针对目前监控系统监测点分散、数量大、信息统计难的问题,提出了一种基于射频识别(RFID)技术和GPRS技术的远程监控系统,进行了系统的总体设计,给出了详细的手持读写器硬件和软件设计,主要包括射频读写模块、GPRS模块、主控制器模块等。射频读写模块采集数据后,通过GPRS模块将数据上传至上位机进行分类管理,实现了监控系统自动化,提高了管理效率。整个系统采用锂电池供电,成本低,使用方便,安全可靠。 相似文献

The 5-axis tool positioning strategy named rotary contact method (RCM) for sculptured surfaces machining has been developed in our previous paper (Wengang Fan et al., J Manuf Sci E-T ASME 134(2):021004.1-021004.6, 2012). The RCM finds the optimal tool positions by rotating the tool backward based on the offset surface instead of the design surface, and can generate big machined strip width without gouging. However, the RCM only deals with concave sculptured surfaces machining well at present, and the special property of convex sculptured surfaces machining has not been fully exploited. To resolve this problem, the general convex sculptured surfaces machining using the RCM is implemented in this paper. Firstly, the tool position error distribution for different tool feed directions is deeply investigated. It is concluded that the best tool feed direction is collinear with the maximum direction of curvature, which is completely opposite to the case for concave sculptured surfaces machining. Then the relationship between the key parameters in the RCM and the tool position error distribution as well as the tool path generation is totally discussed. Finally, machining simulation and cutting experiment of a convex sculptured surface example are performed. The results show that the RCM can apparently raise the efficiency of manufacturing process by contrast with the algorithm in the software UG for convex sculptured surfaces machining. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThe character and cause of sliver defect on IF steel sheet surface are studied by means of SEM, unstable flow in mould could induce surface velocity and level fluctuations, leading to surface defects during continuous casting of steel. The nozzle clogging is a serious problem during the continuous casting of steel, due to its influence on the casting operations and products quality. In this study, the nail dipping method for measuring surface velocity and flow direction in molten steel were employed. The fluid flow in mould of whole casting sequence was investigated, especially during the nozzle clogging conditions. The results showed that when nozzle clogging occurred in the 7th heat, the flow velocities on R and L side of nozzle were 0.280 and 0.402?m/s, respectively. The surface defect ratio of hot-rolled and cold-rolled plates increases with the increase of heat flux deviation on both sides of the mould copper. The different clogging per cent on both sides of the nozzle will lead to asymmetry flow, the surface velocity is higher with the small clogging per cent side compared to that of relatively large per cent clogging side. 相似文献

The uniform distribution of gas solids flow across parallel cyclones is required for high efficiency. In this study, we introduced mass flow rate ratio between solids and gas (CT) to present multi‐phase interaction. And the direct Liapunov method is used to detect the instability of uniformity. Due to the special symmetry in this system, the criterion can be simplified into identifying the concavity (concave or convex) of pressure drop across a single cyclone with respect to CT. Then, based on the stability analysis of uniformity, a novel design principle is provided to prevent non‐uniform distribution at dense phase. The effect of geometrical factor, i.e. dimensionless vortex finder diameter dr, on the stability of uniformity has been further investigated. The phase diagram, illustrating the effects of both operational parameter (CT) and geometrical parameter (dr) on stability of uniformity is calculated to give a clue of designing a robust parallel cyclones system. © 2016 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 62: 4251–4258, 2016 相似文献
