采用试管二倍稀释法和牛津杯琼脂点扩散交叉拮抗法,分析了补中益气丸、参苓白术片、归脾丸和健胃消食片四种食药同源类中药制剂对嗜热链球菌、屎肠球菌、肠链球菌、瑞士乳杆菌和植物乳杆菌五种乳酸菌生长的影响。结果表明,四种中药水提液对嗜热链球菌的生长均有不同程度的促进作用,其中参苓白术片浓度在6.25~100.0mg/mL时增菌作用最突出;四种中药水提液均抑制屎肠球菌和肠链球菌两种肠球菌的生长;浓度为6.25mg/mL的补中益气丸和12.5mg/mL的归脾丸分别对瑞士乳杆菌和植物乳杆菌有促进作用,其它浓度的中药水提液都抑制两种菌的生长。 相似文献

The effects of high pressures and thermal pasteurization on the survival of microorganisms, enzyme inactivation and quality changes of guava puree during storage at 4°C were investigated and compared with untreated samples. After treatment at a pressure of 600MPa and 25°C for 15 min, the microorganisms in guava puree were inactivated to less than 10 cfu mL−1 and the product exhibited no change in colour, pectin, cloud and ascorbic acid content as compared with fresh samples. The inactivation of enzymes in guava puree by thermal pasteurization was greater than by high pressures. The microbial count in guava puree reduced to 200 cfu mL−1 and the product showed marked changes in viscosity, turbidity and colour when heated at 88–90°C for 24s. The content of pectin, cloud and ascorbic acid as well as colour in untreated and high pressurized (400MPa) guava puree gradually decreased, whereas these changes were not observed in pasteurized (88–90°C) and high pressurized (6000MPa) puree during storage at 4°C for 60 days. The guava puree treated at 600MPa and 25°C for 15 min retained good quality similar to the freshly extracted puree after storage at 4°C for 40 days. 相似文献

Scope : In this study, we evaluated the efficacy of lycopene against the growth of prostate cancer in vivo. Methods and results : Athymic nude mice were implanted subcutaneously with human androgen‐independent prostate carcinoma PC‐3 cells. They were supplemented with a low or a high dose of lycopene (4 and 16 mg/kg) and a single dose of β‐carotene (16 mg/kg) twice a week for 7 wk. At the end of the experiment, both lycopene and β‐carotene strongly inhibited the tumor growth, as evidenced by the decrease in tumor volume and tumor weight. High‐dosage lycopene and β‐carotene significantly decreased the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen in tumor tissues and increased the levels of insulin‐like growth factor‐binding protein‐3 in plasma. In addition, high‐dosage lycopene supplementation significantly decreased the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) levels in plasma. In contrast, β‐carotene supplementation significantly increased the VEGF levels, as compared with tumor control group. Conclusion : Lycopene and β‐carotene supplementation suppressed the growth of prostate tumor cells, and the effects are likely associated with reduction of proliferation (attenuation of proliferating cell nuclear antigen expression) and with interference of the insulin‐like growth factor 1 signaling (increased plasma insulin‐like growth factor‐binding protein‐3 levels). Furthermore, the inhibition of VEGF by lycopene suggests that the antitumor mechanisms of lycopene also involve anti‐angiogenesis. 相似文献

