was also investigated through directly measuring the pyroelectric current. Results indicate that pyroelectric effect caused by the reversible FE_HT–FE_LT phase transition could be used as a non-destructive inspection for the remanent polarization of a prototype about shock-driven pulsed power supply.     

聚醚型聚氨酯的氢键、微相分离及性能

用本体一步法合成了5种不同硬段含量(11.0％～46.9％)的二苯甲烷-4,4′-二异氰酸酯/环氧乙烷封端型聚环氧丙烷聚醚/乙二醇的聚醚型聚氨酯,并借助于IR,DSC,DMS和材料试验机等手段对该聚氨酯的氢键、微相分离及力学性能进行了表征。结果表明:随着硬段含量的增加,其>NH与微区中的>C=O的氢键化程度逐渐提高,软段微区中—O—的氢键化程度逐渐降低;微相分离程度逐渐提高;拉伸强度及硬度随之增加,扯断伸长率在硬段含量40％左右出现极大值。     

Zinc hydroxystannate and zinc stannate as flame‐retardant agents for flexible poly(vinyl chloride)

The flame‐retardant and smoke‐suppressant properties of inorganic tin compounds such as zinc hydroxystannate (ZHS) and zinc stannate (ZS) were investigated in a comparison with alumina trihydrate, magnesium hydroxide, and Sb₂O₃ through the limiting oxygen index test and smoke density test. The flame‐retardant mechanisms were studied through the char yield test, SEM, quantitative analysis, thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis. The thermal degradation in air of flexible PVC treated with the above compounds was studied by thermal analysis from ambient temperature to 800°C. The results showed that tin compounds such as ZHS and ZS could be used as a highly effective flame retardant for flexible PVC, and it appears that the tin compound may exert its action in both the condensed and vapor phases, but mainly in condensed phases as a Lewis acid. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 本文采用高效液相色谱法 ,对稻瘟净和恶霉灵的复配制剂进行分析 ,色谱柱 2 5 0mm× 4 6mm不锈钢柱 ,内装BDSC18填充物 ,检测波长 2 2 0nm ,流动相 :乙腈 +水 =6 0 +4 0 (v/v) ;回收率 :稻瘟净 99 5 %～ 10 0 5 % ,恶霉灵 99 3%～ 10 0 6 % ,变异系数分别为 :0 41%和 0 6 9% ,为稻 恶乳油产品的质量控制建立了准确、快速的分析方法     

2014年11月网络安全监测数据分析

1 网络安全基本态势2014年11月,互联网网络安全状况整体评价为良。我国基础网络运行总体平稳,互联网骨干网各项监测指标正常,未发生较大及以上网络安全事件。在我国互联网网络安全环境方面。除针对境内被仿冒网站的数量、境内被植入后门的网站数量和接收到的网络安全事件报告数量较10月有所增长外,其他各类网络安全事件数量均有不同程度的下降。总体上,11月公共互联网网络安全态势较10月继续保持好转。     

一种基于CloudStack的企业级云资源平台网络优化研究

在对云资源平台的现状进行分析后,提出了一种基于Cloud Stack的企业级云资源平台网络优化方案,通过与现有3种解决方案进行对比,展示了该方案的可靠性和有效性。同时,针对可能存在的风险和不足进行了充分的考虑和论证,并给出了应对措施。
