采用超高真空无容器悬浮熔炼技术使液态Fe和Ni的过冷度分别达200和235K,借助量热法测定出其比热各为48.6和40.5J·mol~(-1)·K~(-1).据此精确计算出深过冷Fe和Ni快速结晶的热力学驱动力△G_(LS),并与Turnbull模型和Dubey-Ramachandrarao模型的近似计算结果相比较,发现这两种近似模型在过冷度超过100K时均产生大于1%的偏差.进一步分析发现,△G_(LS)的计算偏差对深过冷液态金属中晶体形核率的影响极大,因此快速凝固研究中应尽可能精确计算△G_(LS).  相似文献

Flocculation, adsorption onto powered activated carbon (PAC), and ultrafiltration (UF), alone and in combination, were tested for tertiary treatment of the secondary effluent from municipal wastewater treatment at the Ashkelon plant (in southern Israel). Encouraging and reliable results of total organic carbon (TOC) of <3 mg/l were achieved with a combination of 130 mg/l FeCl3, 0.6 g/l PAC and UF. The relative contribution of the UF membrane to the reduction of TOC changed with the molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) of the membrane, from a negligible 2.9% for a 100-kDa-MWCO membrane to 17% for 10- and 2-kDa membranes. The latter membranes, however, developed significant fouling, with a 35% drop in flux during first 30 min of the filtration cycle. The flux drop for the 50- and 100-kDa membranes was in the low range of 3%. The optimal MWCO interval of 20- to 50-kDa in combination with flocculation/PAC pretreatment gave a significant reduction in organic content with minimal membrane fouling. Detailed GC–MS analysis showed that the combined treatment gave very efficient retention of organic compounds with molecular weights below 800 Da, with the consequent absence of harmful compounds in the tertiary effluent. It was therefore concluded that the recommended flocculation/adsorption protocol constitutes an effective pretreatment for UF and that the obtained tertiary effluent can be used for unrestricted irrigation.  相似文献

The effects of food intake and carbohydrate administration on fatty acid Δ9-desaturation were investigated in isolated microsomes from Triatoma infestans fat body. Fifth instar nymphs, which were solely blood-fed just after the molt and then fasted, were used as controls and for determination of optimal assay conditions. Both [1-14C]palmitic and [1-14C]stearic acids in a medium containing ATP, CoA, MgCl2, NADH, NaF, and O2 were tested. For the control group, optimal conditions were a pH of 6.8–7.2, an incubation temperature of 29°C, and an incubation time of 10 min. Δ9-desaturation depended on the presence of reduced pyridine dinucleotides; NADH and NADPH were equally efficient. Stearic acid showed a higher apparent V max than palmitic acid, but the apparent K m were very similar. When fifth instar nymphs were blood-fed weekly, a marked increase of Δ9-desaturation was observed for both acids. Higher desaturation activity was also induced by injection of the carbohydrate trehalose into the hemolymph of fasted nymphs. The introduction of carbon charges on the use of fossil fuels in China would have a progressive impact on income distribution. This outcome, which contrasts to the regressive distributional impact found in most studies of carbon charges in industrialized countries, is driven primarily by differences between urban and rural expenditure patterns. If carbon revenues were recycled on an equal per capita basis via a ‘sky trust,’ the progressive impact would be further enhanced: low-income (mainly rural) households would receive more in sky-trust dividends than they pay in carbon charges, and high-income (mainly urban) households would pay more than they receive in dividends. Thus a Chinese sky trust would contribute to both lower fossil fuel consumption and greater income equality.  相似文献

Here, a new method for enhancing the photoelectrochemical properties of carbon nitride thin films by in situ supramolecular‐driven preorganization of phenyl‐contained monomers in molten sulfur is reported. A detailed analysis of the chemical and photophysical properties suggests that the molten sulfur can texture the growth and induce more effective integration of phenyl groups into the carbon nitride electrodes, resulting in extended light absorption alongside with improved conductivity and better charge transfer. Furthermore, photophysical measurements indicate the formation of sub‐bands in the optical bandgap which is beneficial for exciton splitting. Moreover, the new bands can mediate hole transfer to the electrolyte, thus improving the photooxidation activity. The utilization of high temperature solvent as the polymerization medium opens new opportunities for the significant improvement of carbon nitride films toward an efficient photoactive material for various applications.  相似文献

Different polyurethanes were synthesized by varying the diol as well as the diisocyanate components and chain extenders. Polyurethanes with OH-groups were obtained by photo- and thermoinitiation of the radical polymerization of hydroxy alkyl acrylates in the presence of the polyurethanes. The polymers were evaluated with respect to their biocompatibility by measuring the cell spreading, the rates of DNA- and protein synthesis and the swelling behaviour. The differences in the surfaces and the bulks between the selected basic polyurethane and the functionalized modification were determined and characterized by XPS, FTIR-ATR and 13C-FT-NMR-spectroscopy. The mechanical data of Tecoflex EG 60D® and Pellethane 2363–80AE® were compared with the data of the synthesized polyurethanes.  相似文献

This report describes the daily changes in fatty acid composition and fatty acid desaturation in rats feeding on a complete diet and a fat-free diet successively. Rats on a complete diet showed a good homeostasis in the percentage of fatty acid in plasma, with a possible palmitic acid rhythm, but the fat-free diet initiated an essential fatty acid-deficient pattern in a few hours. The light-dark period in animals feeding on a complete diet motivates a feeding rhythm that causes changes in linoleic and arachidonic acids in the whole liver and microsomes that are related to Δ6 and Δ5 desaturase activities. The patterns of Δ6 and Δ5 desaturase changes were different. Linoleic acid intake during the dark periods (complete diet feeding) caused a decrease of Δ6 desaturase activity and the activation of Δ5 desaturation that led to an increase of arachidonic acid biosynthesis. The feeding of a fat-free diet eliminated the rhythm observed in linoleic and arachidonic acid composition in the liver and changed the desaturase rhythms. The Δ9 desaturase activity in the liver also showed a daily rhythm in the complete-diet period that disappeared with the change to a fat-free diet, while the activity increased markedly. A negative correlation existed between the percentage of linoleic acid in the liver and the Δ9 desaturase activity. However, no correlation was found between Δ9 desaturase activity and the percentage of 16∶1 and 18∶1 in the complete-diet period.  相似文献
