由于单一地质超前预报方法对复杂地质段预报的局限性,本文则主要通过地质编录法、瞬变电磁法、水平声波反射法三种方法的综合分析,避开各种方法局限性的影响,完成对复杂地质段的超前预报,同时成功预报一个次生断层以及该断层影响带宽度,并给施工提供合理建议,使得施工顺利进行。预报结果与实际开挖地质情况基本一致,取得了显著效果。因此,在面对复杂地质段时,应用地质编录法、瞬变电磁法、水平声波反射法综合评价地质情况,获取准确、可靠的地质超前预报结果,是一种高效、可行的组合方法之一。 相似文献

In order to study reasonable sintering technological parameters and appropriate copper powder size range of micro heat pipe
(MHP) with the sintered wick, the forming principle of copper powders in wicks and MHP’s heat transfer capabilities were first
analyzed, then copper powders with different cell sizes and dispersions were sintered in RXL-12-11 resistance furnace under
the protection of the hydrogen at different sintering temperatures for different durations of sintering time, and finally
the sintered wicks’ scanning electron microscope (SEM) images and their heat transfer capabilities were analyzed. The results
indicate that the wick sintered with copper powders of larger cell size or smaller size range has better sintering properties
and larger heat transfer capabilities; and that the increase of either sintering temperatures or sintering time also helps
to improve the wick’s sintering properties and heat transfer capabilities, and the former affects more obviously than the
latter. Considering both its manufacturing cost and performance requirements, it is recommended that copper powders with the
size range of 140–170 μm are sintered at 900–950°C for 30–60 min in practical manufacturing. In addition, two approaches to
improve wick’s porosity are also proposed through theoretical analysis, which suggests that the larger the wick’s porosity,
the better the heat transfer capabilities of the MHP. 相似文献

In order to investigate the temperature distribution, a three-dimensional finite element model (FEM) was developed to simulate
the temperature regime in the channels of double-loop inductor, and the simulated results were compared with experimental
data from low load trials of a 400 kW inductor. The results of numerical simulations, such as the temperature and Joule heating
rate, show reasonable correlation with experimental data. The results indicate that Joule heating rate and the temperature
reach the maximum at the corners and the minimum at the centre of the cross-section area. The temperature difference between
the inlet and outlet is in an inverse proportion to mass transport. Joule heating rate and the temperature are directly proportional
to power frequency. It is concluded that mass transport and power frequency play a critical role in determining the temperature
regime and Joule heating rate, the relative permeability of the magnetic core shows no significant influence on temperature
regime and Joule heating rate, when the relative permeability varies from 5 000 to 10 000. 相似文献

Ni-Co-Fe2O3 composite coatings were electrodeposited using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB)-modified Watt’s nickel bath with Fe2O3 particles dispersed in it. The effects of the plating parameters on the chemical composition, structural and morphological
characteristics of the electrodeposited Ni-Co-Fe2O3 composite coatings were investigated by energy dispersive X-ray (EDS) spectroscopy, X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and scanning
electron microscopy (SEM). The results reveal that Fe2O3 particles can be codeposited in the Ni-Co matrix. The codeposition of Fe2O3 particles with Ni-Co is favoured at high Fe2O3 particle concentration and medium stirring, and the deposition of Co is favoured at high concentration of CTAB. Moreover,
the study of the textural perfection of the deposits reveals that the presence of particles leads to the worsening of the
quality of the observed 〈220〉 preferred orientation. Composites with high concentration of embedded particles exhibit a preferred
crystal orientation of 〈111〉. The more the embedded Fe2O3 particles in the metallic matrix, the smaller the sizes of the crystallite for the composite deposits. 相似文献

In order to extract froth morphological feature, a bubble image adaptive segmentation method was proposed. Considering the
image’s low contrast and weak froth edges, froth image was coarsely segmented by using fuzzy c means (FCM) algorithm. Through
the attributes of size and shape pattern spectrum, the optimal morphological structuring element was determined. According
to the optimal parameters, some image noises were removed with an improved area opening and closing by reconstruction operation,
which consist of image regional markers, and the bubbles were finely separated from each other by watershed transform. The
experimental results show that the structural element can be determined adaptively by shape and size pattern spectrum, and
the froth image is segmented accurately. Compared with other froth image segmentation method, the proposed method achieves
much high accuracy, based on which, the bubble size and shape features are extracted effectively. 相似文献
