This paper deals with a robust stability problem for uncertain Lur’e systems with time-varying delays and sector-bounded nonlinearities. An improved delay-dependent robust stability criterion is proposed via a modified Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) approach. Firstly, a modified LKF consisting of delay-dependent matrices and double-integral items under two delay subintervals is constructed, thereby making full use of the delay and its derivative information. Secondly, the stability criteria can be expressed as convex linear matrix inequality (LMI) via the properties of quadratic function application. Thirdly, to further reduce the conservatism of stability criteria, the quadratic generalized free-weighting matrix inequality (QGFMI) is used. Finally, some numerical examples, including the Lur’e system and the general linear time-delayed system, are presented to show the improvement of the proposed approach.

The serious warpage issues of ultrathin chip-on-flex (UTCOF) assembly induced by mismatched thermal stresses have greatly affected the mechanical stability and reliability of emerging ultrathin chip packaging technology. Currently, a theoretical prediction as a convenient and straightforward approach is still lacked for describing effectively the thermal-mechanical behavior of UTCOF during the adhesive curing and cooling process. In consideration of the adhesive thickness approximating to ultrathin chip and flexible substrate thickness, we develop a layerwise-model of ultrathin chip-adhesive-flex structure under plain strain condition, where the behavior of thick adhesive bonding can be described precisely through increasing the subdivided mathematical plies. Further, the analytical results show that the concave and convex forms of ultrathin chip warpage yield at the end of the curing and cooling process respectively. Meanwhile, the effects of its structure dimensions and material properties are also revealed for discussing a way to relieve the extent of ultrathin chip warpage. Additionally, in order to verify the validity of the theoretical prediction, we also introduce the corresponding numerical technique and experimental method. These results suggest that a kind of rigid and ultrathin flexible substrate such as metal foil should be adopted for small warpage of ultrathin assembly.  相似文献

This paper studies the distributed average computation problem for multiple time‐varying signals with bounded inputs. Based only on relative output measurements, a pair of continuous algorithms with, respectively, static and adaptive coupling strengths are designed and utilized. From the concept of boundary layer approach, the proposed continuous algorithm with static coupling strengths can asymptotically obtain the average value of the multiple reference signals without chattering phenomenon. Furthermore, for the case of algorithms with adaptive coupling strengths, the calculation errors are uniformly ultimately bounded and exponentially converge to a small adjustable bounded set. We investigate in this note solution properties of semidefinite programming (SDP) relaxation for 0-1 quadratic knapsack problem (QKP). In particular, we focus on the issue of uniqueness of the optimal solution to the SDP relaxation for QKP. We first give a counterexample which shows that the optimal solution to the SDP relaxation for QKP could be non-unique. This is in contrast with the case of unconstrained 0-1 quadratic problems. A necessary and sufficient condition is then derived to ensure the uniqueness of the optimal solution to the SDP relaxation for QKP.  相似文献

3D face reconstruction from skull has been investigated deeply by computer scientists in the past two decades because it is important for identification. The dominant methods construct 3D face from the soft tissue thickness measured at a set of landmarks on skull. The quantity and position of the landmarks are very vital for 3D face reconstruction, but there is no uniform standard for the selection of the landmarks. Additionally, the acquirement of the landmarks on skull is difficult without manual assistance. In this paper, an automatic 3D face reconstruction method based on a hierarchical dense deformable model is proposed. To construct the model, the skull and face samples are acquired by CT scanner and represented as dense triangle mesh. Then a non-rigid dense mesh registration algorithm is presented to align all the samples in point-to-point correspondence. Based on the aligned samples, a global deformable model is constructed, and three local models are constructed from the segmented patches of the eye, nose and mouth. For a given skull, the globe and local deformable models are iteratively matched with it, and the reconstructed facial surface is obtained by fusing the globe and local reconstruction results. To validate the presented method, a measurement in the coefficient domain of a face deformable model is defined. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method has good performance for 3D face reconstruction from skull.  相似文献
