某燃气涡轮发电机组电子组合检测系统设计

针对某燃气涡轮发电机组电子组合修理过程中存在的修理周期长、修复质量难以保证等问题,结合对当今测试系统理论和技术的研究,基于PXI总线和虚拟仪器技术,构建了某燃气涡轮发电机组电子组合检测系统,并在工厂装备修理中得到应用检验;实践证明:该系统工作性能稳定,交互界面友好,易于操作,且具有较强的扩展性;借助于该系统,能够快速准确地对故障进行定位,提高了电子组合检测的准确性,缩短了装备修理周期,提高了维修效率。     

Dynamic pricing for remanufacturing within socially environmental incentives

We study a dual-product dynamic pricing problem for a remanufacturing system in which a manufacturer makes new and remanufactured products competing for a certain market share. The socially environmental incentives, consisting of consumers' environmentally conscious demand and governments' subsidy on remanufactured products, are considered in this study, which encourage the manufacturer to exert production effort toward environmentally friendly remanufacturing. Three models, namely, two-period, multi-period, and infinite-period scenarios, are formulated to investigate the dynamic pricing problem. Analytical results show that the government's subsidy policies, which provide subsidies to consumers or firms, have equivalent effects for the manufacturer in terms of production and profit. Consumers' environmental consciousness and government subsidy are effective incentives to induce the manufacturer to make more remanufactured products. Some threshold policies are proposed to provide decision supports for manufacturers to formulate pricing and production strategies. By comparing the pricing and production strategies of the three models, we find it interesting that the pricing and production strategies of the multi-period model can be ideally characterised by those of the two-period and infinite-period models. This managerial concept is valuable for manufacturers in formulating pricing and production strategies when the precise production planning horizon is unknown.     

半固态A356合金初生相形貌分形维自相似性分析

为探明分形理论中自相似性在半固态金属凝固组织形貌的分形特征中的作用,利用数值处理软件Matlab中对图像信息的处理方法,引入信息熵值的概念,并结合分形维数的研究方法,通过计算和分析图片的信息量,对半固态A356合金凝固组织形貌的自相似性和形态分布进行了判断与分析。结果表明,半固态凝固组织的形成是一个广义的分形过程;分形尺度上的熵值及其变化能够有效地反映半固态凝固组织的形态和分布上的区别。这给半固态合金凝固组织均匀性的量化描述提供了方法。     

电子资金处理系统数字签名算法的研究

从资金处理系统为安全保密要求出发,强调了识别签名的重要性,基于公开钥密码体制,为解决签名纠纷,提出了一种可用于电子资金处理系统的数字签名算法,对算法的正确性进行了证明,并对算法的保密强度进行了分析。     

The mechanism study on annealing embrittlement of Al_(88)Ce_2Ni_9Fe_1 metallic glass

The mechanism of annealing embrittlement of Al88Ce2Ni9Fe1 metallic glass is studied by using SAXS. For this alloy the activation energy for embrittlement, Eb=(160±10) kJ·mol-1 is obtained It approaches the value of the activation energy for crystallization, Ec= (170± 10} kJ·mol-1 . The significant change in SAXS intensity is observed as the sample transformed from the ductile to the brittle state. About 0. 1 volume fraction of Al crystalline particle and 60 m2/cm3 of specific inner surface between crystalline and amorphous phase appear as the sam ple transformed from the ductile to the brittle state. The annealing embrittlement is caused by crystallization of this alloy.     

简单断面型钢孔型设计绘图软件的建立

本文介绍了在Apple-Ⅱ微机上开发的简单断面型钢CARD绘图软件。通过建立绘图指令模拟子程序模块和绘图基本功能子程序模块,使廉价的Apple-Ⅱ微机也可用于型钢孔型图的绘制。该软件系统由各种简单断面型钢孔型的绘图程序构成,采用汉字显示人机对话方式,操作方便,绘图迅速,可以提高孔型设计者的工作效率。     

基于GPRS的远程监控系统总体设计与实现

对于远程的、危险的、离散的、分布式的环境,如：各种辐射源、污染源的检测,热、电、水、油、气各种管路的监测与控制等,这样的环境工作人员不宜到达或不宜长时工作却又需要实时监测与定时上报数据。针对这一需求,本文提出了基于GPRS通信模块、51单片机为主体的远程监控系统的实现方案。该系统具有成本低、实时监测、定时上报监测数据、基于互联网的自动管理等特点,可以应用到河流污染管理、热力站、电力站、城市智能公交、军事对抗训练等领域。本文侧重论述系统的总体设计,分系统的组成及功能。     

传统TCP拥塞控制算法的改进

通过对传统TCP拥塞控制算法的特点和缺陷的深入分析,针对其缺陷引入了缓冲区动态调节算法,基于AsixOS的TCP/IP协议栈对缺陷进行了改善,使改进后的TCP拥塞控制算法实现了根据网络拥塞状况,动态调节接收端缓冲区大小,从而改善TCP的效率,提高系统的吞吐量。最后对TCP拥塞算法改进的效果进行了测试。     

在ASIXOS上实现WDTU的DNS功能

WDTU（Wireless Data Terminal Unit）是实现将数据通过无线网络（GPRS／CDMA）传输到以太网上数据中心的终端设备。在本设计中,利用ASIXOS丰富的协议资源及其对DNS功能的支持,结合花生壳客户端软件,使WDTU实现了DNS功能,提高了该终端设备的灵活性,方便了用户的使用,而且扩大了设备的适用范围,提高了产品的竞争力。