Phenolic compounds are widely present in the plant kingdom. Many epidemiological studies have indicated that consumption of some plant-derived foodstuffs with high phenolic content is associated with the prevention of some diseases and that these compounds may have similar properties to antioxidants, antimutagenic agents, antithrombotic agents, anti-inflammatory agents, anti-HIV-1, and anticancer agents. However, obesity is an important topic in the world of public health and preventive medicine. Relationships between body mass index, waist circumference, or waist-to-hip ratio and the risk of development of some diseases (such as heart disease, dyslipidemia, hypertension, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, diabetes, kidney failure, cancer, stroke, osteoarthritis, and sleep apnea) have been observed. Evidence that phenolic compounds have beneficial effects in fighting obesity is increasingly being reported in the scientific literature. These in vitro and in vivo effects of phenolic compounds on the induction of pre-adipocytic and adipocytic apoptosis and inhibition of adipocytic lipid accumulation are considered in detail here. The preventive effect of various antioxidants on the formation of mutagenic compounds such as trans,trans‐2,4‐decadienal in degummed peanut oil (DPO) fumes was investigated. The mutagenicity of the DPO fumes was significantly reduced by antioxidants added before heating. The addition of antioxidants increased the smoke point and oxidative stability of DPO and decreased the yield of oil fumes and the amount of mutagens. Butylated hydroxyanisole and butylated hydroxytoluene were more effective than natural antioxidants in reducing the amount of four enal compounds in fumes from DPO. Thus edible cooking oil with a high smoke point, less fume and lower mutagenicity might be developed with an appropriate antioxidant. Copyright © 2004 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

从硫脲浸出液中活性炭负载洗脱金是比较困难的,目前在这方面发表的文献并不很多。本文着重研究并讨论了从负载活性炭上洗脱金的不同方法,包括酸性硫脲有机溶液和非有机洗脱液。研究了丙酮、乙腈、丁醇、乙二醚和乙醇5种有机溶剂。研究了不同的硫脲、硫酸和有机溶剂的浓度和温度对洗脱的影响。试验表明了这5种有机溶剂对金的洗脱能力按如下顺序排列: 丁醇>乙腈>乙二醚>乙醇>丙酮当采用5%丁醇,50~100g/L硫脲和50~100g/L硫酸,温度40~60℃时,金的洗脱率可达98~99%,此时活性炭含金降至0.10mg/g以下。对于非有机洗脱液,像硫化钠和硫代硫酸钠,研究表明金的洗脱率主要取决于溶液的浓度和温度,在室温时,1~2mol的硫化钠溶液可以洗脱99%的金。如果溶液的浓度降低至0.5mol,则温度需升至80℃以上才可能获得相同的洗脱率。 相似文献

A chelating resin, PSGI, was synthesized by the radical polymerization of GMA‐IDA, DVB, and styrene for the removal of Cu(II), Co(II), and Cd(II) from an aqueous solution. The characteristic functional groups and chemical composition of PSGI were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis of C, H, and N. The equilibrium adsorption capacities of PSGI from their single‐metal ion solutions were 1.46 mmol/g for Cu(II), 1.02 mmol/g for Co(II), and 1.10 mmol/g for Cd(II). The adsorption isothermal of Cu(II) by PSGI followed the Langmuir isotherm. Increasing the concentration (0–0.1 M) of KCl in Cu(II) solution affected the adsorption behavior slightly. Within the pH range of 2–5.5, decreasing the pH of the Cu(II) solution did not produce remarkable changes in the equilibrium adsorption capacities. The adsorption capacities of PSGI for Cu(II) did not cause significant change during the repeated adsorption–desorption operations. The competitive adsorption tests verified that this resin had good adsorption selectivity for Cu(II) with the coexistence of Co(II) and Cd(II). © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A new kind of terpolymer membrane was employed to separate a permselective water–alcohol mixture. This membrane was prepared via the copolymerization of acrylonitrile, sodium salt styrene sulfonic acid (SStSA), and hydroxyethyl methacrylate in dimethylsulfoxide with azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator. The reaction mechanism, resultant structure, and polymer composition were confirmed by IR and elemental analysis. The effects of the feed composition on the polymer composition, mechanical properties, thermal properties, and degree of swelling were investigated. It was found that water permeated through the membrane preferentially in a water/alcohol system. The flux increased with the increase of SStSA, but the separation factor decreased drastically with higher SStSA. For a 50 wt % water–ethanol mixture, a flux of 0.65 kg/m2 h and a separation factor of 212 were obtained at 30°C when the membrane containing the highest SStSA content was used.
