采用丁腈-40液体橡胶对环氧体系进行增韧,研究了丁腈-40液体橡胶含量、甲组分处理温度及时间对所制备环氧结构胶剪切强度的影响。结果显示:环氧树脂和橡胶的最佳质量比为10∶1;所得结构胶室温固化24h,室温剪切强度最高可达22.4 MPa,具有良好的力学性能。  相似文献

Of concern to regulators and fire safety engineers is how flexible polyurethane foam drips and flows during burning. Specifically, flexible polyurethane foam forms a burning ‘pool’ of liquid as the foam decomposes, which can lead to accelerated flashover events. To fully study this phenomenon where the ‘pool fire’ accelerates heat release, large‐scale tests like the furniture calorimeter (American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) E1537) are used, and no small‐scale technique exists. In this paper, we present our work in developing a new sample holder that works with a bench‐scale heat release test, the cone calorimeter (ASTM E1354). The holder was built upon designs developed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology, which placed the foam in a cage in a vertical orientation during cone calorimeter testing. In this paper, we show the schematics for this test apparatus, as well as results obtained with this apparatus on four different flexible foams (shape memory and high‐density foam, flame retarded and non‐flame retarded). We compare the results from the vertical testing with that obtained via traditional horizontal ASTM E1354 testing. The advantages and disadvantages of this new apparatus are discussed in this paper. COMPNET is an educational software package being used as a teaching tool to study, analyze, and design computer networks. This package is an interactive, user-friendly, entirely menu-driven, and graphics-oriented software tool, implemented for the Apple's MacPlus and Digital's VAX 11/780. The authors describe the applications of this package, and cover topics in graph theory, centralized network design, and queuing systems. The software work has been successfully implemented and classroom-tested by the authors at both the undergraduate and graduate level. 将天然纳米纤维材料及活性球形掺合料复合应用于高性能混凝土中,用以改善高性能混凝土的二级界面,探讨胶凝材料的颗粒紧密堆积及显微结构。对混凝土力学性能的研究表明:改善混凝土的二级界面,可以大幅度提高其抗弯强度和弹性模量;对耐久性的研究表明,由于加入了纳米纤维材料,改善了体系颗粒级配及二级界面显微结构,增加了体系密实度,是提高混凝土抗冻性、抗渗性的有效途径。因而,研究高性能混凝土的二级界面显微结构,对于提高高性能混凝土的宏观物理力学性能及耐久性存在巨大潜能。  相似文献

Environmental regulations are forcing the reformulation of many decorative and protective coatings systems. In particular, air-drying solventborne alkyd paints need to meet increasingly stringent emission limits and often must be reformulated with suitable exempt solvents or reactive diluents to achieve volatile organic compound (VOC) reduction. In the research summarized in this article, a new reactive diluent, tetra(2,7-octadienyl) titanate, was synthesized and evaluated in alkyd formulations for VOC reduction and property enhancement. A soy-based long-oil alkyd resin; a soy-based high-solids, long-oil alkyd resin; and a linseed-based, high-solids long-oil alkyd resin were evaluated in combination with the new reactive diluent at weight percentages ranging from 10% to 50%. Characterization included measuring viscosity, film dry times, and film performance of the reactive diluent formulations in comparison to neat alkyd resins used as control. The tetra(2,7-octadienyl) titanate formulations consistently exhibited reduced viscosities and dry times as a function of concentration. The resulting films were harder and more thoroughly cured than the control systems.  相似文献

Dufour Gland Contents of Ants of the Cataglyphis bicolor Group   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The species of desert-dwelling ants of the Cataglyphis bicolor (Hymenoptera: Formicidae) group are difficult to distinguish by morphological features. Analysis of the secretion from the Dufour glands of workers of a number of colonies was undertaken to see if it provided a clear test of species. Linked 6c-ms showed in all samples straight and branched-chain alkanes, linear alkenes, ketones, aldehydes, acetates, and a group of C22 to C28 esters not previously identified in this genus. Contents of the Dufour glands of C. savignyi from Tunisia and Egypt were similar, and comprised straight and branched-chain alkanes, alkenes and small amounts of esters. C. bicolor from Tunisia contained compounds similar to C. savignyi but was distinguished from the latter by larger amounts of the esters. The major compound in the glands of C. viaticus was tridecane, in contrast to the pentadecane of other species. It also contained a branched alkane, 3-methyltridecane as a major component. Branched-chain esters and a wide variety of acetates were also found in this species. C. diehlii had a limited range of compounds, with branched alkanes almost completely absent and high proportions of pentadecene and dodecyl acetate. C. bombycinus, a sympatric species, but recognized as not belonging to the bicolor group by its different mandibular gland substances, was notable in having butanoate esters in its Dufour glands. Despite these differences among species, both the great variability of individuals from a single colony and the among between conspecific colonies make species diagnosis from a few individuals difficult, in contrast with postpharyngeal glands, which, as recently reported, give a clearer indication of species.  相似文献
