射线诱导的细胞凋亡过程中端粒酶表达及其活性

利用原位端粒酶-凋亡双染色法检测A549细胞和L02细胞hTERT和凋亡双表达，端粒序列扩增检测(TRAP)方法检测群体细胞端粒酶活性，研究γ射线照射人肿瘤细胞和正常细胞后端粒酶的表达变化与凋亡-发生的关系。结果表明，1—SGy照射后24—72h，A549细胞和L02细胞内hTERT表达增强，端粒酶和凋亡双染色阳性细胞随照射剂量的提高而增多；在凋亡发生的过程中，群体细胞端粒酶活性呈剂量依赖性增强，提示放射线诱导人肿瘤和正常细胞凋亡可能不是通过直接抑制端粒酶活性的机制；而辐射诱导端粒酶活性增高可能是细胞修复辐射损伤的机制之一。

基于双距离场的三维中心路径提取算法

在真实的三维数据场中,自动地提取中心路径是实现自动漫游的关键问题.为了解决当前中心路径自动 提取算法中存在的效果差,计算量大的问题,提出了一种基于双距离场的快速三维中心路径提取算法,该算法对于 任意给定可连通的起点和终点,首先建立基于起点的源距离场和基于边界的边界距离场,然后通过两个距离场的 共同约束来快速地提取出一条连接起点和终点的中心路径,同时为了保证漫游的效果,还采用3次B样条曲线对 所获取的路径进行了光滑,最后在PC机平台上实现和测试了该算法,实验结果证明,该算法不仅速度快、效果好, 而且具有很高的灵活性.     

Transient spinodal decomposition during annealing of rapidly solidified Al-10Sr alloy

Rapidly solidified Al-10Sr alloy ribbons were prepared using a single roller melt spinning technique. The annealing process of the rapidly solidified Al-10Sr alloy has been carried out using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The microstructure of as-annealed Al-10Sr alloy has been characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The equilibrium AUSr phase is dominant in the as-annealed alloy. Besides the Al4Sr phase, an AlSr phase is also found in the alloy isothermally annealed at 873 K for 90 min. Furthermore, a modulated nanostructure was observed in the alloy isothermally annealed at 873 K for 90 min. With further prolonged annealing time, however, the AlSr phase disappears in the as-annealed alloy. The dependence of particle size and growth rate on annealing time as well as the modulated structure shows that the occurrence of the AlSr phase may be due to the spinodal decomposition.

The hydration characteristics and expansion machanism of expansive cement at low<Emphasis Type="Italic">W/B</Emphasis> ratio

The hydration characteristics and expansion impetus of three kinds of cement paste under free-and confined-curing conditions were investigated, which were respectively mixed with three different kinds of expansive agent at low W/B ratio. The results show that the hydration products of pure cement paste and paste mixed with expansive agent are same, but the amount of hydration products, un-hydrated C₃S and C₂S are obviously different at the same hydration age. At 3 d age, the amount of CH in pure cement paste is less than that of paste mixed with expansive agent, but it is reverse when at 28 d age. The amount of AFt at 3d and 28d age in pure cement paste is less than those of paste mixed with expansive agent. Regardless of under free- or confined-curing condition, the amount of ettringite produced varies little since 3d age. The joint effect of the tumefaction of gel-ettringite due to water absorption and the expansive pressure on the pore caused by the crystalloid ettringite is the cause of the volume expansion of cement paste, and the former effect is much greater than the latter.
