Phase equilibria studies in the CaO–SiO2–Al2O3–MgO system with CaO/SiO2 ratio of 0.9

Phase equilibria and liquidus temperatures in the CaO–SiO₂–Al₂O₃–MgO system at a CaO/SiO₂ weight ratio of 0.9 in the liquid phase have been experimentally determined employing high-temperature equilibration and quenching technique followed by electron probe X-ray microanalysis. Isotherms at 1573, 1623, 1673, and 1773 K were determined and the primary phase fields of wollastonite, melilite, olivine, periclase, spinel, and corundum have been located. Compositions of the olivine and melilite solid solutions were analyzed and discussed. Comparisons between the newly constructed diagram, existing data, and FactSage predicted phase diagrams were performed and differences were discussed. The present study will be useful for guidance of industrial practices and further development of thermodynamic modeling.

马迹塘大坝增设泄洪闸检修门的实践

马迹塘水电站为我国首座贯流式电站,大坝23孔泄洪闸没有设置检修门,工作弧门常年挡水而不能做启闭检修调试,出现门体锈蚀、止水撕裂、支铰发卡等严重危及泄洪闸安全运行的现象。经详细的技术、经济与施工难度比较后,选择了叠梁式检修闸门方案,在不降水位的情况下成功的设置了检修闸门。

Morphological characterization of attapulgite/poly(methyl methacrylate) particles prepared by soapless emulsion polymerization

BACKGROUND: The synthesis of core–shell inorganic/polymer nanocomposites, in which the polymer shell determines the chemical properties and the interaction with the environment, whereas their physical properties are governed by both the size and shape of the inorganic core and the surrounding organic layer, is an area of increasing research activity. RESULTS: Core–shell and bead–string shaped attapulgite/poly(methyl methacrylate) (ATP/PMMA) nanocomposite particles were prepared by soapless emulsion polymerization in an aqueous suspension of attapulgite organically modified with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide. CONCLUSION: Transmission electron microscopy analysis results showed that the amounts of the monomer added had no influence on the morphologies of the ATP/PMMA particles. The morphologies only depended on the length/diameter ratio of the attapulgite fibrillar single crystal used. Long ATP needles formed the bead–string structure while short ATP needles formed the core–shell structure. Copyright © 2007 Society of Chemical Industry

罗丹宁纤维富集─流动注射在线分析测定地质样品中微量银

试验了罗丹宁螯合纤维直接在酸性介质中分离富集Ａｇ的性能及其应用。结果表明，该纤维具有快速富集Ａｇ，易解脱，耐强酸，成本低，寿命长等优点。用于地质样品中Ａｇ的分离富集，结果满意。
