We report a wire-shaped three-dimensional(3D)-hybrid supercapacitor with high volumetric capacitance and high energy density due to an interconnected 3D-configuration of the electrode allowing for large number of electrochemical active sites,easy access of electrolyte ions,and facile charge transport for flexible wearable applications.The interconnected and compact electrode delivers a high volumetric capacitance(gravimetric capacitance)of 73 F cm−3(2446 F g−1),excellent rate capability,and cycle stability.The 3D-nickel cobalt-layered double hydroxide onto 3D-nickel wire(NiCo LDH/3D-Ni)//the 3D-manganese oxide onto 3D-nickel wire(Mn3O4/3D-Ni)hybrid supercapacitor exhibits energy density of 153.3 Wh kg−1 and power density of 8810 W kg−1.The red lightemitting diode powered by the as-prepared hybrid supercapacitor can operate for 80 min after being charged for tens of seconds and exhibit excellent electrochemical stability under various deformation conditions.The results verify that such wire-shaped 3D-hybrid supercapacitors are promising alternatives for batteries with long charge–discharge times,for smart wearable and implantable devices.  相似文献

优质变压器钢板的现代生产工艺通常是于再结晶退火前后分两次进行冷轧,这种钢板具有定向晶粒组织,而且反复磁化耗损很小。其热轧带材厚度为2.0~2.6毫米。第一次冷轧的总道次压缩率为60~70%,第二次冷轧约为55~65%。第一次冷轧后的带材厚度为0.70~0.85毫米。这种带材在四辊式单机架或串列轧机上冷轧。近来,越来越多地采用MKW轧机或20辊轧机。在第二次冷轧前,带材要在连续退火工段用具有可调保护性气氛的塔式或卧式退火炉进行再结晶退火。保护性气氛是通过分解氨获得H_2,并混入水蒸汽使之达到所要求的H_2O/H_2的比值。该比值这样选取,即使得带材在最佳的脱碳情况下,其表面不发生显著的氧化作用。  相似文献

This paper describes a simple biomolecule-assisted solvothermal approach to fabricate the three-dimensional (3D) Sb2S3 microsphere with a wealth of novel morphologies in the presence of L-cysteine, which served as both the sulfur source and the directing molecule in the formation of antimony sulfide nanostructures. The effects of different solvents, and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) on the morphology, structure, and phase composition of the as-prepared Sb2S3 products were discussed. The formation of 3D dandelionlike Sb2S3 microsphere was probably via the mechanism of the orientated aggregation growth of the Sb2S3 particles under the complexing action of L-cysteine, and co-action of the surfactant PVP. The absorption spectra of as-prepared 3D dandelionlike Sb2S3 structures show an optical shoulder band gap of 1.81 eV, which is near to the optimum for photovoltaic conversion.  相似文献

A series of comparative laboratory-scale experiments were carried out in the Lhasa plateau and the Hefei plain respectively to investigate the characteristics of flame spread over the extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam, a typical thermal insulation material. Flame shape and the temperature profile in solid phase were monitored, and the effects of altitude on the heat transfer process were analyzed. The results show that the temperature rise with time undergoes three stages: the preheating stage, the melting stage and the pyrolysis stage. The durations of the melting and pyrolysis stages on plateau are longer than that in plain, which sequentially results in a lower flame spread rate on plateau. Comparing of the temperature change rate curve on plateau with that in plain, it is found that the peak characteristics of the curves in the pyrolysis stage changed from single peak to multi-peaks, which suggests that the altitude difference might change the pyrolysis mechanisms of XPS material. Moreover, the sample scale effects on flame spread are also explored. Two different regimes are found in flame spread behavior with sample scale at the both altitudes. The spread rate drops with sample scale in convection regime and rises in radiation regime.  相似文献

In order to supply sufficient microsatellite loci for high-density linkage mapping, whole genome shotgun (WGS) sequences of the common carp (Cyprinus carpio) were assembled and surveyed for microsatellite identification. A total of 79,014 microsatellites were collected which were harbored in 68,827 distinct contig sequences. These microsatellites were characterized in the common carp genome. Information of all microsatellites, including previously published BAC-based microsatellites, was then stored in a MySQL database, and a web-based database interface (http://genomics.cafs.ac.cn/ssrdb) was built for public access and download. A total of 3,110 microsatellites, including 1,845 from WGS and 1,265 from BAC end sequences (BES), were tested and genotyped on a mapping family with 192 individuals. A total of 963 microsatellites markers were validated with polymorphism in the mapping family. They will soon be used for high-density linkage mapping with a vast number of polymorphic SNP markers.  相似文献

How to find early gastric cancer cells in vivo is a great challenge for the diagnosis and therapy of gastric cancer. This study is aimed at investigating the feasibility of using fluorescent magnetic nanoparticle (FMNP)-labeled mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) to realize targeted imaging and hyperthermia therapy of in vivo gastric cancer. The primary cultured mouse marrow MSCs were labeled with amino-modified FMNPs then intravenously injected into mouse model with subcutaneous gastric tumor, and then, the in vivo distribution of FMNP-labeled MSCs was observed by using fluorescence imaging system and magnetic resonance imaging system. After FMNP-labeled MSCs arrived in local tumor tissues, subcutaneous tumor tissues in nude mice were treated under external alternating magnetic field. The possible mechanism of MSCs targeting gastric cancer was investigated by using a micro-multiwell chemotaxis chamber assay. Results show that MSCs were labeled with FMNPs efficiently and kept stable fluorescent signal and magnetic properties within 14 days, FMNP-labeled MSCs could target and image in vivo gastric cancer cells after being intravenously injected for 14 days, FMNP-labeled MSCs could significantly inhibit the growth of in vivo gastric cancer because of hyperthermia effects, and CCL19/CCR7 and CXCL12/CXCR4 axis loops may play key roles in the targeting of MSCs to in vivo gastric cancer. In conclusion, FMNP-labeled MSCs could target in vivo gastric cancer cells and have great potential in applications such as imaging, diagnosis, and hyperthermia therapy of early gastric cancer in the near future.  相似文献

Ginsenosides, the major chemical composition of Chinese white ginseng (Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer), can inhibit tumor, enhance body immune function, prevent neurodegeneration. In this paper, for the first time we reported that the amount of ginsenosides in the equivalent extraction of the nanoscale Chinese white ginseng particles (NWGP) was 2.5 times more than that of microscale Chinese white ginseng particles (WGP). And the extractions from NWGP (1000 microg/ml) reached a high tumor inhibition of 64% exposed to human lung carcinoma cells (A549) and 74% exposed to human cervical cancer cells (Hela) after 72 h. Our work shows that the nanoscale Chinese WGP greatly improves the bioavailability of ginsenosides.  相似文献
