Conclusions 1. Adequate experience and knowledge has been accumulated in the Khimtekstil'mash NPO to make it possible to develop equipment for the manufacture of CF which conform to the contemporary world level. In recent years work on developing new equipment and improving existing equipment for the manufacture of CF have not received new development because of the lack of financing. One must also note the decrease in tempo of work on technological assurance, which is reflected in the technical level of equipment being developed.2. Upgrade of Systems Controlling Pneumatic Transport of Glass Batch Materials

An upgraded system for controlling pneumatic transportation of glass batch materials produced by the Stromizmeritel' JSC is considered. Comparative analysis of various schemes of control over the process of filling the pneumatic-cell pump with material is provided.     

Effect of the particle size ratio on the conductivity of conductor-insulator powder composites: Numerical simulation

A theoretical method for determining the percolation limit and effective conductivity of composites based on polydisperse mixtures of insulator and conductor powders is proposed. The effect of the particle size ratio between the insulator and conductor on the percolation limit and effective conductivity is studied. Testing procedure and results of tests performed on a VVÉR-1000 fuel assembly fragment in a MIR channel for a maximum anticipated accident

The testing procedure and the results of tests performed on a 19-element fragment of a VVéR-1000 fuel assembly in the channel of a MIR reactor under conditions of the second and third stage of a maximum anticipated accident are presented. The state arising in the reactor core with an uncompensated leak arising in the first cooling loop when a pipeline with the maximum diameter bursts (large leak) is studied in the experiment. In each case study, superheated steam cools the top part of the fuel elements. Linearization with respect to useful signal of relay control systems containing blocks with limiters

A method of linearization with respect to the useful signal of relay systems with the control plant containing blocks with limiters is proposed. Relay systems with two-position relay element are considered. The method allows studying the tracking mode of input signals in the relay system in a simple way. This is very important for synthesizing relay systems when a great number of variants need to be analyzed.
