In this paper, field experimental comparison is made between a small track-type experimental prototype skidder and a J-50 skidding tractor. Experimental data, including skidding productivity, soil compaction on skidding trails, and damage rate of the residual trees, are analyzed. The results indicate that with the condition of scattered skidding area and low skidding volume per cycle, small track-type experimental prototype skidder has advantage on working and a higher skidding productivity. It makes lower soil compaction to the skidding trails in the depth of 0-5 cm, 5-10 cm, and 10-15 cm. Under the same work conditions, the damage rate of the residual trees made by small track-type experimental prototype skidder is only 1/5 of those made by J-50 type skidding tractor. The damage rate is reduced by 80%.  相似文献

A facile scalable synthesis of hierarchical Sb/C micro-/nanohybrid has been addressed in this work,which possesses the advantages of both micrometer and nanometer scale structures as lithium-ion battery anode.Difunctional methacrylate monomers are used as solvent and carbon source as well.Liquid precursor of antimony(III) n-butoxide is dissolved in the resin monomer solution,and further incorporated into the cross-linking polymer network via photo polymerization.Through calcination in argon/hydrogen atmosphere,antimony nanoparticles are in situ formed by carbothermal reduction,and homogeneously embedded in the in situ formed micrometer sized carbon matrix.The morphology,structure,crystallinity,spatial dispersion,composition,and electrochemical performance of the Sb/C micro-/nanohybrid are systematically investigated.The cyclic and rate performance of the Sb/C micro-/nanohybrid anode have been effectively improved compared to the pure carbon anode.A reversible capacity of 362 m Ah g~(-1) is achieved with a reasonable mass loading density after 300 cycles at 66 m A g~(-1),corresponding to capacity retention of 79%.With reducing mass loading density,the reversible capacity reaches 793 m Ah g~(-1) after 100 cycles.Moreover,the electrochemical performance of Sb/C micro-/nanohybrid as sodium-ion battery anode is also investigated in this study.  相似文献

We have developed a novel approach to fabricate single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) library on magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) based on adaptor PCR. Each SNP locus in the library was interrogated by hybridization with a pair of allele specific dual-color fluorescence (Cy3, Cy5) probes to determine SNP. Two SNPs loci (M235T and A-6G) associated with essential hypertension in the angiotensinogen (AGT) gene were detected by this method and their fluorescent signals were quantified. The fluorescent ratios (match probe: mismatch probe signal) of homozygous genotypes were over 3.0, whereas heterozygous genotypes had ratios near to 1.0. Without any complex multiplex PCR procedure, it is a simple, efficient and reliable method for the multiplex SNPs detection using limited amount of DNA samples from individuals.  相似文献

A Laser Doppler Anemometer (LDA) is used to measure and study the flow field in the working chamber of a homogenizer. Flow Patterns, distributions of mean and fluctuating velocities, shear rates are obtained in details. The characteristics of the flow field and the basic principles of homogenizing are presented. 本文介绍了吉林油田现场试验研究的历程.建立了采用DNA鉴定用于微生物提高原油采收率的微生物的新技术.筛选出了用于现场试验的有用的微生物.通过就地注入糖蜜微生物单井吞吐与驱替试验,考察了油藏中被激活细菌的行为,原油收率,含水率及原油的粘度.代谢生物多糖的CJF-002用于现场试验中的微生物中最好的菌种.因为它可以使用糖蜜作为营养源,产生少量的CO2及大量的水不溶性的生物聚合物.它在油藏的代谢行为表明CJF-002具有微生物提高原油采收率良好潜力.  相似文献

China-type petroleum domains include onshore China and adjacent belts,which is enwrapped by Asia-type petroleum domain. Such small, intensively active continental nucleus did not generate a unified platform by continental overgrowth until the end of the Paleozoic, and was separated by the subducted and closed Tethys Sea during Mesozoic and Neozoic period, resulting in the most complex tectonic features in the world. Within the petroleum domains, the hydrocarbon-bearing Paleozoic, Mesozoic and Neozoic sequences were superimposed in a basin. With an exception of the active continental margin basins, the intra-cratonic basins had disappeared, and the foreland basins and rift basins were different from others in the world, so they can be called China-type basins.  相似文献

Tip decomposition has a pivotal role in mining cohesive subgraphs in bipartite graphs. It is a popular research topic with wide applications in document clustering, spam group detection, and analysis of affiliation networks. With the explosive growth of the bipartite graph data scale in these scenarios, it is necessary to use distributed methods to realize its effective storage. For this reason, this paper studies the problem of the tip decomposition on a bipartite graph in the distributed environment for the first time. Firstly, a new relay-based communication mode is proposed to realize effective message transmission when the given bipartite graph is decomposed in a distributed environment. Secondly, the Distributed Butterfly Counting (DBC) algorithm and the Distributed Tip Decomposition (DTD) algorithm are designed. In particular, a controllable parallel vertex activation strategy is proposed to solve the problem of memory overflow when DBC decomposes large-scale bipartite graphs. Finally, the message pruning strategy based on vertex priority and message validity pruning strategy are introduced to further improve the efficiency of the algorithm by reducing redundant communication and computing overhead. The experiment is deployed on the high-performance distributed computing platform of the National Supercomputing Center. The effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithms are verified by experiments on several real datasets.  相似文献

The isostructural and isoelectronic transition-metal-dichalcogenides 1T-TaS2 and 1T-TaSe2 are layered materials with intricate electronic structures.Combining the molecular beam epitaxy growth,scanning tunneling microscopy measurements and first-principles calculations,we prepare monolayer 1T-TaS2 and TaSe2 and explore their electronic structures at the atomic scale.Both two-dimensional(2D)compounds exhibit commensurate charge density wave phase at low temperature.The conductance mapping identifies the contributions from different Ta atoms to the local density of states with spatial and energy resolution.Both 1T-TaS2 and 1T-TaSe2 monolayer are shown to be insulators,while the former has a Mott gap and the latter is a regular band insulator.  相似文献
