三维PDP放电过程数值模拟软件

介绍了三维PDP放电过程模拟软件，该软件可较真实地反映放电单元的实际情况，对放电性能进行优化设计，且具有通用性强、界面友好、使用方便、功能完善等特点。可对不同结构、不同气体成份、不同驱动电压及波形等情况进行计算。     

一种高速浮点加法器的设计实现

浮点加法器是协处理器的核心运算部件，是实现浮点指令各种运算的基础，其设计优化是提高浮点运算速度和精度的关键途径。文章从浮点加法器算法和电路实现的角度给出设计方法，并且提出动态与静态结合设计进位链的方案以及前导O预测面积与速度的折衷方法。动态与静态结合设计进位链的方法有效地降低了功耗，提高了速度，改善了性能。目前已经嵌入协处理器的设计中，并且流片测试成功。     

带有块间串扰MC-CDMA的时域信道估计和多用户检测

本文把带有IBI的MC-CDMA系统等效解释为特殊的直接序列码分多址（DS-CDMA）系统，并给出了相应的时域信道估计方法和时域线性最小均方误差（MMSE）多用户检测方法。仿真实验表明了本文方法的性能。     

Self-assembly of highly oriented palladium-based nanowires on mica surface

The self-assembly of various nanostructures is recently attracting a great deal of research attention. In this paper, we demonstrate that a palladium chloride aqueous solution, mixed with a proper ammonia solution, can produce Tetra-amminepalladous chloride (Pd(NH₃)₄Cl₂·H₂O) nanowires. These nanowires can spontaneously form the two-dimensional hexagon-oriented Pd(NH₃)₄Cl₂·H₂O arrays on mica surfaces. We can control the length and height of these nanowires by adjusting their deposit time on the mica substrate. This method can be potentially used in making sensors or in making templates to wire and position nanodevices.

Investigation on the Recrystallization Behaviour of Cold Deformed MP159 Alloy

The recrystallization behaviour of cold drawn MP159 alloy was investigated by optical and TEM examinations. It is found that the platelet ε phase in the MP alloy inhibits the recrystallization,and this effect makes the MP159 alloy with high recrystallization temperature of about 920℃.This inhibition mainly comes from the increasing of the interfacial energy, which results from the change of the coherent interfaces of (0001)hcp//(111)fcc into the incoherent interfaces when the recrystallizing grain fronts bypass the platelet ε martensite. The increasing of the interfacial energy also causes the dissolution of a few segments on the ε martensite platelets, which decreases the strength of the MP alloy
