本文基于静态相关性分析和动态调整相结合的方法，提出了一种逻辑程序的执行模型，它不仅开发了“与“并行，同进也开发了一定的“或“并行，从而有效地加速了逻辑程序的执行。     

重馏分油加氢脱氮反应动力学模型的研究

简要地介绍了一些典型的模型氮化物的ＨＤＮ反应规律。根据胜利ＶＧＯ在３７２２Ｂ催化剂上的大量ＨＤＮ实验数据，提出了如下的ＨＤＮ基本反应动力学方程：ｄＣＮｄｔ＝－ｋ１＋Ｋ＊ＣＮＣＮＰＨ２为了扩大上式的应用范围，详细分析了各种因素（如原料油种类和馏程及Ｈ２Ｓ等）对ＨＤＮ的影响，并开发了相应的经验关联式，从而得到了一个较完整的馏分油ＨＤＮ反应动力学模型。验证实验表明，该模型是成功的。     

An inhibitor of DNA topoisomerase I from Xenopus laevis ovaries

A novel, heat-resistant and Pronase-sensitive, inhibitor of eukaryotic DNA topoisomerase I has been purified from Xenopus laevis ovaries. Sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) of the most purified fraction revealed three bands with apparent molecular masses of 25, 28.5, and 33.5 kDa. The 25- and 33.5-kDa peptides recovered from an SDS-PAGE gel inhibited X. laevis DNA topoisomerase I. The purified inhibitor was specific to DNA topoisomerase I and did not inhibit other DNA enzymes tested. The inhibitor blocked the catalytic activity of DNA topoisomerase I by interacting with the enzyme, rather than by competing for binding sites on substrate DNA. Binding of DNA topoisomerase I to substrate DNA was blocked by the inhibitor, as was the cleavage reaction catalyzed by DNA topoisomerase I. Inhibition of DNA topoisomerase I was relieved by divalent cations Ca2+, Mg2+, or Mn2+.     

TNT-RDX混合废水处理的实验研究——生物-吸附法

介绍了在２５￣３５℃的温度下，用厌氧－兼氧－水生生物－吸附组合工艺处理ＴＮＴ和ＲＤＸ混合废水的方法，进行了日处理量为６０￣９００Ｌ的实验室放大实验。当ＴＮＴ和ＲＤＸ混合废水总浓度为４￣１２ｍｇ／Ｌ时，经过该工艺处理后可达到国家排放标准。其中厌氧－兼氧能去除废水中８０％以上的ＴＮＴ和ＲＤＸ，水生生物（水葫芦）对ＴＮＴ及ＲＤＸ也有一定的降解效果，最后用活性炭吸附可以实现深度处理。

The role of human leukocyte antigen in susceptibility and clinical manifestations of sarcoidosis

To investigate the association of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) with susceptibility and clinical manifestations of sarcoidosis. Fifty-five patients with sarcoidosis were studied by using allele group specific polymerase chain reaction technique (PCR). Our data show that: (1) the gene frequency of HLA-DR5 is significantly increased in patients with sarcoidosis, but that of HLA-DR7 decreased. (2) Gene frequencies of HLA-DR9 and HLA-DR5 are relatively increased in male patients and in patients with stage I and stage IIa, respectively. The results suggest that HLA-DR gene might contribute to the susceptibility as well as to the difference of clinical manifestations in sarcoidosis.     

Synthesis, characteristics and oxygen-sensitive properties of SrMgxTi 1 − xO3 nanocrystals

SrMg_xTi_{1 - x}O₃ nanocrystals (x = 0.1–0.6) were synthesized by the stearic acid gel method. Powder samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron (XP) spectroscopy. The results showed that the lattice parameter a and the O 1s XP spectrum changed not only with the Mg content x but also with the grain size d of the samples. The conductivity of a thick film specimen fabricated on an aluminium oxide wafer was investigated in a nitrogen—oxygen atmosphere.     

Applications of the finite difference techniques to the compensatedVIP 3 dB directional coupler

A new and simple compensated structure for a vertically installed planar (VIP) 3 dB directional coupler has been studied theoretically as well as experimentally by combining an improved 2-D-general finite difference (2-D-GFD) design procedure with a three-dimensional finite difference time domain (3-D-FDTD) method. The obtained full wave analysis results agree well with the measured ones. The investigations have shown that with this planar compensated structure, a better performance of the VIP coupler in the L-band can be realized by only using the same kind of dielectric substrate for its vertical and horizontal one     

A high-current and high-temperature 6H-SiC thyristor

A 6H-SiC thyristor has been fabricated and characterized. A forward breakover voltage close to 100 V and a pulse switched current density of 5200 A/cm² have been demonstrated. The thyristor is shown to operate under pulse gate triggering for turn-on and turn-off, with a rise time of 43 ns and a fall time of less than 100 ns. The forward breakover voltage is found to decrease by only 4% when the operating temperature is increased from room temperature to 300°C. It is found that anode ohmic contact resistance dominates the device forward drop at high current densities
