Herein, an innovative powder-cored wire arc additive manufacturing (PC-WAAM) process is proposed to fabricate γ-TiAl thin-walled intermetallic alloy. The metallography, phase composition, and mechanical properties at different thin-wall locations are characterized. The results show that the alternatively distributed layer-like microstructure composed of α2 (Ti3Al) and γ (TiAl) phases is obtained along the building direction. The content of α2 phase exhibits the tendency of decreasing from the bottom to top region. This unique microstructure characteristic is closely related to the typical thermal cycling history during deposition. Moreover, the tensile strength and microhardness of the top region are lower than the middle and bottom region. In general, the current PC-WAAM technique shows promising capability of fabricating γ-TiAl intermetallic alloy with low cost. This work becomes a valuable reference for understanding the evolution mechanism of microstructure and paves the way for the flexible and customized additive manufacturing of γ-TiAl alloy. 相似文献

为了消除电力电容器局部放电信号的噪声,提高电力电容器局部放电信号在线检测的有效性,提出基于小波变换阈值消噪方法的电力电容器局部放电信号提取方法。选择合适的小波基函数和分解层数对信号进行小波分解,确定合适的阈值规则以及阈值估计方法对小波分解系数进行阈值量化处理,从而得到消噪后的局部放电信号。以均方根误差RMSE和信噪比RSN为衡量指标,分析了小波基函数、分解层数、阈值规则和阈值估计方法等对消噪效果的影响。结果表明,当选择db2小波作为最优小波基函数,分解层数定为6层时,利用最大最小准则阈值估计法估计的阈值在软阈值规则下能有效提取电力电容器局部放电信号,达到了最优去噪效果。 相似文献

对V2O5自还原氮化过程进行热力学分析,并以工业级V2O5和炭黑为原料,经过混料、研磨、压制成块后进行烧结和还原氮化,制得含氮量较高的钒氮合金。结果表明,为了避免V2O5在还原过程中挥发,预还原温度应控制在V2O5熔点(678℃)以下;经过650℃预还原4h,试样中的V2O5才能全部转化为低价态的钒氧化物;V2O5在N2气氛下自还原时,还原终温低于1 271℃时,还原产物优先生成VN,还原终温高于1 271℃时,还原产物中才会出现大量VC;为保证还原产物的高氮和低碳含量,应将还原氮化最终温度控制在1 200~1 300℃。 相似文献

在碱性条件下,4-硝基重氮苯与盐酸异丙肾上腺素发生偶合反应,生成一种黄绿色产物。基于这一原理,建立了顺序注射分光光度法快速测定盐酸异丙肾上腺素的新方法。通过计算机控制系统程序,数据的采集和处理用FIAlab5.0软件进行。系统研究了顺序注射控制程序、进样顺序、反应管及流速、多种试剂的注入体积和浓度的影响以及pH值的影响。在最佳条件下,方法的线性范围是0.050~1.0μg/mL,检出限为0.03μg/mL,每小时可进样36次,每次分析仅消耗试剂0.105mL。相对标准偏差为3.0%(0.8μg/mL盐酸异丙肾上腺素,n=11)。干扰实验发现,一些常见的化学物质和药物添加剂不影响测定,本方法已用于水样、尿样、药物中异丙肾上腺素的测定,回收率在96.3%~103%之间。t-检测证明与药物标示量相符。 相似文献

Shear failure is catastrophic and occurs usually without advance warning; thus it is desirable that the beam fails in flexure rather than in shear. Many existing reinforced concrete (RC) members are found to be deficient in shear strength and need to be repaired. Externally bonded reinforcement such as carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) provides an excellent solution in these situations. To investigate the shear behavior of RC beams with externally bonded CFRP shear reinforcement, 11 RC beams without steel shear reinforcement were cast at the concrete laboratory of the New Jersey Institute of Technology. After the beams were kept in the curing room for 28?days, carbon-fiber strips and fabrics made by Sika Corp. were applied on both sides of the beams at various orientations with respect to the axis of the beam. All beams were tested on a 979?kN (220?kips) MTS testing machine. Results of the test demonstrate the feasibility of using an externally applied, epoxy-bonded CFRP system to restore or increase the shear capacity of RC beams. The CFRP system can significantly increase the serviceability, ductility, and ultimate shear strength of a concrete beam; thus, restoring beam shear strength by using CFRP is a highly effective technique. Software inspection is well-known as an effective means of defect detection. Nevertheless, recent research has suggested that the technique requires further development to optimize the inspection process. As the process is inherently group-based, one approach to improving performance is to attempt to minimize the commonality within the process and the group. This work proposes an approach to add diversity into the process by using a cognitively-based team selection mechanism. Nanoindentation technology is developing toward the in situ test which requires miniaturization of indentation instruments. This paper presents a miniaturization nanoindentation device based on the modular idea. It mainly consists of macro-adjusting mechanism, x-y precise positioning platform, z axis precise driving unit, and the load-depth measuring unit. The device can be assembled with different forms and has minimum dimensions of 200 mm × 135 mm × 200 mm. The load resolution is about 0.1 mN and the displacement resolution is about 10 nm. A new calibration method named the reference-mapping method is proposed to calibrate the developed device. Output performance tests and indentation experiments indicate the feasibility of the developed device and calibration method. This paper gives an example that combining piezoelectric actuators with flexure hinge to realize nanoindentation tests. Integrating a smaller displacement sensor, a more compact nanoindentation device can be designed in the future. 相似文献
